Twilight the dragon has never really felt at home in the Dragon Lands. Unlike most dragons, she values intelligence, and is seen as a pariah for it. But things change when she comes across a purple pony named Spike, who has come to the dragon lands on a "Friendship Mission."
But he must be in the wrong place. After all, dragons don't do friendship.

It was a week before Nightmare Night, when Rarity decided to take a trip to Canterlot.

And while there, she meets a sweet, classy mare with a prismatic mane, and a habit of saying "Darling". But there's something about her that she finds just too familiar.

And as she'll learn, maybe there's more to this familiarity than meets the eye.

Less than 24 hours live and this story has set three milestones for me. This is the first time I've had a story of mine be top of the Featured list, the first time I've had a story of mine get over 100 Likes, and the first time that a story of mine has reached over 1,000 views.

Thank you all so much. I am amazed.

After a human wakes up to find that he's changed species and gender, he/she ended up spending a decade as an adventurer and after gaining a reputation as a member of a well-known group of explorers traveling the world. They have decided upon their next destination... Equestria.

But what led this human turned Dragon to this point?

This is the story of Flare Blacksmith, dragoness, traveler, Explorer, and did we forget to mention that she has a strong resemblance to a certain baby dragon named Spike?

This story is heavily inspired by the longtime favorite of many, Ten Years Gone, by Some Other Guy.

This is a prequel to a upcoming rendition of ten years gone called Ten Years Redone

I fully admit that the initial concept is not mine, and that some chapters have similarities to the original. I would gladly contact the author of the original if not for the fact that he has completely disappeared, and hast not been on the site for quite some time.

The Fire of Friendship has all but faded. One thousand years ago, Equestria fractured... those who disagreed with Celestia's rule left under the leadership of Princess Luna to found their own nation, their own way of life. Geyol, a half pony, and half dragon are also known as a Kirin, is the foster daughter of Nessonth and his mate Ymi. Along with her uncle, she learned draconic magic alongside her cousin Spike Scaleborn. She also gains a friend with Amber, the daughter of the Dragon Highlord, while she grew up.

Now she’s grown up she is tasked by the Highlord to be the bodyguard of Princess Amber as she travels to across the sea to the land of Equestria to sign a peace treaty between kingdoms. Along with Spike, an apprentice mage of his father, and Amber, the three travels to Canterlot to take part of the biggest event in Equestria (At the moment); the Marriage of Shining Armor and the Princess of Love Mi Amore Cadenza.

The dragon-pony hybrid story has always interested me, so this is my version of if Twilight sparkle was a dragon-pony hybrid.
Her mother is a dragon OC I created and her father is also an OC, so keep that in mind when reading the story, and Spike will be her younger half brother.
In this story, we will be following the life and times of Violet, then her hybrid daughter Twilight, and Spike, I'm going to be including some parts of the show, like holidays, major events, and even a twist on how she got her cutie mark. Also since a lot of episodes in the show are season based I'm going to rearrange a lot of episodes to make the seasons make more sense.

After her and the rest of the CMC go to fine Elisabeak in the Everfree forest after she got out during there sleepover at Fluttershy's cottage and after watching Fluttershy start to be turned to stone and finding Twilight in the similar state she runs off. After getting lost a storm kicks up and forces her to confront her memories of her lost mother.

Ok this story is a short idea that I thought of one night as I was laying in bed and it wouldn't let go so here's my new story.

After having fallen asleep Apple Bloom finds herself at the Golden Oaks Library during a thunderous storm. As the storm grows worse Apple Bloom begins to get more terrified by the minute. Twilight does her best to comfort the poor filly but with the storm carrying on all the way till the morning can the Alicorn princess help the little filly overcome her fears and get her through this long dreadful night?

Apple Bloom is overcome with emotion. A simple slip of the tongue in front of one of Applejack's friends leaves her wondering how to deal with this sort of embarrassment. Will she be able to face her fears? Or will she keep her feelings bottled up inside of her, as long as she can avoid telling anyone about her little slip up?
