You want to know how I ended up in Equestria?

Well, it all started on that one, fateful walk in the woods. Oh, sorry. You were supposed to read the story to find that out.

Anyway, I find myself in Equestria. Although, not when I thought. I still knew what would happen in the future, but I arrived during the Starswirl era. After the defeat of Discord. Turns out I'll be needed one day. Oh well, wait, what? You're going to WHAT?!

Fine, fuck it. I haven't got anything to lose.

Arceus has been imprisoned for many millennia, and in that time he has watched his world fall apart. But once he is finally freed from his prison he decides that to protect his Pokémon, and his family, that he will move the Pokémon, and a few select 'humans' to a world where they might live in peace, Equestria. However, not everyone on this new world shares his view of peace and the very presence of the Pokémon upsests some of the citizens of the world, even some of the ones he brought with aren't too happy with the situation. But a god's will is a strong thing and without his willingness the Pokémon and the citizens of Equestria are going to have to learn to get along, or at least tolerate each other. And there's a slight problem with some of the humans too, well, former humans that is.

Since a lot of people keep aking this I'm gonna put an explanation here. I'm not following any one canon-verse here, I'm making a hodge podge universe with bits from the Manga, Anime, Games, and Movies, as well as some etcetera concerning issues addressed in none of them to great lengths. (Arceus' power is far beyond what he has in the games or movie and this does contain some Pokephilia, which comes from pretty much no canon material ever.)

A human stays among ponies, mystifying them with his odd traditions and customs. It will be five years before Celestia and Twilight can send him back to his homeworld. Until then, Twilight wants to study him and have him experience pony culture. These are their stories.

(Date: Sept 7, 2016, around 7:00 PM: I'M SORRY, DID I JUST GET FEATURED BY UPDATING A STORY THAT'S BEEN DEAD FOR MORE THAN YEAR, WHAT? How. Seriously, how? No offense, but I had hoped it had gotten so when I was more active. Oh well.

Edit: 9/7/2016, almost 9 PM: Aaaand I'm no longer featured. BACK IN MY DAY I'D STILL BE ON THERE. All jokes and salt aside, I'm glad I at least made it on that list once, even for a short while.)

It started out as another test for another one of Bill's projects, and the talented Pokemon Trainer and Bill's friend, Stephen, has volunteered to help with the test.
Bill's new invention? A teleport station. The experiment was made so that Stephen would travel from Cerulean to One Island and back.
There is, however, one problem.
Bill plugged in some numbers that accidentally teleported Stephen somewhere nowhere near One Island.
Stephen wakes up in a world of magic and talking ponies, and an oncoming storm.
Will our protagonist be able to quell the darkness that holds Equestria?

Twilight Sparkle has been through quite a lot during the course of her young life. With her friends she has re-discovered an ancient magic, saved the world from Nightmare Moon, and imprisoned the embodiment of Chaos in stone.
However, she cannot help but feel in over her head when she wakes up aboard an alien space station, where strange creatures are running dangerous experiments on her and others in an effort to make living weapons.
That's just the beginning however. She soon finds herself and her people caught up in the middle of an interstellar war over one of the most basic principals of sapient life.
The right to think for yourself.
Just an idea I had, and I'm not even really sure where it's going to go. But I liked it and I thought that it would make a great story. comments would be appreciated, especially those geared towards making me a better writer.

Sunset Shimmer is miserable, lonely and heartbroken.For everyone, including the Mane 5 have accused her of being Anon-a-Miss and they now all hate and despise her even though it is not her doing. Even when the original Anon-a-Miss confessed to her and promise to tell everyone, that still won't change for her. So Sunset decides to take things to her own hands.

Set during the Equestria Girls Holiday Series and when the real Anon-a-Miss confesses to Sunset personally instead of in Sugarcube Corner with the Mane 5.

They tell me my memories are fake. They tell me my life isn't real. That I'm nothing more than a science experiment gone wrong. I can't accept that. I won't accept that. They trapped me in some sort of cell, where they study me. I will escape from here and find a way home. I am Jake Darrison, and I WILL find a way back to my family. Nothing will stop me, not these horses, not any magical monsters, NOTHING. I will be free.

Luna is trapped on Earth, will it be forever, maybe, maybe not, but she isn't alone, she has a friend, a human to be precise. Will Luna ever return home, or will she be stranded on Earth, where everything is the opposite of her own world.

Both Link and Epona race to fight evil once again, however once they make it to the thing that is behind all the monsters that roam Hyrule, they get a big surprise. Once again, Equestria is threatened by evil and Link is once again called to the line of duty. Isn't he?

Based off of the Ocarina of Time timeline (which includes Majora's Mask), but takes a few aspects from Twilight Princess.

After another encounter with Team Rocket, Pikachu and Buneary are somehow transported into Equestria around the time Discord is released from his prison. They make new friends and fight new enemies as well as familiar old ones during their time there. But will they ever find a way to get back home? Or is home closer then they think?

Takes place sometime after the Best Wishes/Black and White series.

Possibly the first Lagomorphshipping story on FIMFiction.
