"Okay. So we'll use the tables as barricades. That should hold them for a while.", Steel said as he and the guys were going over battle plans. "Are there any entryways that we didn't cover?"
"We've made sure to block every possible entrance. But our blockades won't hold them for long!", Inferno replied.
"Then we're gonna have to give it all we've got. Fortunately, Steel's armed us with plenty of nerf guns.", Burst added.
"Yeah, but the fangirls outnumber us."
"But they don't outmatch us.", Shadow added. "They've got a mob mentality. Meaning their only tactic is to swarm and rush us."
"Then it looks like it's time for the fight.", Burst said as he got ready to address the students. "Alright everyone, listen up! Any moment a horde of fangirls are going to come swarming through the doors! Though we face great numbers, we can't turn back now! We aren't going down without a fight! This all started with their obsession with me and my friends, so we're gonna end it! Anyone who wants to walk away now, do so. None of us will hold it against you. To those who wish to stand with us, we shall stand by you! Today we bring an end to crazed fandom!" The whole cafeteria was silent for a moment, but one by one the students began to clap and cheer! "On to the battlefield!" The school was silent when they heard the fangirls ramming at the barricades. "Hold the line." Each time they tried to break through! "Hold the line!" Finally, they broke through and started to rush in! "Open fire!" A barrage of nerf darts were sent flying in the direction of the fangirls! Most of them broke off and returned to their lives, but the quarter that were left weren't giving any ground! "Die-hards. I should have expected they'd show up. Fall back! Fall back!" The die-hards rushed forward! Bad fan-fictions in hand! "They're packing ordinance! Why did it have to be bad fan-fiction? Was it too much to ask for good fan fiction?! Hit the deck!" Most of the student had taken on the die-hards! Managing to drive off only about five of them! Twenty still armed with PLENTY of bad fan-ficition. "They just ain't giving up! Fall back to the gym! We'll use the terrain to our advantage!" Burst and the others had made it until he heard Inferno cry out in pain!
"AAGGH!"
"Inferno!", Burst went over to his fallen friend. "How bad is it?"
"They got me....with fan-ficiton! I don't know how long I can take of looking at the pairing they set up! It burns man!"
"No! You're gonna make it! You're gonna be fine!"
"I cant' take it man! Burn it! Burn it with lava!" Inferno then fainted.
"NNOOOOOO!" Burst then picked up Inferno's dart blaster. "Alright you crazed fangirls! Here I am! Come and get me!" Burst led the fangirls right into the gym. "Let's dance!" Burst fired off in all directions! Striking down any fangirls unfortunate enough to get caught in his sights! However, he soon ran out of darts! "Well. I guess you could say I'm...hosed." The lights came on and most of the remaining fangirls were driven off! However, one still remained.
"Why do you drive us off? We just love you so much Burst!", the girl said with hearts in her eyes.
"Sorry! I'm taken.", Burst said with a smirk. "And you seem obsessed more than appreciative."
"So be it. Burst Stream." The girl then drew out a toy lightsaber. Burst drew his own.
"One shall stand. One shall fall." The two charged! The fangirl had the edge in energy and obsession, but Burst kept a cool head and was calm throughout the whole fight! "I must admit. You're quite skilled to keep up with me! But now I'm ending this!" Burst focused some of his dragon energy! "Blue Eyes White Fang!" Burst leaped into the air and unleashed a slash of energy from the air! The fangirl was knocked out cold! Inferno had recovered and Rarity was helping him walk.
"Now THAT was epic.", Inferno said with a smile. "The Battle of CHS is over!" Celestia and Moon went up to Burst and each of them kissed him.
"Well at least the day wasn't boring.", Celestia said. "In light of the huge amount of clean-up, the rest of the day will be given off!"
"Now for a sweet victory!", Pinkie chirped. The whole school enjoyed a laugh as they went to enjoy the remainder of their day off!
