Day 110
I was sitting back relaxing with the other Evolvling lords Except for Whisper who was tending to her larva as we sat in the throne room and digested the corrupted pack of wolves we had hunted a few minutes ago using their bones to pick our teeth before eating those as well. We relaxed to the peace of the island as enjoying the break we were taking since the hive below has just been completely finished including hidden tunnels to all the other kingdoms which allow us to pick up Trixie, Light and Sky who were now in the nursery helping to tend to the eggs, nymph's and Larva that were sitting in the black pools of corruption with Whisper. I yawned board as everyone else went to use the corruption to make some changes for their next evolutions I got thinking about going for a swim trying a new aquatic beast form I had thought up so I got up and flew to the sea diving In as I transform so by the time I hit the water I had fully changed into a leviathan like form that allowed me to cut through the water with ease as I snapped up any creatures that crossed my path until a ship crossed my path which I intend to ignore until I got caught in the net that was trailing behind it which caused me to drag the ship with me until they started throwing spears and shooting we with magic which quickly gained my attention. I rose up bring most of my body out of the water confronting the ship full of Minotaur and ponies that dropped everything and stared at me their eyes wide as they gaze in fear. I roared as I coiled around the ship and destroyed it's masts which snapped the crew out of their daze As they grabbed their weapons and tried to get me to let go. Their attempts were cute but mostly annoying as their weapons bounced of my chitin. I coiled tighter crushing the ships wooden haul with ease as I blasted the top deck down with fire watching the crew run to the life boats of be consumed by the flames. I let go as I saw the last of the survivors fleeing on the life boats before dragging the ruined ship back with me so I could loot it's treasures which consisted of a few chests that were filled with bits and bags of seeds that were in the captain's quarters. While below deck I found cages fill animal which I set free letting them as I went until I got to a set of small cages near a small garden that held tiny little pony like creatures with long thin arms and legs insectoid wings and antenna they looked like they were thin and barely moving I grabbed the cages with my magic and went outside taking them to the castle where Elytra face lit up when she saw them.
"Drasa where did you find breezies?" Elytra asked as she healed the small creatures with her magic. So I explained telling her about the ship and what was on it which caused her face to brighten, lost in though as finished up and tossed them into the corruptions pool walking to the library as I stared at pool completely confused at what that just happened. I left Elytra alone to do what she wanted as I went to find Jinx who was swimming mermaid style in a cove with several wreaked ship masts with black flag with different symbols sticking out of the water as the bottom of the cove shimmered from the treasures at it's depths.
"Jinx the ships you think you can track the source of these ship you sunk?" I asked looking over the ship graveyard.
"It might take some time but I think I can." Jinx answered leaping out of the water her legs change so she could walk.
"Good then do so I want to know why they are coming this way if their ships are being sunk in these waters." I said get a confirming nod her before I turned to leave. "Oh and Jinx before you go have all the treasures at the bottom of the cove sent to the castle."
"Yes Drasa I will get my lings on it right away." Jinx said as I left to the sound of her leaping back into the water.
Day 115
I was following Jinx in my leviathan form as we swam to a near by island that was surrounded by ships all of them sporting black flags as they covered a large port that had all the races running about as we arrived. I rose out of the water changing into my normal from along with Jinx. I flew up looking over the shabby port before I started to breathing my hellfire into an expanding bubble of my magic until the bubble reached the size of a building then I compressed it until it was the size of a marble and glowing an angry reddish purple in my claw before I dropped it into the buildings below and watched as an bright purple and red light engulfed the port that causing me to shield my eyes until the light faded revealing the large blast crater that was fill with seawater that used to be the port. I was a little surprised at the power of the attack until a rock hit me in the head causing me to look down at an angry looking Jinx who was missing her left arm, left tentacle and her lower right leg.
"HEY DRASA A LITTLE WARNING NEXT TIME I DON'T REGENERATE AS FAST AS YOU OR BUZZELGA!" Jinx said as she used her right tentacle to steady herself as she stood up on the rock she was sitting on waited for me.
I flew down picking Jinx up and heading home. "Sorry about that I didn't expect the blast to be so big." I apologized as flew while Jinx's wounds started to pulsate.
Day 117
Me and Buzzelga were deep the hive digging tunnels making connecting tunnels to all the other near by islands so we could claim them without crossing the water when suddenly I felt something bite me. I turned to see a crimson ball of light floating in my face while Elytra and two other shining balls of light were standing next to her one an icy blue and the other a dull grey which flew at Buzzelga attaching to him for a second before turning emerald green and circling his head.
"Elytra what are these things?" I asked pointing to the crimson light that was resting on one of my horns.
Elytra held out her claw letting her light land on it. "Remember the breezies you brought to me well after days of manipulating the corruption through the library I have turned them into parasitic focal points for magic of whatever they are attached to allowing for sequence loading and remote casting through a mental link, I call them Echo Lights." Elytra explained before looking down at the light on her claw that dimmed to reveal a small creature that looked like a cross between a firefly and a moth. It looked around before flying up to Elytra's horn and lighting up again. "The only downside is to get them to this state I had to forcibly rework their brain structures destroying their original personalities and memories."
"That's a shame." I said not really caring as I looked at my own personal Echo Light before turning to a wall locking on to a crystal that was embedded in it. Then watching as it along with with a good chunk of tunnel wall was destroyed by my Echo Light using a perfect copy of my magic blast revealing a small cavern. "Elytra I'm guessing you've already stated breeding more of them." I said impressed by the Echo Light power.
"Of course my king I even have Velger over seeing their spawning chamber." Elytra said with a devious smile.
"Buzzelga were taking a break from the tunnels we have new things to master." I said getting a silent nod of agreement from Buzzelga as we left for the surface.
