"Where do you think they went?" Rainbow asks as Fluttershy releases Gengar from her Pokeball and reaches into her bag to pull out a small pouch.
"I don't know," Fluttershy says as she pulls out and hands what looks like a clear cat's eye marble with a purple and red streak in it.
"But how will we find them?" Rainbow asks as Fluttershy pulls out a small handheld device out of her backpack and turns it on.
"With this!" Fluttershy says as the Pokegear powers on and displays a map of the city. Fluttershy closely examines it for a few moments before Rainbow Dash walks over and looks at the device in her hands.
"Well it looks like Raikou went to the Power Plant and Entei seems to be headed for the Portal. There's no sign of Suicune." Fluttershy says as she goes to turn off the device before another pair of icons appear on the device.
"Wait what's that?" Rainbow asks Fluttershy before she looks closely at the icons located outside of the building.
"It looks like Latios and Latias. But why would the Eon Pokemon be here?" Fluttershy asks before she hears a pair of Pokemon cry out.
"Is that them?" Rainbow asks as they head outside and see the two Dragon Pokemon floating in front of them. The two pokemon look at each other before Latias glides over and sidles up to Fluttershy.
"Latias!" It cries as Latios floats over in front of Rainbow.
"What do they want?" Rainbow asks as Fluttershy pulls out a Pokeball.
"I think they want to join us." Fluttershy says, surprised, as she translates Latias's cry as she reaches into her pack for a Pokeball and motions for Rainbow to do the same. Rainbow follows suit and pulls out a Pokeball and lobs it, sending out Dratini.
"Uh, Rainbow?"
"Yes, Fluttershy?" Rainbow asks as her Dratini starts to glow.
"How about we try an empty Pokeball this time?" Fluttershy says as she lobs the ball she was holding at Latias, who quickly went into the ball, which quickly shook twice in the air before it hit the ground and shook once before a star emerged from the ball. Rainbow, looking sheepish reaches into her bag for a Pokeball as Dratini's light explodes revealing a Dragonair in its place, before she lobs the ball. Latios quickly enters the ball and a star appears before the ball even closes.
Fluttershy reaches for the ball and unleashes Latias before she reaches into her bag and pulls out the pouch from before and hands Latias a similar stone to the one she gave Gengar before she climbs onto her back. Rainbow looks at her questioningly before Fluttershy answers Rainbow's unspoken question.
"We'll be able to travel faster on their backs than we will on foot." Fluttershy says as Rainbow lets Latios out of his ball and climbs on his back before the two Dragons take to the skies with their new masters in tow.

Several minutes later, the Eon Pokemon land in a small clearing. Fluttershy's Pokegear had determined that they were in the general vicinity of Entei, so the two decided to land and look for him on foot. After a few moments of searching, Rainbow encounters the brown dog and calls for Fluttershy. Fluttershy walks over to them and sends out Gengar, who immediately gets enveloped in a purple sphere of energy when Fluttershy touches the bracelet on her left arm. After a little while the sphere explodes revealing Gengar, who looked like a dark purple ghost floating in the air.
"Gengar, use Mean Look!" Fluttershy yells. Gengar looks at Entei and gives him an evil look that causes Entei to cringe. Fluttershy then turns to Rainbow. "Rainbow, I'll need you to fight it. Gengar's Mean Look will keep it from fleeing, but I don't want to divert her attention from him."
"No problem," Rainbow says as she reaches into her bag for a ball, only for Latios to fly forward and hits Entei with a psychically enhanced headbutt, causing Entei to flinch. Latios then looks back with a smug look on his face as he unleashes a shock wave from his mouth, before dodging a stream of flames spewed from Entei's mouth then unleashing an explosive burst of light. Latios then looked back and nodded at Rainbow, who pulls out a Pokeball and lobs it at Entei as a strong wave of psychokinetic energy hits Entei, confusing him as he gets sucked into the ball. The ball hit the ground and slowly started to shake. Once, twice, then a third time, before a star eventually emerged.
"Got him, Shy!" Rainbow says before she reaches down and picks up the ball. She then turns around and sees Fluttershy looking at her and Latios as he nuzzles against Rainbow. Rainbow starts to blush as Fluttershy quietly begins to laugh and return Gengar into her Pokeball. She then reaches into her bag for something before Fluttershy hears a familiar voice.
"JIGGLYPUFF!" The voice screamed before a Jigglypuff collided with Fluttershy, knocking her over.
