At Canterlot Hospital, Crash and Dash were with Stewie, near his bed. Redheart said to Dash that probably it would take some hours to Stewie recuperate from the poisoning. Needle and Rocked were waiting outside the hospital with Twilight.
“He is going to be fine?” Asked Needle to Rocked, worried about Stewie.
“Since when you started to worry about ponies that you don’t know before?” – Asked Rocked.
“Look, I’m worried about him, because…” – Said Needle, with some fear of Rocked reaction.
“Because?” – Asked Rocked surprised with the spontaneous pause in Needle’s speech.
“Because… he… he is… my cousin…” – Mumbled Needle.
“Whaaaat??!!!” – Said Rocked with some cringe – “Why you don’t tell us in the Forest?”
“Because… you all were so frustrated and stressed that I couldn’t say anything…” – Explained Needle.
“So, why aren’t you in the hospital with Stewie?” – Asked Twilight.
The two critics look to the alicorn that was always looking to them. They knew that she was friend of Rainbow Dash, because Crash said; but they didn’t had the confidence and trust to tell her anything, because they didn’t know her very well, they knew that she was the Princess of Friendship, but even though, they didn’t had trust with her.
“You can tell whatever you want, I won’t tell anypony” – Said Twilight with her hoof in the air.
Needle at that point knew that we could trust Twilight to tell his cousin story, so he started telling.
“Stewie Hond isn’t his real name, his name is Steve Drop Hond. He was born at the same year as I. We both grew together, until one day…” – Needle stopped abruptly and started to sob – “You know… Stewie… when he got his cutie mark… he started to feel very dizzy and he vomited and said to me that he had massive headaches… I said to him see his doctor… He said that he had a rare disease…” – Needle couldn’t stop sobbing – “Well… when he told me that, my heart broke into pieces… it was a disease that infects the brain and corrupts the old memories… it’s why that he didn’t remember me…. That’s why he went to the forest, because he forget the story… but I will always remember…” – Needle stopped for drinking water, while Rocked and Twilight were almost crying – “I will always remember what he said before he went to Manehatten seeking for treatment, that he didn’t receive… he said <<Cousin… If I get better I want to be a critic like you, and making all kind of reviews…>>… that was the last time that Stewie knew that I was his cousin…” - Needle ended this story with the tears blinding his vision. Twilight and Rocked after hear all of this, hugged Needle with all of their forces.
"Needle... Why you hide this from me?" - Asked Rocked, disturbed and with the red eyes from all the sobbing.
"I was afraid... I thought if you were going to make fun of me... like you always do..." - Said Needle, with some regret.
"Needle... I don't make fun of serious things... that is a thing that nopony can make jokes at" - Said Rocked looking to Needle with all that he could.
"Exactly Needle... Rocked is right... you should tell him the truth..." - Explained Twilight with her motherly look,
"You are right" - Said Needle - "Sorry Rocked, I think that we 3 should go to the hospital, what you think?"
"Alright, let's go!" - Said Rocked and Twilight.
In the hospital, Dash and Crash were with Stewie, waiting for his recovery.
“Damn… why this takes so fucking long!” - Moaned Crash.
“Shut up! Redheart said that we would take a while, maybe a day” – Said Rainbow Dash, with her angry look.
“Never mind” – Said Crash with a bored look.
Things started to get really weird, when Needle, Rocked and Twilight came to Stewie’s room running with all of their strengths.
“Look at this runners!” – Said Crash, laughing – “Are you going to participate in the marathon?”
“Shut up Crash! Needle is going to see his cousin” – Screamed Rocked, trying to find a chair to rest.
“Wait, what? What the fuck? Stewie is your cousin?” – Said Crash, dazed with that new. Then he looks at Dash – “Did you hear this shit Dashie? Are you stoned Rocked?”
“Crash, stop, this is truth” – Said Needle – “Stewie is really my cousin”
“Yes, I can confirm that fact!” – Said Twilight. – “He told us the story about Stewie.”
“Fuck… sorry Needle for being stupid…” – Said Crash with regret.
“Okay, I will tell you the story, only if you stop bitching around” – Said Needle, making eye contact with Crash.
Needle told the story, everyone was sobbing until Stewie woke up.
