It's been a week since Spike had his surgery. Twilight, Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Starlight, Celestia, Luna, Cadence, and Shining Armor are in the Canterlot Castle waiting for Spike to show up. "Oh, where is Spike?!", Twilight asked.
"Twilight, calm down.", Shining said. "I'm sure he's okay."
"Yeah, maybe he's taking longer to get here.", Cadence said. "This is a big castle, it'll be hard for some ponies to get to know this castle."
"I just hope I will ever see Spike again.", Rarity worried. "What he gets brainwashed and he thinks I don't love him.
"Rarity, don't worry about Spike, I'm sure he's not brainwashed, he knows you love him.", Celestia said. "If he's really dead, I'll find a way to revive him."
"I'm pretty sure he'll show up.", Fluttershy said.
The doctor came into the room. "Oh, looks like the doctor already knows how to get here.", Pinkie said.
"So, where's our friend?", Twilight asked.
"He's right here.", the doctor said, moving out of Spike's way.
"No more cancer for me.", Spike said.
"Spike, your ok!", Twilight shouted happily. She ran up to Spike and jumped on him for a hug. Rarity, Starlight, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy joined in the hug.
"I love you all.", Spike said.
"We love you to.", Fluttershy said.
"Yeah, we're all glad it's over.", Starlight said.
"I could've felt better if it weren't for you all.", Spike said.
"Thanks, Spike.", Twilight said. "What do you say we all head home."
