Chapter 1
It was a nice and calm day in Equestra, The sun was shining brightly and the skys are clear, On the ground many different ponys were walking around peacefully, nearby we see Dianne Pie's library/house, it is here where our tale begins...
*Dianne Pie's P.O.V.*
"Aegis, where's that spare copy of "History of Equestra" by Polaris Solarmoon ? "I said while looking for said book.
"It's on the top shelf,right where I left it." Aegis says.
"Good can you bring it for me,I need to return it to the Canterlot library."I said.
"Ok just a second Dianne."Aegis says while getting said book.
While Aegis Diamondscale is busy,I'll introduce myself to those who don't remember me or are new, my name Pinkamina Dianne Pie but please just call me Dianne Pie, I am the current librarian/owner of the Golden Oaks Library, I am getting ready to return a very important book back to the library in Canterlot with my assistant.
"I got it, here ya go Dianne."Aegis says while holding the book I was looking for.
Right when I took the book, I heard somepony knocking on the door.
"I'll get it..." I say in a monotone.
I opened the door only to get tackle hugged by Glitter Brightstar.
"Hi Dianne!" she says happily.
"Glitter...i....can't....breathe." I said while struggling for air.
"Oops sorry, oh yeah Violet's here too!" she says while moving slightly to the left to reveal her little dragon friend.
"Hello,Dianne." Violet says in a cute feminine sounding voice.
Hello, Violet."after I said that I then proceeded to ask Glitter why she was here.
"Violet got a message from the Princess, she wants us to come to Canterlot right away."she said.
"Why didn't you say that sooner!, Aegis take care of the library while I'm away understand?"I said in a hasty manner.
"Alright, be careful Dianne."he said concerned about my safety.
Do not worry about me Aegis, I will be fine, thank you."I said.
Before we left,Aegis wished us luck with what ever it was that the Princesses needed us for, Aegis is a nice dragon at times,*sighs* if only he wasn't so lazy...
We arrived at Canterlot in about a few hours and met up with the others who had also got Glitter's message.
"I wonder what the Princesses want?" I thought to myself as we approached the Princesse's castle.
*At the castle*
"Ahh, thank goodness you've all arrived!" Princess Luna said.
"We all came as soon as we got ya message princess." Quartz says in her usual tone.
"We have grave news, the spirit of Chaos, Discord has escaped from his stone prison."Princess Luna said sadly.
"WHAT!" The six of us said simultaneously.
"Do not worry my little ponys, we have a way to defeat him" as the Princess said that, Polaris Solarmoon appears in the throne room holding a chest with in his magical aura.
Princess Luna then continued from where she left off( in the R.C.V no less...)" BEHOLD, THE ELEMENTS OF HARMONY!"
While we recovered from nearly going deaf from Princess Luna's Royal Canterlot Voice, Polaris Solarmoon opens the chest only to find it empty.
"Luna, I have bad news, the chest is empty..." Polaris says, whenever I hear his voice,I tend to shudder, well I am still getting used to him speaking but it's odd that when he does I shudder...,hmm.. It doesn't matter back to the story.
"Empty?"The Princess said shocked.
"I believe so, I think Discord must've took them."Polaris said.
"Ding!, Ding!, got it in one, good guess Polaris Solarmoon." Said the Spirit of Chaos as he appeared in the room.
"Discord!,where have you put The Elements of Harmony!" Princess Luna said.
"Now Princess why should I tell you?"he said. "if you want them back you'll have play a little game, if you win I'll return the Elements."
"And if we lose?" I asked him.
He simply laughed at me and then he teleported us to a maze of sorts.
He then said"The rules are simple no wings and no magic,whomever reaches the end of the maze wins."
He then proceeded to take the wings away from the Pegasi and the horns forms the unicorns, he had put them in a box and then he had the maze separate us from one another, I was going to ask him why he separated us but I didn't get a chance to.
"Good luck" he had disappeared after he said that.
"*Sigh* I guess it can't be helped"I muttered to myself," Everypony lets split up and find the exit!"
"Okay!" said Glitter.
"Understood" said Jeweled Apple.
"Right let's go."said Fluttersky.
"Um...sure"said Prism Shine.
"Let's just get this over with already" Quartz Bell says impatiently.
"Good luck everypony" I said.
*Back in the castle*
"I have a bad feeling about this..."Polaris says nervously.
"Do not worry my child, we have utter faith that they'll succeed in defeating Discord."Princess Luna says hopefully.
"I hope so..." Polaris Solarmoon said.
"If your so worried Polaris Solarmoon, why not watch over them?" Princess Celestia says while walking in the room.
Polaris Solarmoon simply nodded and then he left the room.
