Martha, Skits and Fluttershy return home with bags of food and cans of alphabet soup. She then gets out the soup and serves it to Martha. She then gives Skits some mashed potatoes with gravy. They both eat all of their food right before the pegasus.
“My goodness, you two were really hungry.”, she says.
“What can we say, we really need to eat so badly.”, Martha says.
“Well, maybe we would have eaten sooner if you didn't chase after that mail pony.”
Skits barks to her.
“So what if you're dogs? You could at least try to act like you're disciplined.”, the pegasus says.
“'Disciplined'?”, says Martha. “As in showing a controlled form of behavior or way of working?”
“Exactly. That's what 'disciplined' means.”, she says. “You two need to be very careful around ponies you don't know.”
“We only knew you for three days.”
Skits barks in agreement.
“Well, I just hope you'll be better tomorrow.”
“Yeah. Especially since tomorrow is my birthday.”, the dog says.
“Oh, well I better get a hold of Pinkie Pie and have her prepare your party. So what would you like for your birthday?”, Flutter asks.
She then thinks hard.
“Well. Actually, I don't know. Maybe, I'll think about it in the morning.”
“OK. How about we play for a while.”
Their eyes widen and they both bark wildly. She grabs a stick and they all go outside.
In Weaselegraft's building, the former lackeys wait impatiently for Pablum.
“Ugh. Where is Pablum?”, Weaselegraft says.
The door opens and Pablum enters carrying a microphone with a tape recorder.
“Sorry, I'm late.”, Pablum.
“Well, where's the pizza?”, Gimmie asks.
“Well, no actually.”
They all growl at him.
“But, no need to be angry. I did find something on the way to the place.”
“What could be more important that pizza?”, asks Kablooey.
“I came across the school that those kids go to and managed to come across this.”
He takes out the recorder and plays the recording. He stops the recording and the others ponder.
“That agent convinced those kids to follow him?”, asked Fildgemarker. “Is it possible he found a way to retrieve those pets and animals?”
“Well, one thing is for sure.”, says Pablum. “We need to follow that guy and find out what his plan is.”
“Of course.”, Weaselegraft says. “If we can managed to get those animals back, we could use it to get back that monster.”
“It sounds like a plan to me.”, Bumblecrum says.
001 barks.
“I'm glad you agree with me, Stumblebum.”
“It's Bumblecrum!”, she shouts.
Celestia and Luna open the door behind the shelf and see a dark and mysterious hallway.
“What is this place?”, Celestia asks.
“I don't know. I've never been here before.”, Luna asks.
They enter the room and walk across the room. They notice rows of torches leading to a light in the end. They approach the end and see a staircase with a book case at the top. They look at each other for a second and then start climbing the stairs. They then reach the top of the stairs and see an old book in the book case. Celestia opens the case and then opens the book and she and Luna see a page with a picture of a stallion king.
“It's a stallion king.”, Celestia says.
“But, why was this book hidden?”, Luna says.
Celestia starts turning pages seeing more and more about this king. Their eyes widen as they look deeper into the meaning of the book. But suddenly, before the can get a final answer, they find out that several pages of the book have been torn out.
“What? Pages have been torn out.”, Luna asks.
“What happened to them?”, Celestia asks.
The pets set off to the kingdom of Equestria. While traveling they are being pursued by the princes.
“How exactly are we supposed to make the kingdom like the home world of the dogs?”, asks Scorjosemal.
“We need to gain knowledge from the yellow dog in particular to know what they desire.”, Martarmus answers.
“We need to make them more comfortable in order to bring them to us.”, says Horlagamous.
They all journey throughout the kingdom and reach the entrance of Equestria. The princes then faces all of the controlled pets.
“Now listen up, all of you.”, the first prince says. “All of you need to look innocent and cute to make sure they come to our father's lair.”
“You need to coax as many citizens as you possibly can. Make all of them bow down to us.”, the second prince says.
“These colorful brutes have shunned our father away which drove him to this wrenched place. If we can't live like accepted citizens, then let's spread it all over the whole kingdom.”, the third prince says.
All of the animals shout and enter the kingdom. They all smile sinisterly as they watch the pets and other animals spreading all over and the three fly back to the lair.
Martha, Skits and Fluttershy finish eating dinner and lie back completely full. The all suddenly belch loudly.
“Oh. Man am I stuffed.”, Martha says.
Skits barks in agreement.
Suddenly, a bunny hops onto the table glaring at the two dogs. Flutters then approaches the bunny.
“Now, Angel, there's no need to be rude to our guests.”, Flutters says. “I'll feed you in a minute, but for now you need to show some respect for these two.”
The bunny's ears droop and he hops off.
“Is he always this stuck up?”, Martha asks.
“Well, he's actually very understanding once you get to know him.”, the pegasus says.
The two dogs then yawn and look sleepy.
“Oh, my. It's time to put you two to bed.”
Flutters takes the two to their beds and tuck them in.
“I hope my birthday will make me and Skits fit in better.”, the dog says.
Skits moans.
“Goodnight, you two.”, Flutters says as she kisses them. She then leaves the room and turns off the lights.
Three of the minions the Keretomatus summoned spy on the dogs while they are sleeping.
