Eat Yourself at Home

Rainbow Dash yawned and stretched out her legs, feeling nice and rested. She’d forgotten that the weather forecast was to have a heavy storm last night, and was taken by surprise when she flew right into it on her way home from her daily flying tour of the Central Equestrian sky. She’d tried to fight through it and head for home, but the winds were too strong and the rain was coming down hard. Luckily she was near her friend Fluttershy’s house, and her fellow pegasus was more than happy to offer her a towel and some shelter for the night. She even made her some soup and let her crash on her couch, which was pretty rad.

The cyan mare took a glance out the window. It was quite overcast, but the clouds weren’t dark, and the rain seemed to have calmed down to a light drizzle. She could make it home in that, no sweat.
The only concern she had was a slight raw feeling in her throat, but a quick drink when she got back would fix that right up, surely. Her nose felt a little stuffy though, but not like that’d stop her.

Dash gave the fringe of her rainbow-coloured mane a wipe with a hoof, and turned to see Fluttershy walking in from the kitchen.
“Oh, are you on your way already, Dash?” The butter-coated pegasus asked, her voice just as soft and quiet as ever.
“Yup, better get back before the storm kicks up again,” Dash nodded, her trademark smirk of confidence crossing her face, “thanks for lettin’ me stay over last night.”

“It was no trouble at all,” Fluttershy smiled gently, flicking her pink mane out from over her eye, “I couldn’t just leave a friend out there in that nasty storm.”
“Well just remind me that I owe ya- ...that I owe ya-” Dash stumbled over her words, her muzzle twitching and snuffling and her eyes crossing inward, “I- I- …”

AAAACHOO!!

Dash’s hindhooves bucked up as she let out a loud, powerful sneeze, thankfully having her head turned away from Fluttershy so any spit wouldn’t go her direction.
“Phew, ‘scuze me,” she chuckled meekly, snuffling as she wiped a hoof over her snout, “as I was sayin’-”

“Oh dear, are you feeling alright Dashie?” Fluttershy gasped, gliding across the main room to her friend and putting a hoof to her forehead, “that was a big sneeze.”
“Don’t I know it,” The rainbow-maned mare grinned, giving a shrug, “might be dust or somethin’.”

“I just dusted yesterday,” Fluttershy informed her, frowning as she gently lowered her hoof, “oh dear, you feel really hot!”
“Well, I’d say more ‘awesome’,” Dash smirked, “but I’ll take ‘hot’ too~”

“No, no,” the buttery pegasus shook her head, her pink mane bobbing side to side, “I mean warm, like feverish. I think you may be coming down with something.”

“Ah don’t sweat it,” Dash shook her own head, her snout snorting and wiggling once more, “just a little cold or somethin’, I’ll take care of it at home.”

Dash began a confident trot for the door, but was stopped in her tracks by her usually timid friend, who was wearing a rather uncharacteristically determined expression on her face.
“I-I’m sorry Rainbow, but I can’t let you go out like this,” she demanded, her voice just as soft but more assertive, “it’s still cold and rainy outside, what if it gets worse and you have to go to the hospital? I couldn’t forgive myself!”

Dash couldn’t help but chuckle at her friend’s sudden assertiveness, she was almost impressed by it. She wanted to tell her not to worry about her, but she could tell she wouldn’t let her leave. It was true, she did feel a bit weird, and her friend’s couch is quite comfortable. And she makes a mean soup.
“Alright Flutters, don’t panic,” she chuckled, holding up a hoof, “I’ll stay a little longer, okay?”

“Thank you,” Fluttershy sighed in relief, returning to her casual timid self, “I-I’m sorry for yelling…”
“Hey, you’re just lookin’ out for me,” Dash smiled warmly, putting the same hoof to her friend’s shoulder, “thanks, pal.”

Fluttershy returned the smile, and nodded toward the couch. “Please, do make yourself at home...again.”
“Don’t mind if I do,” Dash grinned, hopping back onto the green seat and nestling down in perfect view of the TV, which her hostess turned on for her and left the remote at her hooves.

As Fluttershy glided off, Dash flicked through the channels before deciding on an action movie. Wasn’t sure which one it was, but it had explosions and one-liners so she was good. She pulled a pillow between her forelegs and lowered her head onto it as she watched.

Before not too long, she felt something light and soft being draped around her. Her ears pointed up to attention, she looked behind and saw a blanket covering her, and then Fluttershy setting a box of tissues on the coffee table between the couch and TV.

“A little something to keep you warm, and for your sneezes,” the pink-maned pegasus explained with a smile, “is there anything else I can get you? Anything at all?”

“Flutters, really, you’re doin’ more than enough,” Dash said gratefully, resting her head back on the pillow, “I think I’m all good, thanks a lot.”

Grrrrrrllll…

The sick pony’s cyan cheeks quickly flushed a light pink. Her hearty appetite was kicking in, and she had no idea why but the want for something sugary began to niggle at her.
“Well, I could go for somethin’ to eat,” she admitted, with a small chuckle, “got anything sweet?”

“Oh, yes!” Fluttershy nodded, an eager grin on her face, “Pinkie sent me a batch of cupcakes yesterday, though I’m not exactly sure why. Then again, it’s Pinkie.” She gave a dismissive shrug. “Would you like some?”

“Would I!” The rainbow mare grinned giddily, licking and smacking her lips with anticipation. Fluttershy giggled at her friend’s enthusiasm and trotted off to the kitchen.

As she waited, Dash felt...something watching her. She peered down and rolled her eyes playfully, seeing Fluttershy’s pet bunny, Angel giving her his infamous grumpy face.
“I steal your spot, lil’ guy?” Dash chuckled, then scooted over on the couch a bit, “C’mon, plenty of room!”

Angel’s scowl softened just a margine and he hopped onto the sofa, settling down by the pegasus’s blanketed flank. He set his gaze to the TV, deciding it was worth watching.

“Here you go Dashie,” Fluttershy smiled, gliding back into the room with a tray of cupcakes in her hooves, gently setting it on the table, “I hope you like them.”

Rainbow’s mouth began watering at the sight, and she extended a hoof to take one. Each cupcake sported a layer of pink frosting and was topped with a spiral of whipped cream with a cherry on top. The paper wrapper, blue much like her coat, felt nicely warm in her hoof, and an appetising scent of baked bread and frosting made its way through her slightly blocked nose.

With another lick of her lips, the mare greedily shoved the cupcake into her mouth, chewing it up with gusto and savouring its warm sweet texture.
“Mm, it’s really good, thanks Fluttershy!” She chirped. Or at least that’s what she was going to say, but with her mouth stuffed with cake, icing and cherry residue, it just came out as incoherent mumbling.

“You’re welcome Dash,” Fluttershy giggled, thankfully understanding what she meant. She would have chastised her guest’s poor manners if she didn’t think she looked so adorable with her cheeks all puffed up from the food housed in them. Instead, she just smiled warmly and continued, “I hope you don’t mind, but I have to go into town to take care of a few errands.”

Finally swallowing, Dash nodded with a grin. “Hey, no problem. Don’t let me hold ya back, do what ya gotta do.”
“Well, if you’re sure,” the yellow pegasus nodded softly, slowly hovering toward the door and pulling it open, “can I get you anything while I’m out?”

After a quick glance at the remaining cupcakes, a feeling of harmless greed washed over the cyan mare.
“If you’re goin’ near Pinkie’s place, could ya pick up some snacks for me?” She requested, grinning with anticipation, “Just put it on my tab.”

Fluttershy gave a tilt of the head like a confused dog, her long pink bang dangling more off of her. “Sugarcube Corner takes tabs?”

Rainbow Dash shrugged. “I’unno, Pinkie might buy it if ya tell her. If not just tell her I’ll pay for it next time I see her.”

“Alright then,” Fluttershy nodded, then looked at Angel with a playful smile, “take good care of Rainbow Dash, Angel-bunny!”
Angel faced his owner and answered with a look of determination and a swift salute from his paw. Fluttershy giggled and bid the two farewell before gently shutting the door and going on her way.

Making sure she was gone, Rainbow rubbed her hooves together as she greedily eyed up the cupcakes, a good baker’s dozen left. They should hold her till Fluttershy gets back, she thought, but she can always check her kitchen and help herself to this and that. She’s the guest, after all.

The mare grabbed another baked treat and turned up the volume on a particularly explode-y action movie. She and Angel, who had hopped onto her back, exchanged looks.
“Movie marathon?” Dash suggested. The two bumped hoof and paw together.

Two hours later…

Rainbow Dash stretched out her legs and gave a loud yawn. She found herself looking up at the ceiling, and figured she’d dozed off.
“What was I doing again…?” She mumbled to herself, glancing to her side...and the tray that once housed a good number of cupcakes, but only paper wrappers and crumbs remained. She smirked. “Oh yeah, that.”

She chuckled and wiped the crumbs and icing off her muzzle with her tongue. She’d always had a hearty appetite, but her love for flying always balanced it out and kept her at a healthy svelte figure. Didn’t matter what she ate or how much she ate, a good workout always balanced it out.

Grrrruuul…

“There’s the ol’ lunch alarm,” the cyan pony grinned, giving her middle a rub with her hoof through the blanket. She felt able to stand, so she threw off the blanket and rolled into her hooves on the wooden floor.

Unbeknownst to the pegasus, while she was an energetic little mare, her metabolism meant she needed a good workout after a meal, especially a sugary one. And since all she’d done after her cupcake binge was lay around and sleep, all those calories needed somewhere else to live.

Her stomach pooched out ever so slightly between her legs, with her flank just a little bit inflated with adipose. Her cheeks were a bit rounder, and her legs got a little thicker.

Dash gave a greedy little smirk as she searched the kitchen for treats. It wasn’t unknown for ponies to divulge in a little meat in their diets, but true to her form as an animal lover, Fluttershy was a full blown vegetarian, so her cupboards were lined up with fruits and vegetables of all sorts.

“Geez, Flutters,” she mumbled to herself, grimacing at how many apples and carrots and such she was finding, “I know you’re kind of a hippy and all but could ya have somethin’ around here that ain’t boring healthy stuff?”

The hungry pegasus had only one spot left to check; the fridge. Pulling it open with her teeth, she practically squeaked at what was inside. Cupcakes, muffins, cookies, brownies and all sorts of delicious sugary desserts piled up on every shelf, the compartments in the fridge door neatly lined with confections like topping sauces and whipped cream. The freezer part above revealed tubs upon tubs of assorted ice creams.

Dash’s stomach near roared from the sight. She’d hit the motherload!

“Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh!” Dash squeed, licking her lips greedily, “I knew she was holdin’ out on me! Oh man, where to start!” Her purple eyes locked on to a tray of delicious looking chocolate chip cookies, a good baker’s dozen or two all piled up. “Bingo~”

With serious care, Dash pulled out the tray with her teeth and held out her wings to balance it on her back. But she couldn’t just have cookies in their own, they needed something...ah, some whipped cream will do nicely! And some chocolate sauce, because these cookies need to be 20% more chocolatey. Oh, and a glass of milk, because what’s cookies without milk?

With her meal ready, Dash balanced it on her back and slowly walked back into the living room, skillfully placing it all on the coffee table. She hopped into the air and landed smack dab in the center of the couch.

“This oughta do,” she muttered to herself, reaching for a creamed cookie with a greedy smirk, “for a start~!”

Later on, in the evening…

“Rainbow Dash!” Fluttershy chirped, gliding through the door with some bags in her hooves, “I’m ba- ...oh, my.”

The butter-coloured pegasus looked with shock at what had become of her living room. The coffee table was piled high with trays, boxes and packages, all empty and sporting logos from various dessert brands. Crumbs, stains and globs of what was once her dessert stash were spread around the table and floor, a trail of it leading from her fridge to the sofa.

What was on the sofa was what really caught her eye. Rainbow Dash, who was as thin as ever when she left that morning, was a wide round mass. She was laying with her plot in Fluttershy’s direction, which had become a pair of saggy wobbling blue orbs with a rainbow tail wagging happily between them. Her cutie mark had stretched out to accommodate to her new thunder thighs, which were threatening to start absorbing her thicker hindhooves, as were her flabby forelegs. Her head was nowhere to be seen from Fluttershy’s angle, but she could hear loud messy slurping and chewing, and she could see the pegasus’ plentiful plot wobbling side to side gleefully.

“Uhh, Dashie…?” Fluttershy muttered, hovering closer to what she was sure was her friend. She had her big blue face shoved into a pie tin, which explained a lot.

“Mmf?” A familiar voice mumbled, and Dash lifted up her head to see her hostess’ face, which housed confusion and curiosity. Dash’s face, however, was incredibly round; her cheeks were puffed up both from fat and having food stored in them, making them creep into her peripheral vision just a tad. Her mouth was stained with crumbs, stains and globs of all manners of dessert being shoved into it. Her chin now had a companion, with a third on the way.

“Oh, hey Fluttershy,” she tried to say, but once again was muffled by a mouth full of pie, though she swallowed before continuing, “hope ya don’t mind but I helped myself to some of your snacks. You got great taste!”

“Oh, it’s no problem at all,” Fluttershy smiled with a nod, and it was true that she didn’t mind, “I’m just glad you feel better. And you got your appetite back.”

“Did I ever,” Dash smirked, licking her face clean and smacking her lips, then noticed the bags in her yellow hooves, “oh, did ya stop at Pinkie’s?”

“Oh, yes,” the pink-maned pegasus chirped, reaching into a pink plastic bag and pulling out a box of familiar-looking cupcakes, “I remembered how much you liked those cupcakes, so I got you some more. I told Pinkie you’d pay her as soon as you can.”

“Aww yeah!” Dash cried, punching the air with a flabby wobbly leg before grabbing the box, “thanks a lot, pal!”

“You’re very welcome,” Fluttershy smiled warmly, which turned into a reluctant frown as she eyed up the mess in the living room, “I hope you don’t mind if I tidy up a bit around you?”

“Not at all,” Dash shook her head, opening up the box and tearing into a cupcake, “take your -numnum- time!”

As Fluttershy got to work cleaning up the mess, she couldn’t help but take the odd glance at her guest. She’d grown so big so quickly, and she didn’t seem to be done with growing with the way she was eating and lazing around. It was...intriguing, to see how much she could eat, and she had to admit, how eager and excited she looked while gobbling it up was pretty adorable.

It might cause a strain on her wallet, but she wouldn’t mind seeing where this goes.

“Um, Dashie?” The buttery mare eventually spoke up, just needing to sweep up the crumbs off the floor before finishing. Dash’s ear flicked to show she was listening. “Would you like to, um, stay over again tonight? There’s gonna be another big storm after all, and I’d hate to see your progress be wasted.”

“Mm, sure!” The pudgy pegasus grinned, smacking her cupcake-covered lips, then raised an eyebrow with a frown. “Wait, ‘progress’?”

“O-oh, um,” Fluttershy gasped, cheeks flushing pink as she picked her brain for an answer, “y-your, um...healing progress! You seem much better, though flying in that rain might make you more sick than ever!”

“Ooohhh,” Dash nodded slowly, understanding, then her grin returned, “Sure, be glad to stay!”

“Oh, good,” Fluttershy sighed with relief, “well, since you feel better enough to eat, I’ll make you some nice soup when you’re finished.”

Dash’s tail wagged again, causing ripples in her flabby flank. “Alright!”

Smiling back, the timid pegasus glided into the kitchen...giving her fridge a curious eye. She opened it up and let out a soft gasp; Dash had eaten everything! Every last cookie was gone, not a crumb left on a shelf, her milk was depleted, and even the topping sauces were missing. Did she drink those too?!

She thought she’d be angry from all her treats being devoured in a day’s time...but instead, she felt a giddiness well up. This would be a fun week.

A few days pass…

Rainbow Dash let out a yawn, stretching out her legs...as best she could. She was standing near the front door of Fluttershy’s cottage, looking out the window. She knew it was going to rain again tonight, but right now the sky seemed clear enough to get some flying in. She’d stayed cooped up inside for a good two or three days, and she felt much better aside from a small tingle in her throat.

“Oh, Dash, you’re up?” Fluttershy squeaked, poking her head in from the kitchen archway.

“Yup, think it’s time to get some flying in before the storm kicks up tonight,” Dash nodded, grinning, “plus I’m feelin’ a lot better!”

What Dash failed to notice was she wasn’t exactly in prime flying condition. She was recovering from her cold nicely, of course, but the problem was the side effect of her constant laying around and snacking. Her stomach was hanging just inches from the floor, and squished into each of her treetrunk legs. Her expanding thighs and enormous rump had caused her cutie mark to expand so much it was beginning to fade a bit, but of course that would heal over time. Her determined grin caused her chubby cheeks to smush over her eyes quite a bit, and her treble-chin had come along nicely, with a new friend about to move in any time soon. All the flab accumulating around her neck caused her voice to get deeper.

“U-um, are you sure you should be flying in your condition?” Fluttershy asked, trying her hardest not to blush at the sight of her flabby friend, “I-I mean, you’re still recovering and all…”

“Nah, don’t worry,” Dash shook her head, wobbling her cheeks and chins with the effort, “won’t be too long; just a quick fly around Ponyville. I’ll come back here if it helps.”

Fluttershy didn’t like this idea, but then again, taking a look at her friend, she was doubtful she could even get her hooves off the ground. “W-well, alright then. Just don’t take too long.”

The massive mare tutted playfully at her friend’s fussiness, and began a confident waddle to the door, her massive belly wobbling side to side like a pendulum between her legs. Fluttershy was amazed Dash hadn’t noticed how much weight she’d put on, or even that her sides were brushing against the doorframe on her way outside!

The tiny pony hovered after her friend and watched as Dash extended her wings. Her cyan eyes as she noticed even they had gotten bigger, looking incredibly thick and taking more effort than usual to test-flap.

Rainbow bowed and wiggled her massive wobbling rump (inadvertently in Fluttershy’s direction, causing the smaller mare to squeak into her hooves and blush bright red) before taking off.

...or, attempting to. While she’d usually zip right into the air with a rainbow streak following behind, the blue blob of a pegasus instead flopped onto her massive middle, sloshing and bobbing from the impact.
“Oof!” She grunted, steadying herself back onto her hooves and trying again. No luck. She was making distance, but only by tiny leaps onto her bouncing abdomen.

Fluttershy couldn’t help but giggle into her hoof at the display. Not that it was funny, but it was absolutely precious seeing that mammoth mare trying to exercise and failing spectacularly.
The tiny pegasus glided over to her friend, who was panting and wheezing from the effort and laying on her middle, rising and falling with her breath.

“Huff, huff, I don’t, puff, get it,” she breathed, sweat running down her brow as she looked up, “why ain’t I takin’ off?!”

“Maybe you’re not as better as you think,” Fluttershy smiled gently, trying to sell the lie, and ran a hoof softly across Dash’s damp forehead, “you should rest some more. Your wings must be weak from that cold.”

“Y-yeah, that makes sense,” Dash agreed, too tired to think too far into it, and heaved herself back onto her hooves, “I could use a lil’ break…”

Fluttershy gave a gentle nod and helped her friend back inside, whose stomach let out a grumble loud enough to make it visually bubble.
“Exercise sure works up an appetite, doesn’t it?” The petite pony giggled, “Get yourself all comfortable, I’ll get you some lunch.”

“Sounds good to me,” Dash managed a grin and waddled back toward the sofa, causing it to creak from her climbing on and bend slightly inward from her laying down on it, her stomach drooping over the seat slightly. “Aaahh, that’s more like it~”

Fluttershy glided into the kitchen with a giddy smile on her face. Her fridge was totally restocked with sugary goodies, and if she knew Dash’s current eating habits, she’d have a repeat performance of her gluttony on her hooves later on.

As she looked inside her fridge for something to feed her fat friend, a question began brewing in her mind. How big could she get Dash before she realised just how massive she was becoming? She was fattening up quite quickly already, but...if there was some way to speed it up a bit.

And she knew just the ponies to ask.

Picking out a tray of fudge brownies and lathering them in chocolate sauce, Fluttershy flew the treats in to Dash, who grinned and licked her lips greedily before shoving her face into them. This would be the perfect time to prepare for her little plan...and let her hungry friend gorge herself stupid in the meantime.

“Dashie, I have to run into town again for a few things,” she explained, putting on a smile, “will you be alright here on your own again?”

“Mmhmm!” Dash mumbled, her greedy gobbling up of brownies not slowing down. She wasn’t even paying attention, just noting that Fluttershy had asked a question and assumed she’d have to say yes.

“Good, I’ll see you later then!” The smaller pegasus chirped, grabbing her saddlebags and gliding out the door.

In Ponyville…

Fluttershy’s first stop was Sugarcube Corner, the workplace of her friend Pinkie Pie and the confectionary hub of Ponyville. Not to mention the place she visited to stock up on her treats that Dash had been helping herself to lately.

The second she poked her head through the door and the delightful little bell over it rang out, a pink-coated mare with a wild curly dark pink mane, blue eyes and a wide joyful smile was right in her face.
“Heya Fluttershy! Back to fill up your fridge again?!” Pinkie Pie squeaked at near lightspeed, bouncing up and down in her usual hyperactive way. Her large chubby frame, not nearly as large as Dash’s of course, didn’t seem to slow her down at all.

“O-oh, um, not exactly Pinkie,” Fluttershy shook her head softly, letting herself inside, “I...I need to ask you a favour-”

“Ooh, ooh, is Dashie still eatin’ ya outta house and home?!” The pink earth pony giggled, hopping toward the counter with her whole body bouncing with her, “She must be huge by now! If I were you I’d tell her to c’mon down here!” She hopped behind the desk and paused, putting a hoof to her double-chin and smushing it in thought. “Oooor you can roll her down here!”

Fluttershy went to object, but that thought lingered in her mind. She could let Pinkie stuff Dash up instead...but then, that’d mean she couldn’t do it, and that wouldn’t be as fun. Then again, she could help! And it’d be pretty adorable seeing her literally roll through Ponyville like a big blue bowling ball.

“Um, I’ll keep it in mind,” the pegasus smiled, and she tucked the idea away in her head, “but, could I borrow some of your...um…” her voice went quieter than usual as she timidly tapped her forehooves together. “Your...calorie enhancers?”

“Oh!” Pinkie squeaked, grinning as she reached into her mane and pulled out a small jar, “Ya mean these?”

Fluttershy gave a small nod. “Mmhmm, could I borrow some...if that’s alright…?”

“Course it’s alright! Take the whole jar!” Pinkie grinned ear to ear, chubby cheeks smushing up, as she placed the jar in the pegasus’s hoof. “Remember when I slipped some into Rarity’s coffee one day and she just ballooned!”

Fluttershy stifled a giggle into her free hoof. She remembered that fondly. “Yeah, it was pretty cu- uh, funny…”

“She was like, a giant snowball!” the pink mare giggled, making a huge circle in the air with her hooves for emphasis, “Remember when she tried to move but her legs were all wiggly and jiggly and stuff!”

Fluttershy’s yellow cheeks turned a shade pink at the memory. “Mmhmm...um, Pinkie I’d love to stay longer but, I have some more things to take care of, sorry…” She tucked the jar into her saddlebags and made a walk for the door.

“Hey, don’t be sorry! Dash’s probably got ya on another snack run, the greedyguts!” Pinkie chided playfully, seemingly unaware of the slight hypocrisy in the statement in the form of her own flabby form, “Wanna order another restock, just in case?”

The pegasus looked back at her pudgy pink friend, giving her a grin as she walked out the door. “Yes, thank you.”

A few minutes later...

Fluttershy had only one last stop to make before heading home; Sweet Apple Acres. She had Pinkie Pie’s calorie enhancers, now she just needed something to put them in. Though she feared this one might be a bit more of a challenge.

Landing right at the courtyard of the apple farm, the pegasus looked this way and that for the pony she needed to talk to.

“Howdy, Fluttershah!” A young voice greeted her out of nowhere, causing her to jump a good few inches. She looked down and spotted a yellow-coated filly with a red mane, pink bow adorably tied behind it, and orange eyes grinning up at her. Like a lot of the local ponies, this one was rather chubby, her stomach hanging between her little stubby legs and sporting quite a big rump.

“Oh, hello Apple Bloom,” Fluttershy sighed in relief, putting a hoof to her chest, “is Applejack around?”

“She’s out buckin’ in the orchard,” the filly explained nodding toward the large collection of apple trees in the distance, “think she’ll be there a while. Why d’ya ask?”

“Oh, um, I was just wondering,” Fluttershy stammered, timid even the face of a young filly, “if I, um...could borrow one of your apple recipes?”

Apple Bloom cocked an eyebrow, frowning a bit. “Ah dunno Fluttershah, that’s important information right there, and we don’t really want competition when it comes to apples…”

“Oh no no, I’m not going to sell anything!” Fluttershy insisted, waving her forehoof, “I just...want to try out baking something, and the Apples have some of the best homemade stuff in Ponyville…”

“Hmmm,” the flabby filly hummed, tapping a thick hoof on her chin, “promise ya won’t sell us out?”

The pegasus put a hoof to her heart, smiling with total sincerity. “I promise.”

“Alrighty then, wait right here a sec,” Apple Bloom grinned, waddling into the farmhouse. After a few minutes, she reemerged with a piece of paper hanging from her mouth, which Fluttershy took in her hoof. “Apple fritters, one a’ our specialties!”

“Thank you very much,” the pegasus grinned, rolling up the paper and placing it in her saddlebag, “I’ll get it back to you as soon as possible.” She promised.

“Jus’ be careful with it,” Apple Bloom warned, “family heirloom and stuff!”

Fluttershy gave a quick nod and took off back for her house. That went much smoother than she thought! Now nothing can stop her from conducting her little ‘experiment’.

Back at Fluttershy’s cottage…

“Dashie!” Fluttershy called, wearing a grin of expectation, “I’m back!”

The pegasus was not disappointed; her living room was a mess. Tins, trays, boxes and all other kinds of containers were piled up on the coffee table and strewn all over the floor, along with crumbs and globs of what were once desserts. On the sofa, or rather the cushions and wood on the floor that was once a sofa, was Rainbow Dash. She was on her back, her backside once again facing Fluttershy. Her enormous hindlegs were wiggling gleefully, making their every roll and crease wobble and jiggle this way and that. Her massive rump spread out on the floor, dimpled and creased with a little rainbow tail wagging on the wooden floor. The rainbow lightning bolts on her flanks were about about the size of the little mare’s head, and nearly faded from the sheer expansion. Her hooves were dangerously close to been absorbed by her sheer flank fat. Her stomach was now a rolly mountain of cellulite, jiggling with her every movement. In fact, her stomach was so huge Fluttershy couldn’t even see her head from the doorway.

Trying her best to hide her giddy smile, she hovered over her corpulent companion, to find she had her face stuffed in a tub of ice cream, slurping loudly and messily and giggling greedily, causing her stomach to jiggle and jut out (or rather up). Her forehooves were faring just as well as the back ones; close to being absorbed by her thick rolly upper leg flab.

“Uhh, Dashie…?” Fluttershy asked softly, giving her stomach a soft jab and sending an oceanic ripple across its mass. The little pegasus smiled at how soft it felt.

“Mmph?” Dash grunted, lifting the tub of her face to reveal her even rounder cheeks and brand new quadruple chin, with all of it covered in an amalgam of crumbs sauce and glops of cakes. “Oh, hey FluttershOOOOAAARRRRP!! ...’scuze me.” She chuckled awkwardly, causing jiggles in her chins and juts in her middle.

“Oh my,” Fluttershy giggled, fixing her pink fringe after having it blown back by that powerful burp, “you’ve really got your appetite back haven’t you?”

“Yeah, I kinda had some of your snacks again,” the blubbery pegasus admitted, and would probably be blushing if her plump cheeks didn’t already have a permanent little shade of pink, “hope ya don’t mind.”

“Not at all,” the tiny mare shook her head with a grin, “I’m expecting another restock from Pinkie soon anyway.”

“Oh, ya went to Pinkie’s?” the greedy pony’s eyes widened and a greedy grin emerged on her messy face, “What’d ya get me?!”

“I got you something special today,” Fluttershy told her gluttonous guest, who smacked her messy lips excitedly, “I’m going to make you it!”

“Oooh, I like it already,” the rainbow blob grinned, and attempted to roll onto her hooves, but only succeeded in rocking herself back and forth and causing her flab to jiggle side to side, “um...bit of trouble with your couch…”

“Oh don’t worry about that old thing,” the pegasus grinned back, “I’ve been meaning to get it replaced anyway, it’s pretty old.”

“Alrighty then,” Dash nodded, then let out a long loud yawn. A long day of laying around and stuffing her face really took a lot out of her.

Fluttershy giggled and began rubbing a hoof on the sphere of cyan cellulite that was Dash’s stomach. “Why don’t you take a nice long nap? You must be exhausted, and my little surprise may take a while…”

Dash couldn’t help but smile at the rubs, her eyelids fluttering downward as her friend’s soft hoof glided across her middle, soothing it. “Y-yeah...sounds like…-yaaawwwn- a plan…” and like that, the mass of mare was out like a light, her rumbling snores shaking the floor around her.

Figuring she’d be asleep for a while, Fluttershy tapped her hooves with a giddy giggle before swooping into the kitchen, too excited for her plan to clean up the mess. She took the apple fritter recipe from her saddlebag and read through the list of ingredients. Considering Dash had only touched the pre-made desserts, she had everything she needed gathered on the counter.

Oh and of course, Pinkie’s calorie enhancers. Fluttershy took the small jar from her saddlebag and opened it up, peering at the white and pink pills inside. There were plenty of them to go for a while, but she figured at least one in each fritter should do the trick.

Some time later…

It took quite a bit of effort, considering it was her first time, but Fluttershy had produced a pretty good batch of apple fritters. The sugary brown treats sat ready and waiting on a plate, pleasantly warm with a trail of steam raising up. With a playful smirk, she used a wing to fan the steam into the next room, leading it straight to the snoring Rainbow Dash’s nose.

The mare in question wiggled her snout and snuffled as the nicely warm scent came to her. Registering that it was the smell of food, her stomach roared like an angry manticore and her eyes shot open.
Still on her back, she raised her head up to get an upside-down view of Fluttershy gliding into the room with a plate in her hooves. “Hey, what smells good~?”

“Your surprise, of course,” Fluttershy smiled, placing the plate right on Dash’s stomach like a table, “I made you apple fritters!”

“They smell a lot like Applejack’s fritters,” Dash commented, cocking an eyebrow, then licked her lips with a greedy grin, “here’s hopin’ they taste as good~!”

Sighing with relief that she wasn’t suspicious, Fluttershy grabbed a fritter from the plate and hovered down to her friend’s face. “Say aah!”

The enormous equine complied, opening her mouth as wide as she could. The tiny pegasus giggled and popped the fritter in her mouth, watching adoringly as she chewed with gusto.

“Mm, s’good!” She mumbled, swallowing the fritter. “More please~!”

As Fluttershy grabbed another fritter from the plate, she noticed Dash’s stomach bounce and jut out. But it didn’t bounce back down. The buttery mare grinned ecstatically; the enhancers were working!

“Here comes some more~!” She giggled, popping another treat into her greedy guest’s mouth. She waited for the swallow, then watched as Dash blew up another inch bigger.

“I hope you’re hungry,” she giggled, grabbing another, “because I made a lot~!”

And so, after a few days, and many many fritters…

To call Rainbow Dash a blob would be an understatement. She was now nothing short of a humongous, formless mass. Her stomach, which she had somehow rolled onto at one point, had her elevated up to the ceiling, with her mane just brushing against it. Her face had become one with her body, her neck totally disappeared amongst the sea of pure flab, and her quintuple chins spilling over. Her hooves had resorted to little stumps, just barely poking out of the rounded blobs of pure cellulite that were once her legs. Her flanks were impossible to move, and she could only barely wiggle her tiny hooves. Her cutie mark was almost nonexistent, just a pair of incredibly faded lightning bolts and clouds that had been forced to expand and accommodate to the sudden expansion of their owner. They would heal, of course, but it would take quite a long time. Even her wings had expanded, its muscles so overcome with flab that they had no chance to flapping in this state. Her cheeks took over her face, leaving her eyes barely visible and her mouth smushed together so much that it was difficult to do anything besides open and chew.

Fluttershy stared up at her creation with silent glee, a huge smile growing across her face as she hovered around the mammoth mare that easily dwarfed her. She pressed a hoof gently into her side, sending a long oceanic ripple and a slosh of fat across her body, causing her to emit a deep bass, rumbling giggle that sent her body bobbing and jiggling.

Letting out an excited giggle, Fluttershy swooped up to her guest’s puffed up face and landed on the space of stomach before it. “How do you feel~?”

“Mm, much better...thanksh Fluttershy…” Dash rumbled, the sheer amount of flab around her mouth giving her a lisp, and smacked her lips greedily, “...but...have you been...feedin’ me…?”

Oh horseapples, Fluttershy swallowed. She finally caught on, and she had no idea how.
“Um...well, yes,” she admitted, brushing a hoof on her blobby blue platform, “I-I saw how much you were eating, and how much you enjoyed eating...so I kind of...well, helped you along...maybe a bit too much...I’m sorry, Dashie…”

Rainbow Dash stayed quiet for a while, seeming to mull it over. That was a lot of good food, and she wasn’t exactly in exercising condition.
“...Fluttershy…?”

“Y-yes, Dash?” The tiny mare muttered.

“...have ya got anything...that’ll make me thinner fasht…?”

“Oh, um, I’m sure Twilight or Zecora have something that can slim you down in no time, why?”

The plentiful pegasus smacked her lips slowly. “What’sh...for lunch…?”

Fluttershy let out a squeak of joy and gave her a loving rub on her huge pillowy cheek.

“I’ll see what I can do~”
