Chapter 17: Unexpected Arrivals.

I laid awake next to Quick strike stroking her swollen belly. A few minutes went by before she woke up due to a strong contraction. She looked at me with hatred in her eyes “I’m gonna kill you one day.” She said before getting up and leaving the room.
Two minutes went by before I heard Quick Strike scream. Quickly getting out of bed, grabbing my Sarpa I had on a desk. I ran down stairs, finding my wife standing up against a wall. With fear in her eyes, looking at something. Coming to a stop in front of her pointing the gun in the direction she was looking at. I was more than surprised to see who stood there in her glory. “Lotus?” I paused “What are you doing here?” I asked.

“My child I only wish to see how you are doing all this time and possibly make relations between our nation and Equestria.” She answered. Before she came and lowered my gun. “Now who’s the heavily pregnant mare behind you?” She asked.

I stood there stock still until I noticed she spoke to me. “Um this is my wife Quick Strike who is carrying our unborn child.” I replied pausing. “Oh and honey this is my mother Lotus.” I introduced both of them. 

Turning around I saw Quick Strike calming down as she went back onto all fours. “Oh um Hi I’m Quick Strike nice too meet you.” She introduced herself. “Wait if your mother is a ruler of a nation and your her son.” She paused. “That means your royalty and i’m royalty since i’m married to you, why didn’t you tell me this!” She yelled at me.  

“Because I don’t want to be seen as royalty.” I answered.

“Oh um okay but I still think it would be best you tell me more secrets after this ordeal.” Quick Strike spoke before she grunted in pain and clutching her belly.
“You alright?” I asked as I came down and held her. 
“It’s just the contractions are getting worse” She paused. “Otherwise I’m alright.” She replied.
“Okay just tell me anything you need and i’ll do it.” I spoke.
“Thanks hun.” She replied.
“Your welcome.” I said as I got back up.

“Mother I’ll escort you to Princess Celestia.” I said.

“Go ahead” said Lotus.  “I’m also coming with you” I heard Quick Strike speak.

“Fine let’s go.” I spoke after I grabbed my equipment which consists of the newly build Galatine Prime, Soma Prime and the Hikou Prime.

We head out the door towards canterlot castle. As we walked through the streets of canterlot we passed many nobles and commoners as they stared at my mother.
I heard them whisper “Who is that?”, “Ughh I don’t want to know.”, “Be careful it could be the leader of the those Tenno.” coming from nobles and commoners. I got a gut feeling that something will happen and called down Loki Prime to be a cloaked assassin that was walking on the other side of Lotus and Ash Prime to take up a sniper position, on one of the towers overlooking Canterlot castle.  

We came to the gates were we were halted. “Halt who goes there?” A guard spoke up. “You already know who I am let us pass.” I shouted.
“I didn’t mean you I meant it.” The Guard replied.
“You would mind your words since you're speaking to my mother and the leader of the Tenno Order.”  I said as I went and loomed over him. His eyes shrunk to pinpricks as he heard what I said. “Please accept my sincere apologies your Highness.” He spoke. “Apology accepted.” Lotus Replied. “If I may ask why are you here?” The guard asked. “Only to start relations between you nation and mine.” She answered. “Thank you your Highness.” He said before bowing and opening the gate, letting us pass.

We neared our destination as we stood in front of the two giant oak doors that led to the throne room. Pushing them open we entered and there sat princess Celestia on her throne reading a scroll. As she heard the two doors close she looked up and took notice of the three guests she had. “Greetings Rhino and Quick Strike” She greeted my wife and I. “And who may you be?” She asked.

“Princess Celestia I wish to Introduce my mother Lotus who is also the leader of the Tenno order.” I introduced Lotus to Princess Celestia. 

“Greetings your highness, this is a pleasant surprise to meet the ruler of a nation beyond the stars.” Princess Celestia said.

“It’s quite alright Princess I only wish to create a strong bond between our great nations.” Lotus replied.

“Please follow me, we can talk more about this over some tea.” Celestia said.

We started to follow Celestia to the dining room as both of them started negotiating.

Entering the dining hall Celestia and Lotus sitting opposite each other at a table while I and Quick Strike sat at a separate table. Loki Prime being cloaked hung on the walls ready to attack anyone who dared to hurt our mother. Hours went on as they talked to each other before the windows shattered as ponies dressed in red robes came crashing through them.

“Well well this is unexpected two princess Celestia and a foreign leader together to be killed.” Spoke what I assumed to be the leader of the group.

“Oh I wouldn’t do that while I’m around” I said as I left Quick Strike’s side and stood in front of my mother and princess Celestia.

“Oh I would, I would kindly ask you to step aside if you don’t want anything to happen to your wife and unborn foal.” He said with a malevolent grin.

“I think you're underestimating the ability of the tenno.” I coldly said.

“I don’t believe so and I won’t ask again, please move aside and we will spare your wife.” He said.

“Well you wished for Death” I said as I messaged Loki to kill the pony that held my wife. Also messaging Ash to line up a shot to kill one that was near Celestia and to teleport to another, as he stabbed the unlucky pony through his neck.

“For us tenno we don’t fear anyone as we are powerful to bring an empire down in a day if we want to. Oh Ash Blade storm but leave the leader alive.” I said before I threw four Hikou Prime blades towards the leader, one for each leg.

The leader dropping to the ground in pain as he watched his companions fall without any resistance.

All of this happened as Lotus sat there sipping her cup of tea as nothing had happened at all. But for Celestia, well she was calm but not as much as Lotus.

“Well done Rhino saving both Celestia, your wife and I” She paused. “It’s about time you were promoted to Gold Hunter.” Lotus said. After that being said the mastery logo on my back changed. 

“Thank you Lotus.” I said with gratitude. 

“Hun…” I heard my wife mutter.

Turning around I saw Quick Strike sitting down on a pool of water clutching her belly.
Rushing over I spoke “What’s wrong?” I asked.  

“It’s time…arghh” Quick strike said as another contraction set in.

“It’s going to be alright hun just hold on” I said. Picking my wife up being careful not to harm her nor the foal, I turned around and asked. “Where’s the nearest hospital?” I asked Celestia.

“There two streets away” Celestia said as she pointed to a building with a red cross on top. 

“Thanks” I replied before Bullet jumping out a shattered window.

Landing on a roof I checked on my wife seeing her leaning against my arm, clutching her belly and in pain told me I had to hurry. I jumped over to another building which was a bit taller causing me to barely catch the edge of the roof. Making my way back up I asked “how you holding up?” I asked. “Shut up and get going!” She shouted in my face. “On it” I replied. 

Landing on the ground in front of the hospitalI charge through the doors causing them to fall off their hinges and startling the patients and doctors inside. “My wife needs help now!” I shouted. It took a moment but eventually nurses came rushing over with a stretcher. Placing Quick Strike on the stretcher they took off towards a room. I was following suit as they rolled her into a room. Entering I saw my wife hooked up, legs spread and heard doctors shouting. Coming over to Quick Strike’s side and held her hoof. “Oh celestia help me!” Quick Strike shouted. “I’m here honey the void is with you today.” I spoke. “I need you to push” the doctor spoke. I held my wife hooves until I heard what I feared to hear. “We’re going to lose her!” A nurse shouted. The same nurse came over to me and spoke. “I’m afraid we are going to lose your wife.” She spoke. I quickly stood up and shouted in the coms to the dojo “Trinity get down here now!” I shouted. I forgot to mute my external speakers enabling them to hear what I shouted. “Who’s Trinity?!” Another nurse asked.
Soon Trinity came bursting through the doors. “Reporting what do you need?” Trinity asked. “Link me with my wife diverting all her pain to me now!” I shouted.
“Yes sir!” She asked. “Are you two crazy you just can’t divert pain from a body to another!” the doctor said. “If I was you doctor I would get my foal out of my wife before I turn you into smashed pony!” I shouted in his face. Nodding furiously the doctor asked Quick Strike to push once again. And all the pain came rushing to me quickly draining my shields. As the foal was almost out I was down to 10 health points. I watched Quick Strike gave the final push before I fell completely limp. 

Trinity’s Pov:

As Rhino’s wife gave the final push which took the final health points out from him I watched him die. I saw Quick Strike and the nurses take notice of Rhino, as the nurses came over and picked him up. Quick Strike Began to cry while screaming his name as she was handed her foal. “You gotta help my husband!” I heard Quick strike shout at me.  I slowly went over to her and place a hand on her shoulder. “Look I don’t know if he told you this but that is just a surrogate body his real body is within the somatic link, so in a few seconds he’ll revive the body you see before you now.” I assured her. I saw her look skeptically at me before replying “Okay.” She replied.
A few second went by before Rhino’s resurrection.

Rhino’s Pov:

After resurrecting my self I quickly walked over to my wife and trinity. Coming over I quickly hugged her and stroked our new born foal as it gave out a giggle. Turning over to Trinity “Thank you.” I said. “You're very welcome and there might be something your wife wants to know.” She replied. Nodding “you are dismissed you may leave.” I said. Watching Trinity leave I turned to face my wife. “So how you holding up?” I asked. 

“Despite me thinking you died i’m doing alright.” She answered.

“You thought I died?” I paused. “Oh I didn’t tell you did I?” I asked.

“No you didn’t but you don’t have to Trinity explained it already.” My wife answered.

“Hmm okay what are we gonna name our new little one?” I asked.

“Hmmmm how do you call your foal in your country?” She asked. 

“Well I dunno we just decide on a name and it gets the last name of both parents.” I replied.

“Hmm since it’s a male Bastion Strike...what’s your last name?” She asked.

Smiling “depending on what body.” I replied.

“The one that's in the somatic link.” She said.

“Well I don’t have a last name there I’m only called Marscup.” I replied.

“Then we’ll take the last l name of the current body you're in now.” She said with a hint of sleepiness.

“Then it’s Bastion Strike Prime.” I spoke pausing after kissing both my wife and Bastion on the forehead “You deserve some rest I’ll go and take care of Red Rose and Blue Sky.” I said.

“Thanks honey tomorrow can I see your real body?” she asked. 

“Sure no problem.” I replied before she fell asleep. I turn around and told the doctor to watch over her before I left for home.
