Yeah, Jade is one excitable wingling. The problem is that Awesome really doesn't need another excuse to inflate her ego. (I see her do that every day :/) A for stories, I'm still a fan. Not that I agree with all the things. I mean the bot with only the chosen have access, but not the gods themselves? What gives? Is there a barrier of some sort? Or is Zeus too picky to enter in such a world?
On a side note, @Luna are you sure everything's okay? I know this is just fanfiction, but Daring Do is a rather huge franchise, and all.

I kind of liked the story. Made fun of AwesomePony, of course (along with ten twenty other Bolts) but I liked it. Of course, there are a lot of things that only a pegasus would appreciate. All those flying matters and the sensations—totally lost on anypony else.

Fun fact: each time Awesome sends a link to Jade she gets all nervous, then flies to my place and starts circling the room. It's so cute. :)

Going back to the story, I agree with Max's point about the deity limiter. Having such a firm ban is a bit too much. Maybe have them have an appearance at some point. I fully agree it's lol to show things in perspective and not have Zeus go about doing every chore the authors could think of (Zeus Goes to Buy Sugar ... MightyDragon, why?!), but don't lock them out so definitely. At least don't mention it and let the readers speculate.
And DD & D get along too well too fast. They are supposed to be fighting (or competing for the same amulet) not just go "cool, let's be friends." Not that's it's wrong, just stretch it a bit? Do you know how long I've known some of my current friends before we became friends?

@AwesomePony: I think you've started something great. I'm by no means saying that the other stories (and we have some very good ones) are bad, but you all have to admit that the amount of involvement this has received from site members is huge! No small thanks to Jade (who's probably slamming his head against the wall somewhere).
Bottom line: the MC community has gained a lot.

Actually, the events described might not be too far from the truth. I mean, it's theoretically possible to create a portal that blocks god's (assuming that they have a specific aether frequency and dimensional portals could be made to target that frequency). It'll be almost like the disabling spell at the Equestria games, just more precise.
