You are the sun that brightens my day, and yet I feel us drifting apart. Even when I finish my studies in half an year will that change anything? You'll still be off every other week dealing with one crisis or another and I'll be alone worrying.

Did you write that new school fic? It's style is sort of familiar, but I can't place it. It would be terribly sweet if you did. It's so simple, but dripping with emotions. Also, writing style is superb.

Sadly, no. I liked it, and it's quite well written. Somepony knew their grammar, at least. I'd say it might be RRBB. She has the technical skills, but I still don't think she could pull it off. I know it's not you or Jade. Simile writes in an entirely different fashion. I think it's somepony new.

I can't see RRBB writing that. We've talked a lot and she's good in her area, but her descriptions are still her weakness, and this story has a lot of them. Do you think it could be the Sparkles?

No. Dark's writing is unmistakable. Her latest attempt is interesting, but... let's say she's much better at reviewing and editing. Light, I doubt it. She doesn't seem terribly interested in writing, although she does it well. Sometimes she'd write funny snippets in the curator forum.
Honestly, I don't think any of the regulars write in that fashion.

Possibly, I suppose, but I'm not sure she has the time with all her drawing. She's doing a commission per week now on top of making art for her favourite authors (that includes you). I doubt she could write something of the sort. Besides, it isn't like her to not brag about it.

We've been getting a lot of mystery writers lately. Simile, EndlessHearts, even Jade. I'm starting to feel left out :P It's not like I can keep up with their speed. Still, I chip in every now and again when time allows (less since I started being with you *ear nibble*)

Sure, blame it on me :). Honestly, I have no idea who it might be. They are a fan of the series, that's for sure. The style is interesting. It's youthful, yet not naive. That makes me think it's somepony who knows what she's talking about. Unsure if it's a mare. I'd say no, but I've been wrong before. The technical skill is impressive. There are just a few errors, but mostly due to rushing. If I had to guess it could also be InItForTheShipping.
Simile is a different case altogether. They can captivate an audience, but seem out of touch when it comes to character emotions. Almost as if they've never felt love before. I've spoken to them a few times and they admitted having writing problems in that area. As far as I know they travel a lot (no idea if it's work or family related). It's impressive how well they can describe humans, though.

Yeah. That's something I'm envious of. I've used a lot of my knowledge of minotaurs to get my humans remotely believable. Wait! Do you think it's Candle? Could it be? She's improved loads since Tech took her under his wing. If it turns out to be her I'll scream!

She's improved a lot, but it's not her. I also know it's none of the mods. Mighty tried to submit something... it was bad. It was so bad that RRBB spent a whole day talking with Code about it. Mighty seemed to take it well, though. Told us to brace ourselves for his next masterpiece. RRBB said she'll be waiting.
