Upon entering the tower, Entei, Raikou, and Suicune turn to Fluttershy and Rainbow. The two girls hear three voices enter their minds at once.

"You'll find our Master on the roof. We'll help ensure your safe passage through the ten floors of the tower." The voices say before Entei, Raikou, and Suicune run to the stairs with the girls following close behind as the Trio of Beasts incapacitates every threat they encounter. Because of this, it doesn't take the group long to reach the staircase that leads to the roof.

"Before you go up there, we have something for you," the mental voices of Entei, Raikou, and Suicune say to the girls before they turn towards one another and firing a beam of fire, electricity, and water respectively. The beams collide and form a prismatic feather which slowly floats to the ground as Rainbow walks up to it.

"Take this Rainbow Wing, and prove to our Master that you are worthy of his power!" Suicune says telepathically as Rainbow picks up the feather and walks to the stairs with the Legendary Beasts walking behind her, before noticing that Fluttershy isn't following her.

"Fluttershy? You coming?" Rainbow asks as she turns towards Fluttershy.

"I don't think I should, Rainbow." Fluttershy says as she walks over to Rainbow and puts her hand on her shoulder. "This is your moment. I don't want to get in the way of that." Fluttershy turns and walks to the side of the stairs. "Now go and capture Ho-oh!"

Rainbow slowly nods and walks up the stairs to see Entei, Raikou, and Suicune bowing before a giant orange bird Pokemon. Rainbow Slowly pulls out a Pokeball as Ho-Oh flies over towards Rainbow.

"So I see you managed to catch my most loyal servants." The mental voice of Ho-Oh reaches Rainbow's mind. "I have long searched for a Trainer with a pure heart to lend my power to. That's why I sent my servants to your world when I heard about the mass exodus that has been occurring there as of late. To see if the Trainer I had been seeking was there. Seeing how you've managed to capture my servants, I believe that you are the one I've been looking for all these years. Battle me, Mistress, and prove that you are worthy of my strength!"

Ho-Oh lets out a screech before Entei, Raikou, and Suicune approach Rainbow and stand beside her, prepared to fight with her against their Master. Rainbow throws out the ball, unleashing Latios before reaching for her new Mega Bracelet and touching the Key Stone in it, causing Latios to Mega Evolve before unleashing a massive burst of light at Ho-Oh. Ho-Oh returns the attack by releasing a stream of blue flames at Latios before Ho-Oh starts to glow. Noticing this, Rainbow returns Latios as Suicune leaps forward and spews forth a massive stream of water at Ho-Oh at the same time that Raikou unleashes a massive bolt of lightning and Entei breathes out a stream of flames. The attacks collide with Ho-Oh at the same time, knocking him backward.

"I can now see why so many have traveled to your world. Your friend has taught you well." Ho-Oh flies over in front of Rainbow. "I concede defeat. Throw a Pokeball and I shall join your team." Ho-Oh says as he lands on the ground and Rainbow pulls out a Pokeball. Rainbow throws the ball at Ho-Oh, who quickly enters the ball, which emits a star before touching the ground. Rainbow walks over and picks up the ball before unleashing Ho-Oh and heading back down the stairs with Entei, Raikou, Suicune, and Ho-Oh. Upon reaching the bottom stair, Fluttershy walks over to her.

"I see you managed to catch him." Fluttershy says as the two head for the stairs. "So what are you going to do now?"

"I don't know about you, but I want to go home and rest for a bit."
