Hello, all.
It's been a while since I've appeared here. The reason for this is that this place no longer has the same appeal to me as it used to. Don't misunderstand, the place is great and you all are some of ten best ponies I've chatted with. It's just that my priorities are changing.
Just yesterday I tried to start Chosen of Poseidon. I read half the first chapter. It was fun, but then I stopped to take a break and never felt the need to continue. It's the same with all MCE chapters. I have all of them rolled up on my shelf...untouched.
In short, I'll be moving on with my life. I'm in Manehattan now and things are moving quiet fast. I have friends, school, social activities. I think it would be unfair to everypony for me to keep a posting here for the sake of posting. (Unfair to you as well as my real life friends.)
I'll miss you lot. Some of you have become quite close friends and I will keep in touch with you (yes, @PrinceEric, I'll write ;)) It just won't be here.

@DannyFan: :( I knew this was coming. When you stopped PMing about Danny I knew it was just a matter of time. I won't hide it. I'm not happy about this. (I guess I had a little crush on you O:)) I had hoped that the ponies here and the new chapters would get you back into MC, but it seems not. :(
Don't you think you'll get rid of me that easily, though! :) Now that you're close by (much closer than before) I might drop by now and again to see you. (I promise not to spam you with MC stuff. Honest!)
And you better not forget to write, okay?

@DannyFan: What can I say except thank you for all the time and energy you dedicated to us. I really enjoyed your company (and I'm far from the only one :)). Life is a strange thing: we're never in control of the flow, yet it's up to us to react accordingly. Things that were once of paramount importance later become irrelevant, then special again.
Let me just saw this, though: there are no ex-Nightlings. ;) Once you've been part of our family you are part of us forever. Your interests might change, yet we're still here to talk or help you in any way we can if you need it.
You've always been a ray of light, may it shine through your new adventures in life :)

Hey, it's not like he's banished to the moon. We'll still see him around. I often go on trips to Manehattan, as do a lot of you (come on, it's not that far away!) Besides, DannyFan can always visit. After all, it's not like we have princesses on the site or anything :P

Thank you for the kind words, everypony. It's quite nice of you. I'll miss this place, that's for sure, but as RRBB pointed out it isn't the end of Equestria. If you ever visit Manehattan, I'll be glad to see you. :)

Umm, I'll be glad to show the sites to anypony here. A lot of things have changed in the last few months. I still don't openly display my Nightling nature, but on occasions I can talk about it with others. Once I even saw colts playing MC in the park. I doubt they are on the site, but it warms the heart that coltfiction is becoming more accepted.

I happen to be quite famous as well! There are statues of me all over the Crystal Empire!
@DannyFan: it was fun having you :) I'll join ten others wishing you the best. Personally, I think you'll be back in half an year, but that's just me :) Send a line if you ever visit the Empire. I'll organize something. :)

@DannyFan: I never actually got to talk to you (am still quite new) but I wish you the best. This site hasn't been as life changing for me as it has to some others, but I made new friends, saw some old friends in a different light, and even got asked out on a date. :) I'm sure the site has brought you some magic moments as well, so if ever you feel down or upset think of them.
And as Lyra said, there will always be someone here if you need to talk :)
