It was Friday morning at the city courthouse and everyone was getting ready for the trial.

Trixie was sitting with Coco and the other victims and was looking away from the courtroom, looking nervous.

Coco put her arm around Trixie, "Don't worry, we'll stop him. All of us."

Trixie sighed, "I'm just worried everyone in the court room won't believe us when we tell our stories. Or worse, Rough Rider will blame us for what happened. I don't want to be slut-shamed."

Jade Emerald said, "Victim blaming is common for all rape victims. Don't let them take you down. You are great and powerful and I know we'll end that bastard's reign of terror. We just need to believe in ourselves."

Trixie smiled, "Thank you Jade."

"Anytime Trix, anytime."

In the audience, the Humane 7 were surprised to Suri Polomare in an orange jumpsuit being brought out by two guards and they sat down.

"What are you doing here? I thought you didn't believe Coco about the rape."

Pinkie added, "And she ended your friendship."

Suri looked at them, "I'm still pissed at Coco for friend dumping me at our prom mixer. When news of the trial spread to Crystal Prep, Principal Cadence had to call the parents of everyone in the junior class to see if anyone wanted to see Rough Rider on trial. She even called the warden at my jail to see if I wanted to come."

Sunny Flare rolled her eyes, "That's bullshit." she sighed, "you didn't believe her. All you cared about was your stupid Sweet 16."

Suri objected, "I did care about my birthday party. But I had thought about it last night and decided that even though Coco and I are no longer friends, I still want to see Rough Rider get his just desserts."

Sunset said, "Well, even though you and Coco aren't friends anymore, it's great to see that you're still supporting her."

Sci Twi shushed the girls, "It's starting!"

The jury booth filled up and Lady Justice took her spot at the podium.

"Bring the perpretrator to the floor."

Two security police officers came out with Rough Rider, who was in handcuffs and wearing an orange prison jumpsuit.

Rough Rider was pushed onto the ground.

Lady Justice announced to everyone, "This man right here is Rough Rider. This young man has been sexually assaulting teenagers and young women for eight years. Each time, he has gotten away with his actions. But last week, Rough Rider had raped 16 year old Canterlot High junior Trixie Lulamoon. With the help of her friends, he was arrested. This trial will determine whether or not this man will be put to justice for his many crimes."

Rough Rider shot a dirty look at Trixie and the other witnesses and mouthed 'you're going down'.

Lady Justice continued, "Rough Rider's past victims will have Civil Action as their lawyer."

Civil Action walked into the courtroom and made her way to her desk.

Civil Action looked up at the girls, "We're gonna do great today, I know it."

"Rough Rider's defense attorney will be Sub P. NA."

Sub P. Na walked up to Rough Rider at his table.

The lawyer gave Rough Rider the evil eye, "This is your own fault, mister."

Lady Justice looked at Sub P. Na, "So Rough Rider, it is true that you commited sexual crimes against women for the past eight years?"

Rough Rider said, "That's complete bullshit! I would never do that! Those girls are just attention starved little-"

"OBJECTION!" Civil Action yelled, "The girls know you've committed those crimes. Everybody knows you've commited those crimes. Your honor, this man a pitiful excuse for a human being and a disgrace to women."

Rough Rider rolled his eyes, "Well you're a pitiful excuse for a lawyer."

Civil Action was furious with Rough Rider and the two got into a screaming match.

Pinkie Pie took out popcorn and a Diet Orange Cola and started to enjoy the scene.

Rainbow Dash nudged her, "How are you enjoying this? And how did you smuggle movie snacks into a courtroom?"

Pinkie Pie shrugged.

Lady Justice banged her gavel on her desk, "ORDER!!! ORDER!"

The fighting ceased.

"Mrs. Action please give your opening statement."

Civil Action stood up, "People of the jury, I am here to show you all that Rough Rider is guilty of forcing sex onto many women from the ages of 13 to 29. Today, we will all decide if his reign of terror will be stopped. Thank you."

Lady Justice said, "Mr. P. Na, your statement?"

Sub P. Na stood up, "I have no idea what Civil Action or any of those girls are talking about. Rough Rider may have some problems but being a rapist is not one of them. You have no proof and his victims are just here so they can stop being slut-shamed. I will try my hardest to clear Rough Rider's name."

He sat back down and saw Trixie clench her fist in a moment of rage.

Lady Justice said, "Both of you make good points. But it is not up to you to determine the trial's outcome."

She then asked Civil Action, "Which of your girls would you like to call up first?"

"I call Belle Rose to the stand."

Belle Rose went up to booth near Lady Justice.

"Mrs. Rose, tell us about the nights leading up to November 15th, 2008."

Belle Rose cleared her throat, "Well I had been tutoring Rough Rider for the past two weeks because he was failing his classes. When I was with him, I noticed that he had a miserable home life. His father was an unemployed, emotionally abusive alcoholic and mother was rarely home because she was working to keep the family afloat. But don't feel bad for him, this is where his evil side comes in."

Rough Rider coughed into his fist, "Liar!"

Belle Rose shot a dirty look at Rough Rider and went back to her story, "He told me that because of his situation at home, he took out his pain on the other children in his school. He especially loved to harrass his female classmates because and I quote 'Girls are easy prey. They're just so vulnerable, they'll believe anything I tell them."

Rough Rider yelled, "Objection! I was a young and stupid hormonally-challenged teen! I was just coping with being a loser!"

Belle argued, "Taking your pain out of innocent teenage girls is not coping!"

"Well at least I didn't cope by turning into a psychotic demon and destroying a high school prom!"

Everyone looked at Sci Twi, who blushed and sank in her chair.

Sunset Shimmer put her hand on Sci Twi, "Twilight, don't listen to him. That wasn't your fault and Rough Rider's just being a jerk."

Lady Justice asked, "Mrs. Rose, can you please finish the story?"

"Okay your honor. As I was saying, on November 15th 2008, I invited my boyfriend turned husband Beast Tamer over to talk to Rough Rider about his anger issues. Of course, the little prick didn't listen to him. When Beast Tamer had to take a phone call and went outside, he insulted me by calling me a horrible tutor!"

"I did not!"

Sub P. Na nudged Rough Rider to be quiet.

Belle continued, "After he insulted me, he pinned me to the wall and started to unzip his jeans. He told me that the only lesson he got from my tutoring is that he said I was hot and wanted to have sex with me. Thankfully, he never got very far because Beast Tamer came in and told him to get away from me. We were going to call the police and his parents but he ran up to his room and that was the last I ever saw from him. From that moment on, he was been roaming the country raping women and destroying their innocent lives."

She got down from the booth and back to her witness section.

"Thank you Belle for your story. Our next victim I would like to call up is Jade Emerald."

Jade Emerald went up to the witness booth.

"Miss Emerald, will you tell us about the night of March 12th, 2011?"

"I'm proud to your honor. FIve years ago, I my family and I were living in Fillydelphia. My older sister Aurora Flash and I were the best of friends, but that changed when she started dating Rough Rider. He acted like a gentleman in front of Aurora and our parents but wasn't very kind to me. On the night of March 12th, our parents had gone out for their wedding anniversary. Aurora was set to babysit me but she invited Rough Rider over. He said that he had a surprise for my sister and I and he led us up to Aurora's room. He told me to run off and Aurora was alone with him. That's when he began raping her in front of my very eyes. She told me to run, so I did. Unfortunately, Rough Rider caught me and started to rape me until one of our neighbors, a police officer, heard my screams, and came over to arrest him. Rough Rider had escaped, and our parents were called."

"And can you tell us what happened after that night?"

"Rough Rider had paid someone to film our rapes and soon they were online. The video caused Aurora and I to lose our friends, our dignity, and for Aurora, our parent's respect. They tried to help us but they could never look her in the eye anymore. I dealt with the pain by self-harming and Aurora began to suffer from severe depression and dropped out of school so she would never face torment again. On June 22nd 2011, the pain became too much for Aurora and she commited suicide. Shortly afterwards, my parents and I moved to Rangetown where I eventually recovered from my trauma."

"BBBOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!" Everyone looked at Rough Rider.

"Your sister's just a slut." Rough Rider said, "She obviously was asking for sex. It's not my fault that she's a pussy and can't handle a little ribbing."

Jade Emerald got out of the booth and went to Rough Rider's table, "My sister killed herself because of you!"

"She's just a fucking coward looking for attention. It's her own fault for what happened to you two."

Jade clenched her fists as if she was going to  punch Rough Rider in the face, but she managed to restrain herself and then stormed back to the witness booth.

Rough Rider rolled his eyes, "Stupid whore."

Jade turned back and flipped him the bird, earning some small chuckles in the crowd.

Lady Justice banged her gavel, "Rough Rider, you are the most insolent man I have ever met. You can either shut up and listen to the next three witnesses or we'll have the guards taze you."

Rough Rider slumped in his seat.

"Thank you. Now let's hear from Red Ribbon."

Red Ribbon went up to the witness booth.

"Miss Ribbon, can you tell us about the night of April 10th, 2013?"

"It was my eighteenth birthday and my two friends Costume Jewelery and Pink Lipstick took me to a Manehattan night club for a night of fun and partying. We had made some fake IDs so we could easily get into the bar. We danced, sang karaoke, and had quite a few beers. At one point, I was so inebriated, I had bumped into Rough Rider at the club. He told me that I was pretty and that he wanted to dance with me and take me out of the club with me for a 'surprise'. But earlier, he had unknowingly slipped a roofie in my drink and ended up passing out in the abandoned alley he took me to. He raped me while I was unconcious and I woke up when he was just zipping his pants back up."

Rough Rider argued, "You said you wanted to become a woman!"

"But not that way!"

Lady Justice gave Rough Rider the evil eye and he was quiet.

Red Ribbon continued, "As I was saying, I called my dad and friends after I was raped. He was ready to kill him, but Rough Rider had already escaped. And that's where my experience ends."

She sat back down.
