It's been over a year since the age regression epidemic started. Now after the evil alicorn Midnight has been caught and Discord has stopped turning ponies into foals things have seemed to have gotten back to normal. However the lord of chaos has cursed dozens of ponies and the only way to remove the curses is to have a wedding for the royal couple Shining Armor and princess Cadance. But, things take a turn for the worse when Chrysalis crashes the wedding causing a chaos bomb to set off as more chaos ensues.

Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon decide to make a friendly wager with the Cutie Mark Crusaders one day, a race to Sugarcube Corner where the losers must do whatever the winners ask of them. The Crusaders accept.

When Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon lose the race they reluctantly agree to the terms of the bet and place themselves at the CMC's mercy. As it turns out the CMC's idea is to have their friends test out a regression potion that will turn whoever drinks it into foals for a week.

Despite some reluctance the two rich fillies agree, Diamond largely for the sake of having a better foalhood and Silver so she can be with Diamond to offer support. But are the CMC up to the challenge of raising two foals? And will Diamond and Silver's foalish tendencies take over?

Amidst one of their heated debates in trying to figure out who the best flyer is, Smolder and Gallus make a bet on a race of theirs. The race would be lap through The Featherbreaker and who ever lost would have to wear and use a diaper.

Diamond Tiara's joy at her newfound outlook and friends is shortlived. Exiled to her bedroom while her uncompromising mother decides what to do with her, she can only listen in as Spoiled Rich tells her too-meek-by-half husband Filthy EXACTLY how useless his daughter is. Then, there's a sudden knock on the door... and Tiara's adventure is about to begin.
