This story is a sequel to As the Apple Blooms

The past seven months have been quite the experience for Apple Bloom. Learning about and bonding with her uncle Ironhide, tap dancing with her boyfriend Tender Taps, helping her new sister Sideswipe, befriending Marble Pie and Rattrap, and in general, exploring her new home of Allspark Wells.

But that was only the beginning.

Now, as a new school year starts, Apple Bloom, Sideswipe, and the whole gang continue their lives as they make new friends as well as enemies, all while Ironhide, Chromia, and the others continue to provide wisdom and advice.

On Cybertron, there remain few cybertronian lifeforms. One of which is Shockwave; the computer on legs. Thanks to a mission to intercept the ark going wrong with an unstable space bridge caused by Grimlock and the successful test subjects Swoop and Slug. Shockwave as deemed Megatron as well as the rest of the Decepticon Army aboard either the Ark or Nemesis KIA, until further notice. Until then, the scientist has his optic set on another primitive planet rich with raw energy; the only con is its teeming with lifeforms. One of which must be exterminated entirely. Who better to send than the slayer of bugs himself along with Slug and Swoop.

In the second installment of this epic adventure, Proxima and her crew are hot on the trail to the first clue that could help them to find Cybertron. But they are not the only ones looking for the planet. An ancient enemy to the Cybertronian people is also looking for Cybertron and will stop at nothing to find it. Now the crew will need to race to be the first to discover the first clue.

Taking place after MLP EG VS TF, And before MLP EG VS TF RONM, After the decepticons find out that the human are teaming up with the Autobots They try to make a powerful weapon as strong as Optumis. But it turns out its too Dangerous for them to control.

Long ago, an Autobot spacecraft crashed on Equestria, and things changed. But the implications weren't understood until many centuries later when a stolen ship crashed there as well with a ship full of Autobots and one "human" following in pursuit. Many ponies will have to learn to live a second life once they discover the truth about themselves.

Applebloom just wanted to spend a day with her friends, crusading for her cutie mark. Instead, she found something even deeper and more troubling about herself. Turns out she's not even a member of the Apple Family by blood. In fact, she's not even truly native to Equestria! She's an alien! An alien robot no less!

Now Applebloom will have to deal with the reality of her origins and try to cope with them and her newfound abilities as she moves towards her future; a future that just might never come to be if her new foes have anything to say about it. Decepticons are, after all, a monstrous cabal.

Now, it's up to Applebloom to light Equestria's darkest hour.

Grimlock was a Decepticon Gladiator in Kaon before he joined the Autobots. He formed a team called the lightning strike coalition force built out of other gladiators who all joined the Autobots. They were captured by the insecticons and were experimented on by the Decepticon Shockwave. When Grimlock broke free from containment, his rampage was so epic, he brought down an entire space bridge tower and killed a clone of Shockwave. However he was launched into space after the tower exploded and was never seen again.

A millennium later, he lands on the planet earth which is ruled by organic equine life. How will the brutish and slow minded Grimlock adjust?

At the end of the war, after Team Prime defeated Unicron and restored Cybertron, Shockwave had become wanted a war decepticon criminal for his various cruel experiments and creations during the war, including the Predacons, the Forged, and generally became a fugitive all over cybertron. Knowing he would eventually be found out, Shockwave retreated to his lab to activate an old project of his, a space bridge off of Cybertron that lead to an unknown world in the far outer reaches of space. Running out of options, Shockwave uses the space bridge, and winds up in a strange new world filled with strange new creatures. Now, Shockwave has the ability to study these creatures and experiment in peace, and potentially... Even befriend them. Of course, as long as it is Logical.
