Realms Unite 2

Chapter 9 FORWARD!!

The Realm was cold. The fairies holding their own respective weapon given to them by Erza. They came upon a maze where darkness radiated harshly. The four took a breath and marched on.

Ruby looked around at her friends and to the Heroes of The Realms. Goku, Naruto, Thyme Flies with her newly made metal wings. Then her eyes drifted to girls from Equestria smiling and admiring their multi-colored personalities.

Odion, Odak, Star Bright, Elustar, and Kisashi all stood at the Shadow Realms Portal there sentient styles active. They all looked to one another and held their breath focusing on the seal they had made to protect the palace. A large quake began to shake the palace knocking over everyone watching and the seal on the portal shattered.

The Sentients stood sweating, their eyes flickering between base and sentient modes slowly. Odion turned to the heroes, "The seal has been broken. Group 1: Naruto, Team RWBY, you all may start heading into the realm as you will. After fifteen minutes Group 2: Goku, Team JNPR, and Obi-Wan follow after. Skywalker, Sasuke, and The Equestria Girls will head into the realm shortly after lead by myself. My energy will mask your entry just long enough for me to cause a distraction while you prepare yourselves. Good luck to us all, and May The Force be with us all," he said.

The groups all gathered round nodding and exchanging their goodbye's till next, and good lucks to all. Ruby gave a hug to all of Team JNPR before following Naruto through the portal.

As soon as the group entered they felt the pressure on their bodies drop. Yang looked around quiet confused, "This place is really empty," she said.

Naruto nodded, "I know it may seem this way but I promise it's a lot more dangerous than you think. There's a lot more here than Nightwalker and his Exion. If Nightwalker did what we expected he'll have evils from all over the realms hidden across the realm like Roark. Only this time he's actually thought out his allies," he said.

Naruto's right arm was wrapped completely in bandages. His hair was short and he wore a black elastic forehead protector. Over his pants and sandals, he wore a black uniform jacket with an orange zipper and buttons on the waist and sleeves, he also had a red armband with a red swirling crest on his left arm. Ruby noted every detail and blinked, "Excuse me… Naruto right? Um…. What happened to your right arm?" she asked.

Naruto turned around surprised by the question, "You saw Sasuke right?" he said. Ruby nodded recalling the dark haired man. Naruto smiled, "He's my best friend. A couple years ago him and I had a very harsh battle against one another to decide the fate of my people and we both ended blowing each other's arms up. They disintegrated completely and we had to get new prosthetic limbs. I got my arm but Sasuke refused his arm for his own reasons. Now he's on my side and things have changed for the better in our realm," he said.

Ruby blinked, "Oh… Ok then… Good to know," she replied nervously. Weiss slapped her on the back of the head whispering something about manners. Ruby rubbed the back of her head tearing up a little at the pain.

Naruto looked around his eyes turning yellow and minus signs became his pupils, "This is quite odd…" he said.

Naruto frowned, "From what I can tell with Sage Mode, all of Nightwalkers followers and minions are still gathered at his fortress… And the barrier around it has grown as well…" he said darkly.

Yang smiled, "If they're all gathered in one area that means we'll have a lot more fun taking each and every one of those jerks down!" she cheered. Blake shook her head pulling out her sword, "If this is what it's going to be like, I suggest we get a move on. The enemy isn't going to be immobile for long if we wait like this," she said.

Naruto nodded as he made a hand sign, "Shadow Clone Jutsu!!" he cried. Seven other Naruto's appeared around them! Each of them wore a different set of clothing. Ruby's eyes widened at the sight and she squealed with enthusiasm. Weiss smirked, "Interesting… So many different abilities…" she said. Together the first group charged towards their goal.

Nightwalker was meditating. Silver Tataganay had escaped with the help of a source unknown to the realms. The power that had radiated from the being was unbelievable and The Sentients had that person on their side. He roared in anger smashing his fist into the ground making large cracks in the ground appear.

Anru came into the room. The Exion was obviously still sort of recuperating from an encounter outside the realm, "Lord Nightwalker… A group of nuisances have entered from the Sentient Palace… I've prepared the first line of fighters… Should I send out Viral or one of our assassins?" he asked.

Anru frowned, "Five. Four female and Naruto Uzumaki at the lead," he said. Night-walker turned around pacing a minute or so and pulled on some armor and grabbed Nightshade's sword. Anru frowned, "My lord?" he asked.

Nightwalker chuckled, "There will be more to come. I want you to send out a line of your top Exion fighters to start. This is the second time the realms have unites against a common enemy. The only problem they have… Is me," he said with a smirk.

Naruto stopped mid-step and the girls followed suit. Eight Exion blocked their path to the fortress. Naruto smiled and a red cloak with a black flame design trailing the bottom appeared on his body, "Ruby… I'll handle these guys. I want all of you to go ahead of me. This will only take a couple seconds," he said.

Weiss blinked hearing him say this, "Are you crazy?! I know you've got your clones but look at these things! They're bulkier than a normal Grimm! How can you-?!" Naruto cut her off with a glare, "The second group will be entering soon. We need to have most of the first group at the front lines against Nightwalker fighting the first line he's got. GO!" he ordered.

The girls kind of flinched at his tone but nodded as they started running past the behemoths. On Behemoth swung at the girls but Naruto quickly appeared into front of it and kicked it square in the jaw sending it tumbling away, soon after it crumbled to dust.

The Behemoths all roared and converged on Naruto. A massive explosion followed causing the girls to turn towards the conflict, "NARUTO!" they cried. Their cries were silenced shortly after as a large yellow and black lined nine tailed fox appeared knocking over each of the behemoths. The behemoths were quickly torn to shreds and blasted to bits by the fox. The girls sighed in relief and continued forward.

Naruto sat in the dirt taking a breather. Goku, Team JNPR, and Kenobi all arrived at his side raising an eyebrow, "Where's Team RWBY?" Obi-Wan asked. Naruto chuckled and pointed ahead at the fortress. Team JNPR nearly lost their cool and started charging towards the barrier.

Naruto smiled, "Perfect. Those eight are perfectly capable of stalling for us. Obi-Wan, I hate to leave you out of the plan but for now I need you to hurry and go aid them. Goku and I have to save our energy for our ultimate attack. We also have to wait for Twilight and the others to be set and ready, and Natsu isn't around yet either," he said. Obi-Wan nodded not wanting to question the plan and Force Dashed after Team JNPR.

Goku sat next to Naruto and began to meditate with him, "You sure this attack will even work?" he asked. Naruto nodded thinking back to the fight against Roark and how their attacks had momentarily combined into a single wave.

"If I made the Rasen-Shuriken work with different chakra's, I'm pretty sure with the help of everyone else I can make this work. It's gonna take a lot of time and restraint but I know we can make it work," Naruto said. Goku took a breath, "I hope your right… I don’t exactly wanna miss out on any of the action…" he said. Naruto chuckled at the remark.

Yang smiled sitting outside the barrier. Thousands of Exion lined the barrier, "This might be a little bit more challenging than I thought," she said. Weiss frowned looking at all of the demons. Ruby tried to fire some of her bullets through the barrier but they merely melted on contact.

"It seems we can't hit the barrier with projectiles which might explain why we're the first to enter the realm. It'll-!" A voice cut Blake off, "Help when Team JNPR arrives?" Jaune spoke up. Team RWBY turned smiling, "Exactly," Blake said smiling.

Jaune looked at all of the Exion and scanned the rest of the fortress, "Projectiles are a no go… At least not outside the barrier…" he said to himself. The Exions all remained motionless as if they hadn't noticed the new arrivals yet. Jaune looked to how close each of the sentry towers were, "Nora, Weiss, How hard would it be for either you to help Ruby and Pyrrha to reach the sentry towers on either side?" he asked.

Weiss looked to one tower, "I should be able to use my Glyphs to send Ruby up on. But I'll have to focus hard on the directions," she said. Nora was jumping for joy, "This is so happening!" she cried. Without a second thought Nora threw Pyrrha over her shoulder, "Oh my!" Pyrrha said blushing a little. Nora stood on her large hammer pulling the trigger and sending the two off into the sky high over the Exion. They safely landed on the tower. Exion quickly began to climb the inside and outside of the tower.

Weiss, Ruby and Yang charged into the barrier. Yang sent out two mighty bursts from her gauntlets making a quick path for Ruby and Weiss. Weiss concentrated as a white glyph formed under Ruby. Ruby's cloak began to flake rose petals. Weiss pushed forward with her sword and Ruby shot like a bullet through a line of Exion and up the second sentry tower!

Pyrrha and Ruby began firing with their respective weapons picking off nimble enemies one at a time! Jaune, Blake, and Ren all took to Pyrrha's tower defense on the outside. Nora was inside the tower knocking Grimm around left and right with joy. Weiss and Yang held off any Exion trying to get at Ruby with their own respective efforts. A massive wave of Exion were sent sprawling as Obi-Wan came in cutting down any Exion that remained in his wake. The glow of his Force Fury crackled around him brilliantly as he force pushed more and more out of the way.

A bald woman with twin red lightsabers stepped forward, "Kenobi!" she shrieked charging at him. Obi-Wan smiled seeing the woman and blocking her first strike. The woman's cold eyes bore into him.

"I'm surprised to see you here Ventress. I thought you had given up your reign as an evil doer," Obi-Wan chuckled.

Ventress smiled coldly, "Let's just say I was given the right amount of pay," she said as her eyes turned yellow and a red aura of force began to form around her. Obi-Wan frowned jumping back, "So… Nightwalker allowed you your own Force Fury as well… I'm surprised someone such as yourself can wield an ability such as it," he said.

Ventress smiled, "You'd be surprised at the many things I can do Kenobi," she said with a bite. Obi-wan held his lightsaber over his head and challenged her forward. Ventress shrieked and ran forward slashing wildly.

Anakin had finished checking all of the equipment before stowing them in capsules Goku had given him. The Equestria Girls all smiled looking at him, "You ready?" they asked.

Anakin nodded, "Our friends are in there, of course I'm ready," he said. The girls all cheered and their Elements of Harmony turned into their Blade forms at will.

Rainbow Dash smiled looking at her long sword, "Have to say it feel pretty good wielding these things again. After defending Equestria without the most violent of forms this is gonna be fun," she said.

Sasuke looked at the girl and to Anakin, "Things aren't going to be exactly like they used to be," he said. Anakin nodded looking at the girls. He saw Sunset standing on the side in her armor from Alchelm, "You alright?" he asked.

Sunset nodded, "I'm just letting them have their fun. I just wanna get his done and over with. I'm glad that I can be a bit of help to the realms. It's weird and a little exciting getting to know all these people and getting to know their stories," she said.

Sasuke walked over to her, "Everyone has their own story to tell. We all do. The best thing we can do is learn from our past and to let go of our mistakes, embrace them for what they were and learn from the experience," he said. Sunset smiled nodding, "Thank you Sasuke," she said. Together the third group entered the portal.

Odion walked to the portal and looked to his sentients, "Yet another battle to decide what fate has in store for each of us… I do not know if I'll return. If I do not, Kenobi is to take my place," he said firmly.

The Sentients all had wide eyes. Star Bright ran up to Odion and kissed him deeply. Odak whistle. Star Bright broke the kiss with tears filling her eyes, "You will come back. I know it," she said.

Odak nodded, "Galaxy would've. Yes I recently became Sentient but I also have duty to protect the realms. This will be my first act as a Sentient, and I'm not afraid. This isn't just for some glorified moment. It's for Galaxy," he said.

Odak nodded and paused, "That reminds me… We have one more joining us. He's a bit of a brick but he'll be helpful," he said. A man stepped through the Ki portal and growled, "This had better be important to bring me here on my day off!" the man growled.
