Everything was dark, but Natasha was starting to see a light "Am I..." She raise her hand to the light "Dead?"
"Oh, you woke up!" A woman's voice said happy
"Hm?" Natasha's visions get better, and she see that the light actually was the light coming from a window. With her vision back, she see that was on a hospital room, on a bed "Oouch" She put a hand on her head and try to survive the headache she was felling, and she felt bandages wrapped around her head "What just happened?" She try to get up.
"Take it easy, miss" The owner of the other voice said and push her back on the bed gently. The woman was a nurse with red hair.
"Hey, don't Ah!" Natasha instinct was about to kick, but, she was to dizzy yet to do anything. She scratch her head and decide to ask something kinda obvious "Where am I, exactly?"
"You're in Canterlot City General Hospital" The nurse answer with a smile "How you are felling, Natasha?"
"Horrible, but I survive" Natasha said and get into a seat position on the bed, scratching her head "Hold up, how do you know my name?"
"Principal Celestia told me us name, when she brough you here?" The nurse answer.
"Who?"
"Celestia. She is the principal of Canterlot High" The nurse explain "You don't know her?"
"Ahh... nope" Natasha answer "I'm not for around, you know?" She answer sincere.
"By your accent I say you are from the Motherland, right?"
"With pride and joy" Natasha said with a smile "Oh yeah, thanks for the help, miss" Natasha offers her a handshake.
"You can call me Red Cross and you don't need to thank me" Red Cross shake her hand with a smile "I only did my job"
"If you say so" Natasha seat on the edge of the bed, streching her arms.
"Oh, I almost forgot" Red Cross said "Celestia wish to speak with you when you awaked. Can I call her now or you need more time to recover?"
"Ah, sure. I guess I need to thank her" Natasha answer. With a nod, nurse go on the door's direction "Actually!" Natasha stopped her "Say that she can come in, but to wait a bit first, please" With another nod, Red Cross go out of the room.
Natasha pass her hands through her bandages. She received a good medical care, what is the minimum that she deserved, after the things she passed in Russia. Upon seeing her boots on the floor, she start putting them on, thinking something really important Crap, all of this isn't a ilussion She thinks sadly Canterlot High, Canterlot City General Hospital... Canterlot City. Fuck. After everything I passed to help Vlad and the other, this happens!?! She wanted to punch something so bad... but, she need to remain calm. Also, since she wasn't totally recovered, this wouldn't be very recommended Okay, stay calm, Natasha. I'm in somekind of alternative universe, perhaps? This doesn't matter now. I need to find a way of returning home, and for this I'm sure that asshole Nekro, again
Knock-knock "Excuse me" A voice coming from the door get her attention. Entering the room was a woman in a suit with long hair with collor mixed in a very... drugly way, but more "smoothly"
Celestia, I presume "Principal Celestia?"
"You can call me just Celestia" Celestia said with a smile "And you're name is Natahsa, correct?" Natahsa nod "I have to say that I'm relief to see you awaked. How you are felling?"
"Like someone punched me strong enough for the fist enter my stomach" Natasha said, getting out of the bed and stretching some more "And to get things worse, he leaved a Willy Pete inside"
Celestia was surprised for this way of explaining "This is a... extreme way of saying" Cleaning her throat, she decide to change the subject "The nurse told me that you are from Soviet Equestria, correct?

"Must be the drug that was with you" Celestia said, aprouching at her "I must say I was afraid when I saw a teenager lying on the floor on her own barf. When I heard how violent you was being, principally how your forehead was red in blood, so was a spot on the statue of my school, I was more preocupied"

"Orphanage?" Celestia said surprise, felling a bit of remorse for touching the subject "So, you don't have a... "
"Family? Oh, I do have one! Not of blood, but I have" Natasha said "Some I meet In the orphanage and other I meet on my new house. I consider all of them my family" She said with a smile, remembering them. Sergei, her charismatic hot-head brother, Boris, her big and serious brother, Ivan, her maniac older brother. Vlad, the determined revolutionary, that now she kinda consider a uncle, and... Mikhael... the asshole and only person who was like a father to her.
"Is everyhting okay?" Celestia said, noticing the sad look on her face.
"Yeah, yeah. Just some memories about them that cameback" She answer cleaning her eyes.
"Excuse me, sorry for interrupting" Red Cross appears on the door "But her operation must start soon"
"Operation?" Natasha said confused.
"Yes, is about the drug in your system" The nurse aprouch at her "When we examined your blood, we found something very weird mixed in it. SOmething like a drug, but much more strong thatn a normal one"
I bet my ass is Nekro "Yeah, I was using something REALLY bad for some time" Natasha said with a hand on her head "But, I'm determined to stop using that thing"
"This is good to know" The nurse said with a smile "I'm going to let them know you are ready, ok?"
"Sure" Natasha said "Oh, also, were is the syringe that was with me?" She ask curious.
"We took to examine and discover the content inside" The nurse answered"
"Oh, got it" Natasha said "Hey, before the operation, can I go to the bathroom first?"
"Oh, sure" Red Cross said "Follow the corridor and you will find it. Do you need any help to get there?"
"Naah, I'm fine" Natasha said, getting out of the bed, walking out of the room, but not going to the bathroom.
"Okay, this is weird" She said, looking at the bathroom's mirror, looking how much she rejuvenated. Now, instead of 24 years, she have 18 again "This is fucking weird. But, I got bigger thing to take care now" Walking out of the bathroom, she crack her hands "I need to find that Nekro, before something bad happens"
Out of the bathroom, she start looking for where her syringe was. She was on the 5ยบ floor of the hospital, the last floor. But, upon seeing a water drinker nearby, she decided to refresh hersef first. Pressing the button, she start drinking... suddendly "The pure form of Nekro that we were looking for!"
WHAT THE?!? Natasha choked with the water, upon hearing this. She know where the voice came from, so she quickly follow.
She found the room that the voices came from. Before entering, she start hearing to make sure
"This is our passaport to the good life!" A woman's voice "Our superiours will give us some good benefits for finding a better Nekro them their!"
"Fuck yeah, my dear" A man's voice now. After this, laughters.
We see about this, bitches Cracking her neck, Natasha kick open the door, entering and closing the door with force "Hello, fuckers!"
"Hey, you have no rights of entering here!" The bald man using doctor suit said "Leave this isntant, please"
"And you assholes have no rights of using this" Natasha said, point at the syringe "Give. Me. Back!"
"Sorry, but we can't" The woman with pony tail said "This drug iss something we never see before. We must analyse it to..."
"Cut the crap. You two are everything BUT doctors" Natasha said with her arms crossed "I bet those cameras aren't even on" She points at the cameras at the ceiling
"Nice one, asshole" The guy said quietly to the woman, angry at her.
"Fuck it, okay fine!" The woman start talking "We AREN't doctor, ok?" The woman said "Our superiours put us here to find something like this for some reason, promising us a good reward if we do"
"And now that we found it, what make you think that we are simply going to give it away to you, huh?" The guy said.
"Oh, simple" Natasha aprouch at them "Either you give me the syringe by good, and we simple follow our separate ways..." She then picks up a empty syringe that was laying around "Or..." She turn the syringe backwards, holding it like a knife "I give you two a bloody good reason to give it back to me!" She said dead serious.
Now, the two "doctors" start getting nervous. They start sweating and were desperate to find a way out "Ok, ok!" The guy said, raising his hands "You win, maam!" Then, the woman raise her hand "We give you the syringe back, okay? Just... don't kill us" He then procced to pick the Nekro on the table behind him.
Well, that was...
"Think fast!"
"Wha? FUCK!" Natasha wasn't ready for a empty syringe to fly on her shoulder, making her fall on the floor in pain "See you later, honey!" With this, the two escape.
Now, Natasha was angry. She remove the syringe from her shoulder, growling in anger "I had a felling it wouldn't be that easy" With this, she start the pursuit.
