Shikamaru Nara, Chunin of Konoha leads a small band of ninja to capture and execute a rogue Konoha shinobi. A miscalculation on Shikamaru's part not only allows the suspect to escape, but forces him to search for the man in the strangest place he's ever been. Excited at the rare opportunity, one of the locals stresses her duty as "Everypony's friend," determined to make the ninja feel welcomed. All Shikamaru cares about however is completing his mission and returning home.

The story is set in between the Hidan & Kakuzu arc and the Itachi Pursuit arc.

Kasey has it all. A very successful ranch. Millions of dollars. Land as far as the eye can see. And the title of Hero. But with all of these things he is depressed. He has no wife and no children. Sure he is friends with every single person on Castanet, but no one to have a family with.

He tried so hard to get a wife, but always fell short as they got married. All the girls just saw him as a friend, and this hurt him so much. One day after doing the same routine for months, the Harvest Goddess and the Harvest King answer his prayers and send him to a place that desperately needs a Hero.

Will Kasey finally find someone to love and start a family, or will history repeat itself and leave him an empty shell to slowly wither and die?

Funny how things turn out. Trixie, disgraced from both her failures in Ponyville, is a vagabond who finds solace in a bottle. Until one day, a griffon shows her the truth behind her lineage: The Lulamoon family were once proud demon hunters. And the griffon nation of Prussia is in bad need of a demon hunter.

One of their sacred castles, Fortnight, has fallen prey to an onslaught of demons. And as it turns out, Trixie's the only demon hunter left in the land of Equestria. Except for the part where she's not really a demon hunter.

As if a castle of horrors isn't bad enough, Trixie also has to put up with a mysterious girl haunting and fighting her every step of the way.

This is being written solely to learn more about action scenes, so please comment on what needs to be done better. It's also inspired by Devil May Cry, Metal Gear Rising, and Bayonetta. Expect references, both subtle and explicit.

A human gets pulled into Equestria by a spell cast by Twilight. He has a lot to learn about this new world and all its inhabitants. Will he be able to cope and live among the ponies, or will he be treated as an outcast, forced to run and hide as he tries to find a way home?

This is an alternate universe.

This is my first attempt at a story, so be brutal. Don't be afraid to tell me if I messed up royally.

King Sombra’s dark influence was obliterated by the Crystal Heart, and the villain is well and truly dead. But when he attempts to steal the afterlife of an innocent victim, a human spirit is left hurtling towards Equestria, where this unfortunate soul is revived into the only vessel available: the reconstituted body of King Sombra himself.

Thus, a cheerfully oblivious alien is crammed into the form of the most evil and malicious being Equestria has ever known. Not that Shining Armor and Cadence know this, of course. As far as they are concerned, the King is back and he’s lost his fricking mind.

You, a young human living in Canterlot, have never fit in with anyone. It's been years since you were found in Equestria, and you've become a small outcast in this world of ponies. Hiding away from everyone, you find solace in another strange being, a weird black bug-like filly that calls herself Chrysalis.

Luna starts up a Judge-Judy-like show. But, as time goes on she slowly starts to waste away from some unknown illness. Stubborn as she is, she won't allow it to keep her off the throne dealing with her duties as Princess. Will Equestria watch as she wastes away to nothing, on live television?

While moving to her new home, Zecora find the strangest creature - a large, nigh-hairless talking monkey-thing. Seeing how it lacks basic knowledge on surviving in the wild (and that it's quite tall and probably good at manual labour) she decides to adopt it as her assistant. Hopefully, she won't come to regret her decision.
