//------------------------------// // Chapter Fourteen: Compassionate Bunnyflower // Story: My Little Pony: Friendship Will Live On // by Tropical Beats //------------------------------// Everypony slowly walked down the cavern. Once again, the magic and flight power of the unicorns and pegesi returned, so they had light again. But the unicorn magic was very limited, and they could only levitate items and light up their horns. After an amount of silence, Nightingale just shook her head. "I know this is hard, and I know that everything is just going out of wack, but I think that we should keep our heads together and get this done." "Well... 'Ah agree with Nightingale. We gotta figure this all out." Cinnamon said. "This is all goin' outtah control, and ya'll here are the only ones who know what the hay is goin' on!" "Well, if only all these interuptions will stop acting like... Well... Interuptions! I will be far more able to get this done." Ivory complained as she kept walking forward. "Well... Maybe these interuptions are coming because we're not meant to know anything..?" Sky asked uncertainly. "Well... That sounds really weird. I mean, why would Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Spike, and the princess come to us to say we have to keep going. That's just silly!" Bubble Lime chuckled. Nightingale's ears perked up. "Because we're the ones..." She muttered. "What was that, dear?" Ivory asked. "Oh... It was something... But I'm not comepletly sure. Don't worry about it!" She quickly said. "Uh-huh..." Sky quietly said. "Look, I just... dozed off." Nightingale stammered. "I'm going just as crazy as the rest of you." "Yea..." Sky replied. Nightingale rolled her eyes, but Cocoa Pop's went small. "W-what is that?!" She yelled. Before then stood a pack of sleeping Timberwolves. Everypony stood skill, mouths gaping is awe. "W-what are th-they d-do-doing here..." Ivory stammered, backing away slightly. But when she moved, the Timberwolves woke up and howled. Suddenly, one of them charged at her. "O-ooh... Oh dear..." "Ivory you idiot! Move!" Sky shouted as she swopped down to bring her up. Bunnyflower's ears perked up. "Sky..! Quiet down..!" She said in a whispered hush. But she was too quiet, and nopony heard her. "Don't y'all do that to mah friends!" Cinnamon said, whooping out her lasso from no where. She lassoed the biggest Timberwolf to her, and hopped on it. "Yeeehaaa!" It wasn't until the Timberwolf flanged her up into the ceiling of the cave. "Ugh..." Then she fell down, luckily, she was saved by Nightingale who fought her with her magic. "Good job, Nightin'!" Nightingale gave her a humble bow as she fired her magic at the Timberwolf. She whimpered when she realized that it was nothing but a weak beam that came out of her horn, as she forgot on how her magic was weak down here in the cave. Bunnyflower however didn't like it one bit. "Nightingale! Stop hitting the poor Timberwolves! They're only angry because-" But she never got to finish, because now it was Bubble Lime's turn. She emerged out of no where in a white robe and black belt around her flank. "You wanna fight? Well we can fight!" Sky rolled her eyes in frustration. "Bubs! What the hay are you doing?!" She said, staring in confusion at her best friends' weak punches and kicks that she gave the Timberwolves. "How did she even get a belt? Isn't there more to Karate then just punching and kicking?" She thought aloud to herself. It wasn't until the Timberwolf swiped its claw at Bubble Lime, throwing her into the cave wall. Sky's eyes narrowed. "You're. Going. Down." She said as she flew towards the Timberwolves. "Sky!!!!! No! Listen to me! Their just-" But she was too late. Sky fling herself at the Timberwolves, smashing three of them into pieces. Cinnamon grinned as she picked up stones and began to buck them into the direction of the Timberwolves. Ivory quickly made her way towards the whispering Bunnyflower and began to stroke her mane. Bubble Lime smiled as she took a bunch of balloons and watched the fight from above, while Nightingale just stared in awe. Before you knew it, the whole pack of Timberwolves were gone. "H-how..?!" Nightingale managed to say. "Just gave 'em what they needed." Sky said. "Heh, e-eyep." Then, all the sticks came together to create one big Timberwolf. Nightingale gasped. "Forgot that part..." She said with a bluish on her muzzle. The giant Timberwolf growled as Cocoa Pop burned its wood, and as all the ponies (except Ivory and Bunnyflower) charged at it. But enough was enough. "STOP IT!!!" Bunnyflower yelled at the top of her lungs. She was standing in-between the Timberwolf and her friends. "Stop! Just stop. Okay?" Ivory, who was still huddled in the corner of the cave, shook her head. "They're trying to KILL us!" "No they're not." Bunnyflower said as she approached the Timberwolf and gave it a loving smile. "You're all tiered, aren't you? Ivory didn't mean to wake you all up, and we weren't trying to harm the babies." Small Timberwolves (the babies) came out from behind a rock. "We meant to harm." The giant wolf then glowed dark green. Then, lots of Timberwolves filled that part of the cave. They made a path for the ponies to carry on. Bunnyflower bowed her head and signaled for her friends to come over after thanking the wolves. "Well... There's something you don't see everyday..." Cocoa Pop said. "Darn tootin'." Cinnamon seconded. "How did you know what to do?" Nightingale asked. "What even happened?!" Sky said in confusion. Bunnyflower smiled." When Ivory talked and walked back, she woke up the sleeping wolves. We all make mistakes, but we have to try and not make them. The Timberwolves were just upset that they we woken up. And also, Timberwolves are very protective of their young, if there's an intruder, they'll always want to get them out." She softly said. Ivory blushed, and she giggled. "You shouldn't be ashamed of yourself, Ivory. We just need to stop and think of how others feel. We need to know be considerate of them, they have feelings as well."
