The sun, setting in the distance, lit up the sky like a fiery-orange ball. The horizon became a brilliant shade of pink, with white, wide clouds filling in the gaps. Where there was wind, it laughed in the ears of the birds and whispered in the heads of the squirrels.
There's one house that while no different than the rest, the interiors shows what any other house has.
The room is decorated in bright colors. The walls are light blue decorated by cute posters, most of the furniture colored white, books for young children rest on a desk some even on the carpeted floor and oddly some advance programming ones, as do some stuffed animals.
Suddenly there's movement under the bed's covers. From them, the small figure of a little girl emerges. She has lavender skin, turquoise long hair and lighter turquoise eyes. The girl rubs her eyes as she looks around her room, she gets up revealing her yellow pajamas.
She then walks out from her room and into the hall, taking a few steps she arrives at the room next to her's.
Opening the door she came to another bedroom that was completely different than hers. The walls were covered in posters of games, movies and music bands the shelves had books, games, movies and some anime's as well, a large tv with some game consoles, and movie players, also a desk with a computer and near it, a sound system with various cd's on it.
The girl looks around until she sees the room's bed and walks forward not making any noise and climbs the bed and kneels against the bulk in the bed. She then shakes the bulk with her small strength.
"Bronze. Bronze. Wake up!" she saids in a quiet voice.
This causes the bulk to move and come out of the covers. This reveals a large figure with light golden skin, black hair that reached his shoulders, on his face he had a mustache and a goatee along piercings on both ears and his left eyebrow.
"Huh? Aura. Que hora es?(What time is it?)" The now revealed Bronze said as he looked at the little girl.
"Is still early. But you are usually awake at this hour. Did you stayed late again?" She asked the last part giving Bronze a stare.
Bronze only scratched the back of his head."Maybe a little." He lets out a yawn while stretching at the same time and the looking back at the girl.
"Why don't you go and get yourself ready while I make us breakfast." He told Aura as her ruffled her hair. Aura for her parts smiled and nodded while she headed out of the room.
Bronze got up immediately after and when to the kitchen. Suddenly a blue coated and white-eared dog jumped at him and started to lick his face. Bronze only smile while he petted the dog.
"Good morning Ember. I bet you are hungry too" the dog only barked. Bronze moved to the cabinet while getting some of Embers food on her plate which she started eating happily.
Moments later Aura came back all dresses and both started to eat. "Did you finished your homework?" Aura suddenly ask her brother as she took a bite of a piece of toast.
Bronze just looks at her and smirks "Did you?" both then laugh a while.
Finishing Bronze looks at his sister. "Watch some TV while i get ready" Aura only nodded and headed to the living room while Bronze went back up to the second floor.
Getting a shower and changing clothes to his uniform for Crystal Prep “I’ll never get used to this.” Looking at his stand he picks up a pair of shades and puts them on.
Walking back down he sees his sister ready to go"Do you have everything?" He asks as the girls nods.
"Yup. Books, notebooks, pencils and my laptop" Bronze raised an eyebrow at the last thing she said.
“Why are you bringing your laptop?" he asked alittle confused.
Aura stares at her brother with an annoyed face "I get bored easy. Besides i can work on my programs"
Bronze returned a deadpan stare. "As Long as we don't have a repeat of last time" Aura pouted at her brother's words.
"How was i supposed to know crystal prep had such a lousy alarm system! Only idiots use 12345 as a password for their luggage. Besides no one got hurt only extremely wet and now they have a better system all thanks to me." Aura smiled proud of herself
Broze just caught her nose between his index and middle finger which caused Aura to put a comedic face while she rapidly moved her arms up and down
"Sometimes i feel you're too smart for your own good. We were lucky that dad's friend managed to control the whole mess and it was written as an accident. " He lets go of Aura as he walks toward the door, Aura follows behind massaging her nose.
Bronze turns around and sees Ember coming towards them, he kneels and pets her. "You know the drill. Take care of the house ok Ember" Ember barks once in understanding.
She then lick's Aura's face who only laughs and then pets her. "Bye Ember" Aura says as both leave the house. Outside Bronze picks Aura up and puts her on his shoulders as they start their daily routine.
"You know. We could have arrived faster if you use your bike" Aura says as she stares at her brother.
"True. But school doesn't allow motorcycles so we have to walk. You know that" Bronze answered as Aura only looked at the ground.
"I know. But i enjoy when you take me to ride with you" Bronze smile's at his sister, she always likes hanging with him, despite being really smart for a seven year old she is really childish at times.
“Hey what’cha doing?” asked a sudden female voice that startled the siblings. They looked left and found nothing. The looked right and also nothing. Then they looked left again only to jump as all of a sudden a girl with a huge smile was at their side.
“You almost gave me a heart attack Pinkie!” Bronze said to the new arrival who still continued to smile. “What are you doing here anyway?”
“Nothing really. I was walking and i saw both of you and then thought wouldn’t it be really neat to surprise Bronze and Aura and it work!” She smiled making a squeaking sound in the process, and the siblings just stared at her.
“You’re really weird you know that” Aura raised an eyebrow as she spoke to the older girl.
“Of course and that’s what makes it fun!. So what’cha doing?”
Bronze just let out a sigh “I’m taking Aura to the daycare before going to school”
“Oooooooooooooooooh. Can I join?”
“I don’t see why not”So the trio started walking until they arrived at the daycare. Bronze set Aura on the floor.

"Well. We better leave or we will be late for classes" Bronze spoke but then Aura run towards him which made him kneel.Aura then gave him a tight hug.
"You'll be back soon, right?" Aura asked to which Bronze noded.
"I love you big brother" Aura said in a quiet and sad tone which made her brother hug her more tightly.
"I love you too" Bronze spoke as he let her go.
“Hold on Aura!” Said Pinkie as she started to look for something in her backpack, suddenly she pulls a bag and hands it to Aura. “This are some cookies I made, you can have them”
“Really?” said the girls surprised by the sudden gift. Pinkie just nodded to which the girl smile and hugged the girl. As she made her way in she waved back one last time
“DON’T FORGET TO SHARE!” Yelled pinkie as Aura made her way inside. Turning she saw Bronze covering his ears.
“Madre. You really know how to scream!”
“It wasn’t that bad”
Both teens continued their walk to their respective schools. Bronze turned to Pinkie who was happily skipping at his side.
“That was really nice of you. To give those cookies to Aura”
“Well, she looked sad and I can’t stand to see people sad, especially my friends.” Bronze himself smiled at Pinkie's answer. “So how are things at crystal prep?” The girl suddenly asked.
“The same as always”
“Bumer. That’s why I haven't got a friend in crystal prep they are so mean! I tried once but it didn't work.” Pinke crossed her arms and made a pouting face.
“Um. I’m from crystal prep and as far as i know i’m your friend”
“Oh yeah, kinda forgot.” She then gives a smile letting out a squeaking noise. “You should have enrolled at CHS, then you could have hanged with me and my friends, I could have made you a huge welcome party!”
“True. But then all of the guys that date you and your friends would want a piece of me for being around their girlfriends, especially for the fact that I’m not in a relationship ”
“Nah. They are really nice, you would get along with them, not to mention most of them are gamers just like you”
“Maybe on another occasion, I have been a little busy lately” Both walked a little more until they reached a fork. “Anyway. It was good talking to you”
“Wait!” Pinkie called as she gave him a cupcake. “I made a bunch for my friends and well this is for you” Pinkie then headed to the opposite direction from Broze when she turned around. “I’ll see you at work later!” she said and started to run.
Bronze for his part still took a slow pace towards his school as he wasn't in a hurry, yet he couldn't help to think back to his little sister and the tragedy of their parents passing away.
Aura was so broken the first few weeks of this and it only grew worse where she was about to be taken to either an orphanage or foster home.
He thought tooth and nail and with the help of some influential friends of both parents he managed to get custody of Aura but he had supervisions of one of his father's close friends in order to avoid future problems.
He also helped him get citizenship as he and Aura weren’t from this country, they moved to canterlot city and finally he was able to enter a good high school which was crystal prep, he hoped that attending such school could secure a better future for both of them. His thoughts were interrupted as he finally arrived at the school grounds.
Bronze entered, and as soon he did a dead silence filled the halls as all students gazed upon his imposing figure. He just led out a heavy sigh as he started to walk again.
Some of the students quickly moved away from his path, moreso as he reached the hall with the lockers and he walked towards his own.
Moving his belongings in and out of his locker he hears some of the gossip some of the students go around spreading.
Most notably he hears that of the students who suddenly transferred in a short period of time mostly after himself arrived at school. He hasn't meant any of them personally except for that one shy boy, not that they spoke or anything, but they actually bumped into each other one day and before Bronze could apologize said boy runned away as if he had seen the devil.
This only added fuel to Bronze's reputation. Suddenly he heard some arguing which has become more regular as of late.
"Come on Indigo. I know you want to." Said a male voice just a couple of feet from him. He already knew who it was.
"I said no Ledger! How many times do i have to say it. I don't like you, and leave me alone!" Said an angry female voice that Bronze knew who it belonged to, one of the shadow 5 Indigo Zap.
He thought Ledger would have already know his lesson after all his attempts. Indigo wasn't a pushover and she could kick his ass really hard, as the other times she has done it.
Suddenly something bumped into Bronze's back pushing him into his locker.
"Hey watch it lo...............!" Ledger yelled to the person he bumped but didn't finish as Bronze turned around and Ledger saw who it was.
He didn't say anything and just left with a scared look. Bronze then turned to a side and looked at Indigo. She for her part was seeing him with some fear in her eyes as well while trying to remain calm and then also left.
"Just another day in my life." thought Bronze just as the bell rang and he headed for his first class of the day.
The classes passed at a steady pace, the bell for lunch has just rung and all students exited their classrooms.
As Bronze enters the cafeteria he sees the number of students there, the place was packed up, as usual, thankfully he mades his own lunch and doesn't have to wait in line, and walks to his usual table in the corner.
Of course, no one sits with him during the break, looking around he sees the students all in their usual groups.
On the same table as everyday he sees the shadow 5 chating more so now that the friendship games are coming closer.
He still couldn't understand the rivalry between both schools which it seems to go in an unhealthy direction.
He remembered a few day's after he entered the school on how the shadow 5 approached him.
Memory
Bronze was eating not giving a care to what happens around him. Since entering the school most students avoided him and some looked at him with slight fear in their eyes.
He guessed that his looks alone were the cause of this, eh still wished he atleast had friends from his age group as he always felt like an outcast, the only exception being Pinkie pie who he meet while getting a job at sugar cube corner as a delivery boy.
Still they didn’t interact much, mostly because of being in different schools and Pinkie hanging out with her friends and her boyfriend, he would just be the third wheel or put Pinkie into trouble and he didn’t want that for the girl.
"Bronze Wing?" asked a sudden female voice next to him.
Bronze turned around and saw a girl with bluish gray skin and white almost silver hair. She was also wearing glasses.
"Yes?" he asked wondering what she wanted from him, still this girl looked kinda familiar but he just shrugged it off. The girl eyed him up and down before speaking again.
"Follow me" she asked, no more she demanded.
"Why?" he asked as he took another bite of his lunch. The girl looked back at him
"Your initiation as a shadowbolt, every new student here at crystal prep has to go through it" was all she said. Bronze wasn't sure about this but simply nodded and followed her.
After a while she guided him into a room with five chair's in a line and another one standing alone.
"Sit" was all the girl said. Bronze just shrugged it and sat on the lone chair, moments later four more girls joined the one who brought him.
"Bronze Wing. Do you know who we are" Asked one of the girls. Bronze looked at the group.
"Not really" he said as he scratched the back of his head..
This caused a little surprise to the group as everyone knew who they were. after a moment each of the girls presented themselves as Sunny Flare, Sugarcoat, Indigo Zap, Lemon Zest and Sour Sweet. They informed him about his initiation into becoming a full shadowbolt and what he needed to do.
"So you are saying that i have to go to the rival school and basically vandalize it?" All 5 girls noded.
Bronze for his part just got up and went to the door. "Not interested" this shocked the group. No one has ever rejected the initiation.
"What do you mean you are not interested" Asked Sunny Flare still surprised.
Bronze just lowered his shades a bit and the girls saw his eyes, they saw he was not happy but that look in his eyes mixed with his already imposing looks started to scare the girls. He didn't say anything and just left.
Later that day he was called to principal Cinch office in which she went on and on rambling about the school's reputation and how he dare not uphold tradition.
When Cinch turned to look at him she became livid as she saw him on his phone. Before she could reprimand him more he just passed the phone to her.
"It's for you" was all Bronze said. Cinch took the phone and then became white as a ghost. She returned the phone and told him he could leave.
Outside he passed the shadow 5 who were waiting outside but he just ignored them. Later he found out Cinch told them to stay away from him.
Of Course that spread like wildfire and that's what got his reputation to worsen and how basically the whole school including both teachers and students were dead scared of him with the sole exception being Dean Cadence.
The reasons he wasn't expelled was because thus far he hasn't broken any rule, he had good grades. Without this Cinch couldn't touch him, and it did help to have a family friend in high places.
Memory end
He looked more around and saw the other groups of students. On another table, he saw almost all of the new arrivals of crystal prep. They became friends really fast which made him kinda envious, he knew they were close to the shadow 5 group.
Bronze finished his lunch and proceed out of the cafeteria, all students being careful not to mess with him.
Outside he walked back to his locker to get the things he needed for his next class. Pausing a moment after closing his locker he looks for something under his shirt.
He pulls out a gold chain and on it it was a gold star or more exactly half a golden star as it looked as if it was cut by something.
“I wonder what happend to you” Bronze thought as he walked away.
