Twilight was being poked in the side. She hated when spike did this, he was always trying to get her up after a late night of reading or in this case Dungeons and Dragons.
“Spiiiiike, leave me alone and let me sleep.” Twilight rolled over and put her hands under her head, but something seemed off to her, something that should be obvious. She sat up and looked at her hands… Wait, since when do I have hands? That’s when she started to freak out.
“OH MY BUCKING CELESTIA WHAT IS GOING ON?” She started looking around, she saw all her friends had been transformed in to humans and half elves and they were amazingly still asleep. She got up unsteadily on her two legs and stumbled over to Rainbow Dash who was the closest to her and started to shake her, yelling in her ear.
“Rainbow wake up, we have a major problem, come on Dash wake up, and oh this is hopeless.”
She moved on to Rarity and started to try and wake her up when she was stopped by a little cough coming from behind her. She slowly turned around and saw what must be the reason for this madness. About two feet above the ground floating in a lawn chair was Discord. He had a manic smile on his face and was looking at Twilight with evident glee.
“You didn’t think that you could keep me away for ever did you dearie? Well even if you did that’s hardly the point now, I’m back and I want to play another game. I saw you all playing that lovely game last night and saw how you loved it so much so I thought that I would do you a favor, I will put you in the world of the game and I’ll be your Dungeon master. Oh what fun this will be.” Discord was now floating around Twilight and playing absentmindedly with her hair. “I’ve given you all you need, well that’s not true I’ve given you what you had in the game so I hope you made your player characters well. That’s really all there is to it and the prize for winning will be for you,” he pointed his lion paw at her, “to go home.” Now nothing about the game world has changed and if you will remember there is a village over that hill there.” He pointed off in to the distance with his dragon claw hand. Twilight was stunned; she tried to get words out something but just could not do it. “Well I guess I will take your dear friends out of their enchanted sleep now but before that know that I have put a little spell of my own making on you. You cannot talk about me are let the others or anyone in this world know that I run this fun little game of ours, it will be our little secret, that’s it, have fun, ta ta for now. He laughed manically and disappeared in a flash of light, leaving only thin air behind.
After he left Twilight only said one thing before she fainted, “What the buck?”
