It is 3:00 now, at night or at day, we don't know. We should just go with night, so it is really 12:00 in the morning. Anyway, Fluttershy just finished watching the Phantom of the Opera with Discord, and could totally relate to themselves with the main characters. By the time they were finished watching, Fluttershy and Discord were really tired, and decided to go to sleep. yet before Discord could move Fluttershy to her room, he realized that Fluttershy was already asleep, so he may as well sleep with her.
The howling of the winds went from calm and quiet to fierce and wild. This woke up Fluttershy.
"*yawn* What time is it?" Fluttershy mumbled to herself.
"I don't know dearie, and I really don't care..." Discord mumbled back.
"Um, Discord?" Fluttershy finally realized where she was and went to wake up Discord.
"*growls* What. Is. It?" Discord growled since he was still sleepy.
"Umm, Discord, you should really wake up now. I think the storm is getting worse!" Fluttershy nudged him and shook him until he was awake.
"Fluttershy is it really that important?" Discord said, nearly shouting. He sat up as he said this, and rubbed his eyes.
"I honestly don't know. I was woken up by the wind, so it could be worse! Of course, if it was nothing, then I still had a good reason to wake you up." Fluttershy shifted herself so she could wiggle out.
"Oh really? What is that good reason?" Discord summoned a cup of latte macchiato.
"To do the advent calendar of course. Then we can make breakfast." Fluttershy glided over to the advent calendar and went to panel seven.
Discord moaned as he stretched, bringing his arms up high. He then sighed as he put his arms back down. Discord walked over to where Fluttershy was standing, and snapped his fingers. Fluttershy opened panel seven and what was inside was seven little snowmare ornaments all in different poses.
"Oh Discord! Look at these! Oh!" Fluttershy gasped as she saw the seven little figures come to life. They danced, skated, twirled, flew; pretty much all of these little figures did little poses they were supposed to do.
"Discord! These are so adorable!" Fluttershy gently grabbed all of them onto her hoof and put them on the tree.
"There you go little guys! Right where you belong!" Fluttershy smiled at the seven little figurines. One of them reminded her of Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy's smile melted. Then Fluttershy sighed, and Discord noticed that Fluttershy was down for a reason. She wasn't smiling anymore, not really paying attention to anything, just her mind.
"My dear, what's wrong?" Discord saw her melancholy expression, and immediately guessed that she must be missing somepony.
"N-nothing's wrong, I-I'm just..." He saw Fluttershy's emotions quickly pour out of her eyes, she was crying, and for what reason? That he didn't know.
"Fluttershy, what's wrong?" Discord wrapped his body around Fluttershy and ran his claw through her hair.
"*sniff* I, I just remembered my friends... I miss them... A lot.. Not that you are b-boring, I-I'm, I-" Discord cut her off.
"Shhhh.... Just let it all out. You can tell me later after you're done crying." Discord whispered.
"*sniff* *sniff sniff* O-okay. I think I'm good now..." Fluttershy looked at him for a moment, but then lowered her gaze. "But I miss my friends... I have no idea what they may be doing, if they are all together, or if they are separated because of the storm. Discord, you have to let me check on them!"
"Absolutely not! I will not let you go out there alone! You could be swept off your fee- I mean, hooves! Yeah. Hooves. You know it is dangerous to go out there alone." Discord saw the disappointment and plead in Fluttershy's eyes. He mentally smirked, since she didn't know the last part of his sentence. "Which is why!.... I'm coming with you!" Discord then slithered like a snake and curled around her. She then saw her closet, which meant Discord used his magic again.
"So which jacket do you want? This parka? This knitted one?" Discord held jackets in his tail while he rummaged through the closet.
"I'll take the pink one. Thank you!" Fluttershy put on her jacket and waited for more.
"Which pair of mittens?" Discord held the mittens by his magic and what were floating, was a pink pair, and a blue pair.
"I'll take the pink set, just so it matches." Fluttershy slipped on the mittens and waited for the scarves and hats.
"Hats?" Magically, three woolly hats floated out of the closet and Fluttershy choose the snowy one, which was blue.
"Ooh! This one!" Discord pawed Fluttershy the gray, purple polka-dotted, and turquoise scarf that Discord gave Fluttershy last Hearth's Warming.
"Okay! I think I'm set to go out. What about you?" Fluttershy just barely finished her sentence before Discord summoned a hat, parka, scarf, and boots. he also summoned Fluttershy warm and snug ugg boots.
"I think I'm good. So, on to the adventure we go!" Discord grabbed the door handle, and looked at Fluttershy to show a sign that she had to be ready for the strong winds and snow.
"On count three, we open the door and run out." Discord started to unlock the first lock.
"One." The first lock is unlocked.
"Two." The second one is unlocked.
"Three!" Discord unlocked the third lock and the door swung open because of the fierce winds. Immediately, Fluttershy clung to Discord as an unconscious move. Discord then jumped and Fluttershy fluttered as well. Discord slammed the door behind them shut, and tried to look out into the white wasteland. Nothing. There was absolutely nothing that he could see. Well, you cant really go anywhere without moving, so, Discord took the first step off the path, which ended up being very fluffy, but very deep, so he fell through a hole. Fluttershy's reply was a scream as she slipped into a different hole, which was the first time in seven days that they have ever been separate.
On the seventh day of Christmas
my true love gave to me,
seven snowmare figures,
six games, ponies play,
five carrot cake cookies,
four heating blankets,
three windigos,
two Hershey's kisses,
and a great big breakfast buffet!...
