Starlight does a slightly better job at attempting to reform Chrysalis after freeing her friends and reforming the rest of the hive, and finds herself quite unexpectedly the new Princess of Empathy. Whether things go uphill or downhill from here will depend on who you ask. Twilight is thrilled, Chrysalis is miserable, Trixie is gay, and Starlight is just trying to cope with becoming royalty scarcely a year after being Equestria's most dangerous supervillain.

I've always thought Starlight more than earned her wings in the show, but, given that I also love Chrysalis, I decided to grant them in a way that ends with my two favorite characters not trying to kill each other.

This will be a series of mostly one-shots dealing with various aspects of Starlight's life after ascending, with a variety of tones; while it's marked as incomplete, the majority of chapters form complete stories. Obviously, there are an enormous amount of things to be done with such a premise, and, if you have anything you'd like to see explored—and also enjoy the story enough to comment—please feel free to request topics for future chapters!

A peaceful party with friends was always nice. But waking up to bubbles on your thigh and an angry call from the neighbor wasn't. Not only that, through out the day, my hair was changing too. Not only me, but my friend and neighbor were getting strange changes too. I was already teased enough in school for being clumsy. But now that I had pony ears and a tail, what was going to happen now?

Well this is interesting. Right after I get the role of playing The Doctor in Doctor Who it turns out that I really am the Doctor! His Equestrian form for that matter.

Ambre, Sarah, and Laurence do not seem to have that much in common besides living in the same city of southern France, and sharing a birthday on May 1^st. However, the three of them will soon have to come together, as chance and fate force upon them the greatest change they ever experienced – forever altering their bodies, their minds, and their very lives.

How would you react, if suddenly you were cast into a skin not your own, and all you thought you knew about yourself or your place in the world was upended?

Treat it as a blessing, a new beginning, letting go of what once was? Try to hold on to yourself, while adapting to circumstances?

Or fight and reject it all, whatever the cost..?

Though we follow the same characters from start to finish as they learn to deal with their transformed lives, each Part of this tale is its own adventure, focusing on a specific plot and themes:

This is a sidefic set in the 'Five Score, Divided by Four' universe created by TwistedSpectrum. I recommend the original fic, as well as the various subsequent sidefics by other authors, but neither are required for enjoying the present tale, which is conceived as a stand-alone story exploring other corners of this universe. The fic does not currently take into account the 2019 update of Five Score, Divided by Four.

Today is May 1, which means I'm turning 25. I don't know it yet, but my life as well as my body is going to be forever altered. It's going to be tough in the beginning but once I learn to control these "power's", I'm taking over Dad's operation. That is, if the rest of his boys will listen to a talking magical horse with a blood-red horn.

The year is 2045 and mankind has taken to the stars. With colonies on mars and the moon, we’ve left the cradle of Earth behind.

It’s been 25 years since the ponies first appeared on earth. 25 Years since the fall of Discord. I was born June first, 2020. The day of the invasion, the day the ponies took back what was theirs. The day Equestria was freed, and I am the last. The last of the 5 score ponies, the last one cursed, and the Last to change.

And this is my story.

Sometimes, even in the darkest place, hope can be found. When 2 Rangers find themselves changed by the Five score curse, their lives are forever altered. With a past life full of missed opportunities, and questions about their own destinies, can 2 friends find a new path for themselves or will they be expected to return to their old friends and family which they hardly recognize. When Hearts, cutie marks, and past expectations collide, a simple realization comes about, sometimes there is no right choice.

This story has a Teen rating, simply because it covers some mature themes and content, not due to gore, sexual scene or such.

Tags for this are a little hard, Its best described as a mix between Action and Slice of Life (which are of course conflicting tags), with a blend of comedy and sadness. (Conflicting tags), set in the 5 score human world.

Act1: A strange new patient has sought refuge at the Eastern State Mental Hospital of Virginia in early May of 2020; a pony on the verge of a psychotic breakdown who bears an uncanny resemblance to the My Little Pony character Princess Mi Amore Cadenza, aka Cadance, that claims she is actually a 25-year-old human who somehow transformed into her days after his latest birthday...

Act 2: With things growing more chaotic with the world now filled with people-turned-ponies, and haunted by her own post-traumatic hallucinations of the mad god responsible for it, Cadance must reclaim her sanity and sense of self, and seeks to meet others like her and hopefully find a way back home...

For seven months I've been with one of the best girls imaginable. We're living together, we're doing well in school- I'd never believe I could ever be this happy.

I also could never believe that, on the night of my 25th birthday, I would look in the mirror and see my hair and eyes turning green.

Nor would I believe that, within the next twenty-four hours I would turn into the queen of a vampiric race of insectile monsters from a cartoon.
