Unexpected Events
Chapter 2
I sat there and stared for a while, since the weird yellow horse did the same. ‘Well this is quite the pickle, I’m going to slowly ba-‘“AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!” the pony let of a loud terrified scream and flew off, with a rabbit on its back? ‘Well that sure was…strange’ I sat there for a second, I didn’t know how to react to all this, you’re walking your dog in the rain when all of a sudden a massive bright light engulfs you; wake up in a dark and slightly disturbing forest, hear a noise and turns out to be a yellow talking Pegasus? “What’s next; Dragons, griffins, and unicorns... Nah that’s just silly they don’t exist right... Right?”
I got up and started to walk around for a while, I didn’t really know where I was going, or how I can get out of here, there’s a tree in every direction I look and barely enough sunlight to see, except a few patches of sunlight shining its way through. The ground was very soggy where I was sat, my butt was all wet now, “Oh water, how I hate you…” I grumbled.
‘Hmm,’ I thought ‘that little horse flew west, so it must be going back home, it surely wouldn’t live in these conditions, not even my dog would, wait a tick…’ “Oh crap jack, I forgot about him, I sure hope he found his way home… home.’ I didn’t know how to get home, I don’t even know where I am; I could feel a tear coming on.
After a few minutes of walking west I started to see a clearing, “Finally, I hate being in the dark.” It was one of my worst fears, ‘Darkness’ it haunted me, I never knew what could be lurking in the darkness, but one thing for sure it wasn’t something nice. After walking to the clearing I saw a small little cottage, it had small windows around it and look like a fat tree since the roof was covered in leaves and the walls made from wood.
I made my way over to the cottage and stopped and look at the back window. ‘Wait a second,’ he pondered ‘That’s the little rabbit who was riding on that small horse!’ I was shocked, this pony was intelligent? I would have guessed that at the start since it could talk. But something else caught my eye, “Did… did that rabbit just flip me off?”
Fluttershy’s POV
3rd person
‘Oh my, what was that thing,’ she thought ‘I’ve never seen anything like that, it looked so weird, I thought it was going to attack me!’ She was worried sick, this creature could escape the Everfree forest and attack her friends as well as other ponies; she flew fast as she could to Twilights house, “I hope twilight can figure out what this creature is, I’ve never seen anything like it!”
After 5 minutes of flying she landed on the ground, galloped to Twilight’s door and gently knocked 3 times. ‘Knock knock knock’ “Coming!” She heard a voice inside. The door opened slowly to see a small purple dragon looking at her with worry, “Fluttershy, what’s wrong? Is one of your animals badly hurt again?” “No it’s not that Spike, is Twilight here? It’s an emergency!” Having heard what Fluttershy said Spike quickly started to panic “Oh no, is somepony hurt? Twilight get down here quick, it’s an emergency!” Fluttershy saw her friend looking quite annoyed at Spike while she was walking to the door “What now Spike I’m busy writing a report for Princess Cel- Oh, Hello Fluttershy; what seems to be the problem?” Twilight asked in concern, “I found this really weird creature In the Everfree forest whilst I was picking berries and it popped its head out from a bush and starred at me with its s-scary eyes.” Fluttershy squeaked “Hmm… maybe we could track this creature down and capture it for more information; you said you’ve never seen this species before, right?” Fluttershy nodded slowly,” Twilight replied with a large smile, “A new species, I could learn so much about it!” Twilight known Fluttershy knew about every species in Equestria, even every species of dragon.
Fluttershy was still worried, “But Twilight, what if this creature is dangerous, it could hurt everypony if it comes to Ponyville, or worse!” Fluttershy started to panic again, “Don’t worry Fluttershy; we’ll get the rest of the gang together and capture this beast!” Twilight was determined, But she just wanted to learn about the new species more than anything. “Oh thank you Twilight,” Fluttershy said with glee “it’s a good thing Angel Bunny is safe and sound at home!” Afterwards Twilight and Fluttershy went out to get the rest of her friends. “Well,” said Spike, Slightly disappointed, still standing at the doorway, “At least I can get some sleep while Twilight is on another crazy adventure of hers.” With saying that he quickly closed the door and locked it.
Marcus POV
I’ve changed to 3rd person from now on
Marcus was walking around the cottage inspecting it; he was looking inside the house of presumably, the little yellow horse. Well… that was until the little bast- I mean Rabbit, smashed its foot off the window, and made Marcus jump like crazy, “What’s your problem you little twat!” Marcus shouted in rage, the rabbit made a sort of shooing motion at Marcus, “You want me to leave?” asked Marcus, still annoyed by the rabbits rude attitude, It nodded furiously at him.
“Fine… But hear me out; when I get my hands on you you’ll be sorry!” Marcus implied, the rabbit just stuck its tongue out and hopped away.
He decided to go back to the forests clearing and sit down for a while; he’s been through a lot today, entering a different world through a blinding light, ponies that could talk, he heard it talk English, but how? This is a completely different world as far as he knows; maybe it’s a different universe or dimension? Anyway he was tired, all this crazy stuff happening was making him drowsy, so he rested his head against the tree and fell to a silent sleep.
I was going to make this longer but I was kind of tired, sorry guys…
