Celestia paced around in her room worrying about her little sister. Luna had been gone for about two hours and it was time for her to raise the moon. Celestia heard a knock on the door, she immediately walked to the door hoping it was Luna or a guard with news about Luna's whereabouts. Opening it she saw a one of her guards. “Any news ?” She asked.
He bowed and proceeded with the news he had for her “ Your highness Princess Luna has requested your presence in her chambers immediately.”
Celestia nodded then left her chambers heading over to Luna's bed room. She made her way down to the east wing of the castle. This part of the castle was known as the Night Wing Luna's guards saw Celestia and bowed a little confused as to why she was on this side of the castle. She had never really been on this side of the castle before other then the constitution of it. Luna had always come to Day Wing when she had a problem, this had to be serious.
She knocked on Luna's door “Little sister what is the matter?”
Luna opened the door quieting her sister down the dragging her inside. “Sister I have something to show you…” Luna whispered walking over to her bed where there had been a pile of blankets and pillows. Celestia saw the shape of something moving under a blanket, Luna pulled the blanket off of the figure. “I found it in the forest.” Luna squealed.
The solar princess looked at the human. She looked puzzled then scared. “What in Equestria is this thing?” She bellowed looking at her little sister who had her ears down and was basically pouting. “Don't give me that look you're not keeping this thing.” She stated.
“But sister I found it and it's kind of cute plus it's a new species.” She picked up the creature gently with her wings. “She's just a foal the parents I found were dead.” She whined.
Celestia stared down her little sister then stared at the thing she was holding. She examined it closely, no hooves, muzzle, ears and tail it was definitely not a pony she feared for her subjects. It being a foal didn't help that meant it would get bigger and it might harm her ponies she couldn't take that risk. On the other hoof this was a new species of animal that mean they could study and control it. “Are the parents really dead?”
Luna nodded caressing the human’s head. The human sneezed then grabbed on to Luna's fur.
“Then you can keep it, but if it gets out of hand you put it back where it came from.”
Luna smiled then said “ Her name is Crescent and she shall be my test subject.”
Celestia face hooved then walked away “Just be careful.”
Luna wasn't listening to her sister, she laid down in her bed and started cuddling the creature.
