Seriously, Brush?! Not that she doesn't need it, but that's one of your worst ideas ever. :/ What did you think would happen? I've got five complaints. Code is annoyed at him for snapping at Mighty, RRBB said she thought he was going too far.
I don't know what he's like in real life, but he definitely comes across as a condescending jerk. And Max isn't the easiest to get along with either when she's in her moods...
I can save him from the banhammer, but I doubt they'd get along. If anything they'll kill each other.

Hi, Lyra.
Jade's an acquaintance from college. Before yesterday I never thought him capable of such behavior. I've known him for a few years and he's the type of pony who'd apologize for you shouting at him. Also, he's extremely polite, very kind and incredibly shy.

Well, my sister's one to thank for that. If she hadn't left Brush's story lying about I'd never have shown any interest, and most definitely never gotten to meet her. Brush is something special in so many ways.

Getting back to the main topic of discussion... (I'm already shipped :P) How do we get things to calm down a bit? I guarantee that Max is already fantasizing about Jade, in between hating him, but Jade is being a bit too aggressive. Must be the result of decades of suppressed anger.
Mota, can you talk to him, get him to calm down?

I can try. We've been discussing a bit of MCE and for the most part he finds it just as amusing as I. He likes your stories more, though (I gave him the one about the human and the mirror and he loved it.)
Keep in mind that he doesn't know that I visit the site, just that I've read a few things from there. Don't tell anypony this, but he's not impressed with most of the fan fictions published. He's extremely supportive, though. I'm trying to get him to comment more, but he seems to only want to flame Max.

Does any of you know what Jade's type is, though? If he and Max happen to meet and like each other that's one thing. If it turns out that she's nothing like his idea SO (or that he even isn't into mares) it's best we stop here. At this point they are still at the insult phase, so we're fine.

That's not a topic we discuss too much. Well, other than the time he met Brush. He went on and on about how lucky I am, which means he's into mares. I think. It's not an issue asking him. On another note, his favourite human is Megan and he's convinced she'll be shipped with Blazen.

Mezen?! Seriously? That's the worst ship out there! I can't believe he's really suggesting that. On the plus side, I think it's safe to say he's into mares, and that Max has just become a very viable candidate. (Of all the characters in the series, she is closest to Megan the most). :)

Best check to be completely sure. Also, talk to him to turn down the hate, a personal thing between him and Max, I'd allow, but shouting at every second user. Get him to at least rode down things until he becomes like CEOWitch, okay?

Tech finds their arguments amusing, although he'll never admit it publicly. I wouldn't worry about him. Code is a different matter. When he went into an argument with her coltfriend, he automatically got on her bad list. I'll see if I can get him out of there. Might have to tell her what you told me and show that picture. (I still gotta say it: daymn! :))

And yes, I agree that is one thing that shouldn't be forced. I know you like shipping ponies, sweet wings, but our involvement should end with getting them in the same place at the same time. After that, they can decide for themselves whether they like each other or not.
Personally, I hope it works out. MixaMax sounds like one fun character, and (in my opinion) Jade needs a marefriend.
