The Fire Lord sat in his throne room waiting for the representatives from the other world, who showed up in front of the main gate of the walled city. The group from the other world is made up of four people, 2 men from that world's military, a government official and a business man who is a friend of the family that took in Naruto. The Fire Lord is with the Ninjas leaders and the other lords by monitors. The doors open and the 4 people from the other world entered. Two men in suits and two men in army uniforms.

"I'm Speak Easy and I'm here to hopefully come to a agreement between our two worlds," the man in the suit said. 

"And I'm Discord a friend of the family," the other man said who is wearing glasses. "And just to let you know Naruto's mother is very upset with this whole affair. And well we're the only thing keeping her at bay." 

"Yes the Leaf ninjas have been punish for what they have done. The plan was for them to make camp and wait for the second team to make contact with Naruto and come with a agreement. What they did was them acting on their own," the Fire Lord said. 

"And what kind of punishment?" Discord ask as he taps his glasses which are I-Glasses and are recording everything he sees. 

A monitor turns on showing several small screens at once all of them from cameras place around the Leaf Village. Which showed the village fallen from what it use to be from what it use to be like a few years ago. To the 4 from another world it reminded them of post apocalyptic fictions and the soldiers of refugee camps with little or no order at all. Besides a few heavily barricaded compounds, all the other buildings have fallen into ruin, with trash and bodies of the dead littering the streets. The people in the village couldn't escape as the walls of the village is being guarded at all times by ninjas from other villages and seals that kept them all inside. A shipment of food was shown on one of the screens with hordes of people all fighting over it. The food wasn't enough to feed all of them but to keep them alive enough to live and tear each other apart.  

"The ones who made this mess in the first place are all dead," Minato said as he points to a scene showing the bodies of the ninjas who caused the mess they're in. They been tortured to the point of death and were then healed. But it wasn't for mercy as they were release back in the village with everyone knowing it's their fault for all water and food being cut off. The ninjas didn't even lasted a day as the angry mob of their fellow villagers went and killed them. Some where beaten to death, others were burn alive, some of the women were raped to death and it didn't matter if they were still children, for the mob the only thing that mattered was to make the ones who cause what's happening to them to pay.

"You must be Minato," Discord said seeing how much he looks like Naruto.

"Yes, I am and Naruto's father," Minato said.

"And I'm Kushina his mother," the redhead woman next to Minato said. 

"Birth parents anyways," Discord said. 

"The main issue here is the attack on Ponyvile and the abduction of a citizen of the Country of the United States. As a country such as ours we simply can't let something like this happen without a response. How we response is up to you," Speak Easy said. "Our demands are simple we expect reprisals for the unprovoked attack and Mrs. Apple wants Naruto to be return to her." 

"We can pay for the damages caused by the Leaf ninjas but we can't return Naruto. He is too important," the Fire Lord said. 

"Really now? How would you even get him to do anything in helping you when you're holding him against his will and away from his family?" Discord ask.

"We're his family," Kushina said.

"Family? Like those godparents of his that you two thought would take care of him? Speaking of which what did happen to them?" Discord ask.

"Tsuande is being useful by being his personal nurse and under a seal that makes her and the rest of the Leaf Village our family slaves," Kushina said. 

"As for Jiraiya," Minato said as he brought up a screen showing a naked man shackled to a wall in a room that looks like a broom closest with how small it is. The tiny light flickering on for the first time in a long time, inside the room showed the man in a pile of his own filth. He's been there for a very long time as his eyes, hair and skin are milky white, from the lack of natural light for the light in the room only turn on when the camera is being used. The shackles have been on him for so long that, the skin has began growing over them. The husk of a man is Jiraiya who has been kept lock in a small cell for months before Naruto escape to another world. For unlike Tsuande he had nothing of value to keep him around, but Minato and Kushina didn't want to just to kill him. They simply lock him inside a room with seals tattoo on him from using any ninja skills or powers. Tsuande has been keeping him alive all this time as Minato and Kushina wanted him to suffer, not to die. With his only interaction with anyone is during his feeding time which is a funnel with slop that kept him alive. And when his room was sprayed down every now and then to keep the smell down and when Tsuande gave him a check up. She has tried to keep his spirits up but he has already lost his mind. (1)

"How is Naruto?" Speak Easy ask. 

"He's doing well," Minato said.

"But how is he really? After all from what I learn, Naruto never saw either you or your wife as his family," Discord said. 

"We are his family," Kushina said. 

"What is his favorite meal?" Discord ask.

"What?" Kushina ask taken by surprise. 

"Just asking something that his family would know," Discord said. "It's blueberry pancakes with honey, something that his grandmother makes for him when she cooks."

"We're doing what we can to make everything up to him," Minato said. "The woman and her family who took him in, we're grateful for what they have done for him but we are still his family by blood."

"Our demands are still stands. Naruto is to be return in a show of good faith. If not then Mrs. Apple won't be held back anymore," Speak Easy said. 

"She might be a superhero but she isn't the first lantern we have faced," Minato said. 

"You think she's a lantern?" Discord ask realizing what they think his world is like.

"She might not be but her powers are the same as the lanterns we have encountered in other worlds," Kushina said. 

"I'm sorry but for our world to survive we need Naruto here," the Fire Lord said. 

"And how can he do what he needs to do if he doesn't even want to help you?" Speak Easy ask.

"Naruto will help us," Kushina said.

"You're just lying to yourself," Discord said. "Also you should know Mrs. Apple isn't the only hero of our world. And she has gathered many to help her and they in turn called for help from their friends. Even some of the villains have decided to help out for one reason or another."

"Our answer is final," the Fire Lord said.

"We'll give you 10 hours to think it over," Speak Easy said as he turns around and walks away. 

"And please do think it over," Discord said as he pulls out a candy bar and eats it tossing the wrapper into a nearby trashcan. Leaving all the ninjas to prepare for what's coming.
