Celestia and Luna were in ponyville, heading to sweet apple acres. Applejack was so excited to see her family. She was so excited that she was moving around and banging on the stroller's tray very happily. She was actually impatient but eventually Celestia calmed her down and popped a red pacifier in Applejack's mouth. Applejack was content on suckling her pacifier excitedly. Celestia and Luna finally made it to sweet apple acres and knocked on the barnyard door. Granny Smith came and opened the barnyard door and saw the 2 Princesses and some foals. Granny Smith let them in and closed the barnyard door. 

"What are ya doin here your highness". Asked Granny Smith.

"Granny Smith, Applejack has been turned into a foal". Said Celestia.

Celestia levitated a smiling orange foal with a messy blonde mane with green eyes, sucking on an apple red pacifier. Celestia explained the entire story to the apples. Once she was done she hoofed Applejack over to Granny Smith. Granny Smith took Applejack in her warm embrace and called Apple bloom and Big Macintosh. They came down immediately and saw the 2 Princesses and a foalified Applejack. Apple bloom ran to Applejack and started to smile at her, now, baby sister. 

Celestia and Luna left sweet apple acres, along with the 2 other foals. Once they were gone a highchair and some foal food along with bibs, had suddenly appeared in front of the apples eyes. Applejack was pretty hungry and since there was foal food taunting the poor little filly, Applejack began to cry hysterically, wanting food and a warm bottle of milk. Granny Smith knew that Applejack was crying because she was hungry. Granny Smith placed Applejack into her high chair, with the tray already secured to the chair, put a bib around Applejack's neck, it read 'The Littlest Seed', and went to the fridge to get some foal food. The label read 'Applesauce', which is Applejack's favorite foal food flavor. Granny Smith opened the jar of food and spooned some to Applejack. Once the spoon was near her mouth she opened her mouth and savored each bite, spoonful after spoonful, until Applejack was done. Granny Smith wiped her mouth and burped her. Then she got a big bottle full of creamy, warm milk , and slipped the nipple into her mouth, as she began to suckle she was rewarded with some delicious milk. After she finished the entire bottle, then she burped.

Granny Smith hoofed over Applejack to Big Macintosh. Once Applejack was on Big Mac's back, Big Mac, Applejack, and Apple bloom were walking up the stairs and into Applejack's room, where they saw a huge nursery (which they suspected to be Celestia's magic) and decided to just go with it. Big Mac placed his baby sister in her playpen and let her play for a few  hours. Applejack tugged on Big Mac's mane and surprised him and Apple bloom once she opened her mouth.

"Dada, caw ya bouncy ma. Pwease"!!! Pleaded Applejack, looking into the eyes of Big Macintosh (who was her brother).

"I'm not your Dada Aj, i'm your Big Brother". Said Big Mac.

Applejack started to cry because she thought that her daddy didn't want to bounce her, like he hated her or something. Apple bloom went to her little sis right away and started reassuring her and started to make funny faces and coo at her. This didn't work. 

"Big Mac! Why did you say that! You made Aj cry"! Said Apple bloom, a little upset at her big brother. 

"Sorry, I shouldn't have said that". Said Big Mac, who felt terrible about making his little sis cry.

To cheer Applejack up, he placed her in the foal bouncer and started bouncing her while wiping  her tears away. He also cooed and made funny faces at her, which made her laugh hysterically. After Big Mac had enough playtime with Applejack he let Apple bloom play with her for a while. She and Applejack were having a fun time building castles out of wooden blocks and then pushing them over so that it would fall onto the ground and scatter all the blocks. Then Applejack cuddled with stuffed animals and Apple bloom came out of her baby sister's playpen. 

Applejack had a warm squishy sensation at the back of her diaper, and a wet feeling in the front of the diaper. The wetness was warm and she didn't want to be changed out of it. Applejack played stuffed animals attack. She threw stuffed animals at Apple bloom who did the same for her. She would do it at her daddy to, making him laugh as he gently threw stuffed animals at his little sister. Soon it escalated to pillows which resulted in feathers floating all over the room. But after Applejack, Apple bloom, and Big Mac were done their little game, Applejack felt a cold, uncomfortable feeling in her diaper as she peed in it some more. She began to wail and cry. Apple bloom checked her diaper and saw that she had messed and heavily wet her diaper. Apple bloom gave Applejack to Big Mac and told him that Applejack needed a diaper change. Big Mac took Applejack by the tail and took her to the changing table.

Once Applejack was laying down on the changing table, Big Mac proceeded to change her. First, he untaped Applejack's heavily used diaper and threw it in the diaper pail near the changing table. Second, He wiped Applejack's bottom while Apple Bloom made funny faces at her sister. Third, he took another diaper and placed it under Applejack's bottom, gently threading her tail through the tailhole at the back of the diaper. Fourth, he lathered rash cream all over Applejack's nether regions and powdering her rump with foal powder. Finally, he took the front of the diaper and put it over Applejack's chest, then he taped the diaper up. He carefully lifted Applejack from the changing table and placed her in the foal bouncer again. Bouncing her each time. Apple bloom made funny faces at Applejack and started to boop her on the nose. Applejack did the same. Soon they were booping each others noses.

Granny Smith called all of their names and told them it was supper. Big Mac put Applejack on his back and him and his 2 sisters went down the stairs to the kitchen for supper. Big Mac placed Applejack in her highchair and fastened a bib around her neck and sat at the dinner table. Apple bloom also sat at the dinner table. Granny Smith came out with Big Mac and Apple bloom's meals and Applejack's foal food. She asked Big Mac to feed Applejack, while she got her applesauce dinner (Granny Smith is old so she doesn't have teeth, so I thought that she could only eat things like applesauce).  Big Mac opened the jar of foal food, and spooned some to Applejack, who happily excepted the food. The jar was labeled 'Strawberry Apple'. Applejack was savoring each spoon of the red food. She was so messy that after she finished her meal Big Mac  had to wipe her mane and coat. Big Mac finished his meal, Baked potatoes, Salad, and some apple juice for a drink. Apple bloom had the same dinner as Big Mac. She finished her meal and gulped down her entire glass of apple juice. Big Mac burped Applejack and fed her a bottle full of warm milk. Applejack suckled rhythmically, tasting warm, creamy milk each time. After she finished her bottle she was burped a second time. 

Big Mac trotted to the bathroom, along with Apple bloom. Applejack was placed on the cold bathroom floor (Big Mac closed the door on their way in) as Big Mac was getting her bath ready, Apple bloom checked the temperature of the water and told Big Mac that it was just right. After the tub was filled with water and bubbles, Big Mac stripped Applejack of her diaper and put her gently in the tub. Applejack started splashing her dad (Applejack calls her dada and Big Mac sometimes calls her daughter, or his girl) and her big sister. Apple bloom was splashed in the face with soapy water which stung her eyes, making her cry as she splashed water over her face near the sink. While Big Mac just laughed because the splash only lightly hit Big Mac's leg. After Applejack was calmed with a rubber duckie and wasn't splashing soapy water at her family, Big Mac lathered her mane and tail with baby shampoo. Then Big Mac rinsed out all the soap, causing Applejack to splash and almost cry. After a few hushes from Big Mac she was ok. Before Applejack knew it, Big Mac finished her bath and was in the middle of drying her mane and tail with a towel. After her bath, Applejack and her dad and sister went up the stairs and into Applejack's nursery to play. 

Applejack was placed on the changing table so that Big Mac could place a diaper on her rump. Big Mac took a diaper, a container of rash cream, some foal powder, and wipes. First Big Mac took the diaper and put it under Applejack's rump, gently threading her tail through the tailhole at the back of the diaper. Second, he spread rash cream all over Applejack's nether regions. Third, he powdered Applejack's bottom. Finally, he took the front of the diaper and brought it to Applejack's chest and taped the diaper up.

Big Mac and Apple bloom entered Applejack's playpen and set Applejack in her foal bouncer and bounced Aj. Apple bloom made funny faces at Aj, which made Aj laugh hysterically and stick out her tongue in amusement. After bouncing Aj, Big Mac took her out of the foal bouncer and onto the floor near her stuffed animals. Applejack just cuddled her animals. She didn't notice but she almost fell asleep. Big Mac saw that Applejack was tired and went over to her playpen. He took Aj in his warm embrace, she was asleep. Big Mac noticed that the time was 9:00, so he put Applejack in a light green onesie with big red apples as the print. After putting Applejack in her onesie, he put her in her crib. He tucked Applejack underneath a sun blanket. Then he put the bars up and secured them. Both him and Apple bloom kissed their sister goodnight as they left the room and shut the door behind them. 

Granny Smith was already asleep in her bedroom. Apple bloom and Big Mac went to wash up and brush their teeth. After that they both went to bed in their separate rooms. The house was very quiet, every pony was asleep.
