"Burst Stream. Please report to Principal Celestia's office. Thank You.", Vice Principal Luna said over the loudspeaker. Burst had no idea why he was being called up to the principal's office, but decided not to question it as he made his way towards principal Celestial's office. When he arrived, Burst saw that Principal Celestia was waiting for him.
"Please come in Burst Stream.", Celestia greeted him with a smile. As Burst entered her office, he saw there was an unexpected visitor.
"Hello Burst Stream.", Kaiba said as Burst walked in. Burst couldn't believe it! One of the world's greatest duelists was at HIS school! But the question that was burning in his mind was why.
"It's an honor to meet you Mr. Kaiba. But what brings you here to CHS?", Burst asked.
"Mr. Kaiba is here because of your victory in Duelists Kingdom.", Principal Celestial said.
"Congratulations on winning Duelists Kingdom. But that's not the only reason I'm here. I've chosen your city as the location for the next Battle City tournament!", Kaiba said, "The official announcement won't be until tonight, but I've given early notice to current dueling champions. So, interested?"
Burst smiled, "I sure am! When's it being held, and are there going to be new rules?"
"Battle City Canterlot starts tomorrow. Also, Celestia here has been kind enough to make special arrangements so that there's no conflict of schedules.", Kaiba said.
"I've decided to suspend school for the duration of Battle City. I know a lot of students are duelists, so I decided this was best so that they didn't get distracted.", Celestia said with a smile.
"Alright! Battle City here I come!", Burst said. That night, Kaiba announced the tournament on TV. Soon, every duelist in Canterlot were making a mad dash to prepare their decks for the coming tournament. Tirek had been walking the streets of Canterlot when he saw the announcement.
"Excellent. This shall be where I begin my reign. And where the wicked god cards shall feast upon the energy of duelists!", Tirek said with a wicked smile.
