As the train slowed down as it entered Ponyville the napkin blew off the train and drifted past the door of a house as Button Mash raced out the door dressed in a blue jacket with gold trim and a large number 2 on his back. Looking back he yelled, "Mom, I'm off to save the world with my friends."
"Have fun storming the castle dear and be home in time for dinner." She called back as the door closed.
He quickly joined Featherweight dressed as a shadow bolt, Pipsqueak dressed as a pirate, Snips dressed as a ninja, and Snails dressed in cardboard armor as a space marine from warhorse 4k. "Right, you lot, I got the map and we can follow it to the castle in the forest." Pipsqueak said before waving it for the others to see.
"Umm... Couldn't we just follow that trail with all the signs saying this way to the castle?" Snails asked as he pointed at the sign that read, 'This way to the castle to save the world and cake.' and the ribbons and balloons lined trail. The same trail the CMC including Gabby and Babs Seed, Diamond Tiara, and Silver Spoon all dressed as the power ponies were starting to follow.
"Hurry guys, or they'll beat us to the castle!" Featherweight yelled as they raced off after them. Behind them the wind caught the map and blew it down the street past Maud and Rarity as they watched a dual between Boulder and Tom. Neither rock moved and then they could hear a crackling sound as thousands upon thousands of tiny cracks covered Tom. Then Tom bursted into a fine powder that then blew away.
"Boulder says Tom won't be stalking you any more." Maud said.
"Thank goodness." Rarity said as Maud picked up Boulder. "Shall we go get ice cream as my way of thanking both of you?" With a nod they both took off down the street passing Carrot Top, Apple Jack, Berry Punch, and Rainbow Dash in a high stakes drinking game for the last jug of zap apple cider.
"Applebloom ain't my sister." Applejack with her eyes closed. "She's my daughter."
"False, that was the day I got my cast taken off after I broke my leg and your mom was coming in as my family was leaving." Carrot Top said with a grin as Applejack grumbled and took a shot of liquid rainbow.
"My 1st husband left me for a donkey drag queen." Berry Punch said with her eyes closed.
"Ha!" Rainbow dash said, "I just moved here when it happened and he left you to become a circus clown."
"Sorry R.D., but that there was the second husband." Applejack said as she wiped liquid rainbow off her mouth. "Me and Big Mac had to help break up the fight his leaving her caused."
"Fine, but which one was the one who left to join a cult?" Rainbow Dash asked before drinking her shot of liquid rainbow.
"The 5th one." Carrot Top said as she watched Starlight Glimmer and Trixie race past towards Twilight's Castle.
"Trixie would have preferred spending her last day enjoying ice cream than rushing off to Princess Twilight Sparkle." Trixie complained as she ran after Starlight Glimmer.
"All we have to do is tell Twilight something and then go meet Maud." Starlight Glimmer said as she avoided running over where the flower trio had fainted near their flower stand.
As they raced on a single red rose petal was plucked off by a gentle breeze and drifted up into the sky where the wind sent it flying towards the Everfree Forest.
