A Horrid Day
My day started out normally like every other one would but I had a long to do list and my loyal assistant, like always, was there to help me get through it. I saw Spike frowning at the long to do list we had and obviously I was not thrilled. Does he not know what would happen if I didn't do this? Celestia might make me move back to Canterlot if I'm not busy 24/7! She might make me move back in with my parents and that would be horrible! It would be so embarrassing to be her protege but also have my parents watching over me. So after a bit of persuasion, Spike and I headed out to do what we have to do.
After doing a bunch of normal things I always do, we headed to Sugarcube Corner to pick up some cupcakes and everypony knows how anal I am when it comes to everything being perfect, Mrs. Cake gave me 13 cupcakes instead of 12. Yeah an extra cupcake would be nice but I don't want somepony to get more cupcakes than somepony and I didn't want the same to be true with the icing, which some was getting on another cupcake. Eventually I took care of the problem and then we headed home.
So far I thought this day was going quite well until I realized I haven't written a letter to Princess Celestia! Oh this is just dandy, if I don't get a letter to her by sundown I'll be tardy and I don't think she likes tardiness. What if she was to banish me to the moon? What if she was to send me back to magic kindergarten? Well I decided none of that would happen because I would find a problem no matter what!
Naturally my first thought was to see if any of my friends had any problems and unfortunately they didn't. What really shocked me was seeing normally scared to death of everything Fluttershy trying to kill a bear and none of my other friends had any problems and to make matters worse, my friends didn't even take my problem seriously when I told them about it. Here I thought they were my friends and they take me like I'm some sort of joke. I had to do something to get a letter to the princess so I decided to cheat and cast a want-it-need-it spell on my Smarty Pants doll to cause the Cutie Mark Crusaders to fight over who wants her but in the end the whole town started fighting over her and then the worst possible thing happened,
"TWILIGHT SPARKLE!"
When I heard Princess Celestia shout my name like that I knew things were not going to go good for me. I wasn't sure if she was mad over me being tardy with the friendship letter or if my casting a want-it-need-it spell on my Smarty Pants doll had her upset but I knew I was in trouble.
She cast a spell which ended the fighting but she landed and said, "Meet me in the library."
I knew I was in serious trouble when she said this. I looked back at my friends in despair and said, "If you care to visit, I'll be in magic kindergarten, back in Canterlot."
I know they were saying things about me as I headed to meet what may be a very serious punishment. All I could do was hope for the best.
