The girls are at Canterlot Academy and are preparing for a big game against Cloudsdale high, but when someone goes missing they'll stop at nothing to get her back. They'll have to face their worst fears, and overcome their desire of greed, lies, gloom, hate, betrayal, and Black Magic. Will the girls survive? Or will they fall to evil? Who is spying on them? And what of the shadows the girls keep seeing?

Searching for any records King Sombra may have left behind, Twilight learned of the shadowy king's tragic past. However, she also discovered his horn, in which his mind and remaining power were contained. Determined to learn how to use his Dark Magic for Good, Twilight brought Sombra back to Ponyville with her. After all, what could he possibly do as a horn? ...Or will he stay that way?

At Canterlot High School, the Rainbooms try to get Fluttershy to stop being so shy, but not the way she wants it! Meanwhile, the Decepticons arrive to Canterlot High to learn better so they can still beat the Autobots. With Canterlot High transforming into Kaon High, Fluttershy fails a basketball game which makes her friends tease her and it's up to Lord Megatron and Commander Starscream to fix this...

TF: Set in the Transformers Prime Universe. This will include some offline characters from the show such as Skyquake, Dreadwing, Breakdown, the Eradicon Vehicon Squadron, and characters that haven't showed up before Season 3 such as Shockwave and Preadaking.

MLP EQG: Right after Rainbow Rocks and before Friendship Games. This will have the Shadowbolts such as Sour Sweet and Indigo Zap.

Twilight Sparkle has failed at getting the Crystal Heart in time, letting the former king, who enslaved the entire kingdom over a thousand years before, return to take over the Empire.

Now, with the Crystal Heart permanently gone, Twilight is now bound to King Sombra for all eternity...

Because of this, it even left the only pony who can save her, her loved ones, and the empire, powerless against him.

This story is a sequel to The Return of the Shadows

Princess Celestia sends King Sombra to Ponyville to learn about friendship with Twilight and her friends.
But days passed, and between Sombra and Twilight something else grows.

Twilight went to sleep with everything being fine. When she woke up, she would come face to face with Sombra once more, but this time, he has an offer. One she would love to refuse. If only she could.

Twilight, my Faithful Student, my friend, if there is anypony that can create a world of Harmony, true Harmony, it is you.

More than a thousand years ago, my sister and I sought to create a perfect world, a world ruled by Harmony. A world free of evil. We were powerful and believed ourselves above the laws that governed this world. But this world is governed by the laws of Magic, and Magic, it seems, demands balance.

Where there is Light, there is Darkness.
Where there is Order, there is Chaos.
For there to be Love, there must be Hate.
For every Dream, there is a Nightmare.
Each begets the other.

And like boiling water over a fire, each can extinguish the other.

I should not have been surprised when the day came that the evil I had to fight was my own sister. It was the world restoring the balance we so foalishly ignored.

Millions of years ago, a great machine crashed on the planet Equus. Now, the newly crowned Princess Twilight Sparkle and her friends meet five titans from beyond the stars that ponykind sees each night. These "Autobots" fled their home in search of a new world to call home. Followed by their sworn enemies, the Decepticons, the Autobots will fight to protect their new home, with the aid of the six young mares who have defended their world from evil many times already. The 'Cons are going to need more bots.
