Oh yeah, almost forgot. This has massive spoilers. So please, read at you own risk.
This'll be a kinda long summarizing of what would have happened in each of the remaining 6 Episodes.

-Episode 6: "Ahim and Rarity": As usual, this chapter starts with Rarity opening the door of her Boutique just to see Ahim standing right out, instead of freaking out or anything, she quickly runs to admire Ahim's dress. After that, they enter the Boutique, where Sweetie Belle was drawing with her crayons. After Ahim introduces herself and tells them how she and her friends got there, they head to the center of the town; Ahim hiding inside of box full of colorful ribbons.
-Episode 7: "Gai and Pinkie Pie": Just like with the previous 5 Chapters, Pinkie opens the door of the bakery and sees Gai standing right outside. They stare at each other for like 2 minutes before Gai eventually tries to talk to her. Pinkie freaks out and hurries inside the bakery. A bunch of stuff happens before Pinkie, finally, lets Gai enter. He introduces himself and tells the story of how him and his friends got there. After that, they head to the center of the town, Gai hiding inside a bag of flour. The Mane 6, now reunited in the middle of Ponyville, stare at each other for some time before Twilight starts asking why they were carrying those things; inside of the box: Marvelous couldn't do much but stare at Twilight's Pony friends before noticing that the things they were carrying were moving. He shakes the box to catch Twilight's attention and telling her that his friends could be inside each of the things the other Ponies were carrying. Twilight then proceeds to tell her friends to go to the Library.
-Episode 8: "The Reunion": Now, inside of the Library, the 6 Gokaigers proceed to get out of their respective disguises. Ahim and Luka were so happy to see each other that they decided to hug, while the other 4 just smiled to each other. Marvelous then thanked Twilight and her friends for helping them reunite; Joe then asks Marvelous how are they going to get back to their world, that's when Twilight says that she would be more than pleased to help them get back. After checking 10 different books, on the eleventh, Twilight finds a cross-dimensional transportation spell (Pretty convenient, huh?); but she says it's too complicated and that it could take time to perform. At this, Marvelous asks how long exactly it would take, to which, Twilight answers: -Three days.- The Gokaigers then start talking to each other trying to figure out what they were going to do during those three days; Twilight then recommends each of the Gokaigers to stay with their respective Pony partners while the spell was being worked on; Marvelous volunteered to help Twilight with the spell. Before the Gokaigers and Ponies leave, Rainbow asks her friends if the Gokaigers had shown them that they can transform into stronger version of themselves. Everypony, except for Twilight, got pretty confused, saying that they never told them anything about that. They all asked, borderline begging, the Gokaigers to show them their transformations. Normally, Marvelous and Joe would have refused, but decided to accept. They began by transforming to their usual Gokaiger forms. Each Pony requested the Gokaigers to transform to something different: Twilight requested something related to magic, and the Gokaigers transformed to the Magirangers;Rainbow Dash requested something related to speed, and they transformed to Jetman; but before the others could request a certain transformation, Marvelous got impatient and yelled them to stop. Afterwards, they each headed to their respective houses.
-Episode 9: "Three days can't be that bad...": This episode's all about what each Gokaiger and Pony did during those three days. Which makes this the longest chapter out of all. Marvelous and Twilight worked nonstop on the spell day and night the two first days. Rainbow Dash decided to show Joe the town on the first day; during the second one, they decided to have athletic competitions almost all day long. Luka decided to help the Apple family on the farm during the first day; during the second one, they dedicated the whole day to playing and walking around town. Don helped Fluttershy taking care of the wild animals during the first day; while on the second one, they went to town to look around and do some shopping. Ahim and Rarity spent the first day shopping for fabric, ribbons, and those kind of things; during the second one, Rarity made a whole bunch of dresses just like the one Ahim was wearing (But of course, making them so Ponies could wear them). And finally, Pinkie and Gai spent the first day making cupcakes with the shape of each Pony and Gokaiger; and in the second one they played around town all day. Now, on the third day, Twilight's spell was ready. Twilight called all of her and Marvelous' friends to the Library; the Ponies and Gokaigers had become so good friends, that they didn't want to leave; even Marvelous and Twilight had become good friends. After a LONG time, the Gokaigers finally accepted that they had to return to their world; they stepped on a circle with an hexagon inside of it that Twilight and Marvelous had drawn on the floor, Twilight proceeded to perform her spell which resulted in success, transporting the Gokaiger back to their world; but not before Marvelous promised that they would see each other again sometime. The Gokaigers got to their world just to find the city in ruins: Gormins and Zugormins everywhere chasing after the people that still roamed the streets. They then spotted Jigen Boijaa sitting on a Golden Throne laughing at the sight of the city destroyed. After spotting him, they decided to walk in front of Jigen Boijaa; threatening him to stop and return the city to normal, to which he laughed and ordered his troops to attack the Gokaigers. (Hey, I told you it would be the longest chapter, and this is just the summarized version... Go figure.)
-Episode 10: "Decisive Battle.": The Zangyack troops began rushing at the Gokaigers, who, without hesitation decided to transform. With ease, they managed to destroy every Gormin and Zugormin that rushed at them. Jigen Boijaa stood from his throne saying that he would destroy the Gokaigers personally. Just like the previous time, he rushed at the Gokaigers trying to attack them with his claws and just like previous time too, failed at it. They began to slash and shoot Jigen Boijaa nonstop till he dropped on his knees; the Gokaigers proceeded to do their finisher attacks just like previous time; but this time, instead of being sucked inside a black whole, they hit directly Jigen Boijaa; making him explode as he fell to the ground. Then a purple beam came from somewhere in outer space, lighting Jigen's remains reviving him and making him giant sized. To this, Marvelous called the Gokai Galleon (Their space ship and megazord/mecha.) The Galleon proceeded to transform to the Gokaigers' usual megazord/mecha: The GokaiOh; while Gai called his mecha: GoZyuDrill, which transformed into the GoZyuJin. The two mecha's began to attack Jigen Boijaa with their most powerful attacks; even though their attacks did hit him, they did very little damage. Jigen laughed at their futile attempt to destroy him and began attacking them with falling stars; they were pretty big, so they were hard to dodge; they managed to land quite a bit of hits on the Gokaigers' mechas. Because of this, the Gokaigers decided to combine their mechas, forming GoZyu GokaiOh (Basically GokaiOh but with GoZyuJin's right arm.) And even with the combined power of the two mechas, their attacks still didn't seem to do much; the Gokaigers got desperate, they knew they wouldn't be able to beat Jigen Boijaa. But before they lost hope, a light came out of each of the Gokaigers' buckles, forming a Ranger Key with the shape of each of their Pony friends. Having no other option, they used the Pony Ranger Keys; the Keys powered up the GoZyu GokaiOh and gave the Gokaigers access to a new finishing attack: "The Super Magic Cannon" (Stupid name I know... That's the best I could think of.) A cannon came out of the GoZyu GokaiOh's chest, and began charging itself. Jigen Boijaa began charging his own attack too: a giant black hole, just like last time. Both shot their attacks simultaneously; but the Gokaigers' attack was stronger, it went through the black hole and hit Jigen Boijaa, making him explode once again for the last time.
-Final Episode: "A promise is a promise.": With Jigen Boijaa finally destroyed, the remaining Gormin and Zugormin fled in fear. The Gokaigers returned to their former states, Luka and Ahim jumped around happily, Gai and Don hugged; but Joe and Marvelous just looked to the sky, smiling. Then, the Pony Ranger Keys banished, leaving a trail of colored smoke according to each Pony behind them. They all looked at they sky, remembering what they had passed through in Ponyville and the new friends they had made, they all smiled, and Marvelous said to himself: -A promise, is a promise. We'll see you all again someday.-
On Ponyville, a couple of hours had passed since the Gokaigers left, the Mane 6 had stayed in the Library since then thinking about the things they did with their new friends. They all gathered around, and began talking about it. Except for Twilight, who just stared at the outside of an open window; she then smiled while she said to herself: -Give for sure well see each other again, Capt. Marvelous.- she giggled as she finished talking, and headed to where her friends were talking, joining the conversation.
