I checked. This is officially Fimfiction's FIRST actual Hamtaro and MLP crossover fanfic. Fun fact. The Hamtaro Anime was my childhood. Seriously, this show practically inspired me to create the lore around my OC self and everything my philosophy stands for was molded BY Hamtaro. If it hadn't been for that show, I probably wouldn't even be the person I am today. I latched onto "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" so quickly because the first season alone reminded me WAY too much of Hamtaro and that connection only grew from there. As such, "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" really made me jump into fanfic writing, so I have that show to thank for inspiring me to finally jump into the grand world of fanfic. Now it's time to bring smiles to a new generation. And there's only one hamster for the job; and his name is Hamtaro!

As it turns out the news of his heroic deeds had reached Equestria, a land filled with colorful talking ponies. Princess Celestia had invited them for a nice getaway vacation stay in Equestria as a way of discussing diplomatic agreements between the two kingdoms and Peach had agreed. However upon arriving, to this new land filled with magic and mystery, Mario soon finds himself in an abandoned and deserted town. During his investigation he soon learns that a mysterious individual, the one who called himself the Origami King, had launched an attack on the peaceful town and was now plotting to turn all of Equestria into a folded nightmare. In attempts to stop the twisted dictator, Mario, now accompanied by Olivia and Spike, must travel across Equestria taking out 5 colorful streamers that now protect Celestia's castle and rescue the Elements of Harmony in process.

Eight months after settling in Canterlot City, Sonic is eager to prove that he has what it takes to be a true hero. His ultimate test comes however when the evil Dr. Robotnik returns, along with his new partner, Knuckles, searching for a mysterious mystical emerald that has the power to wipe out civilizations.

Meanwhile, graduation is growing near for CHS, but the upcoming ceremony and pre-graduation party were ruined due to an “incident” by the CMCs. Luckily, the whole school, including the Equestria Girls, were invited to a trip to Hoofolulu, Hoovaii to have their graduation there by none other than Twilight’s favorite astrophysicist, Rosette Nebula. 

But there is just one problem. The Dazzlings were hired as music entertainment for the event instead.

While the Equestria Girls investigate the Dazzlings' sinister plans, Sonic teams up with the CMCs, Spike, Tempest Shadow, and their new allies, Miles "Tails" Prower and a mysterious new man who called himself, “Prism”. And together, they all race across the globe to locate the emerald before it falls into the wrong hands.

After finally being rescued, Captain Olimar, the crew of the S.S. Drake, and the Rescue Corps, along with the castaways take their leave and depart from PNF-404, and the Pikmin come along as well. However, the Onion unexpectedly malfunctions and crash lands on another planet, one filled with… bright colored equines? Olimar flies after the Onion to help the Pikmin. and a certain pegasus gets the attention of the captain, considering she can understand the Pikmin! Together with her friends’ help, Olimar and Fluttershy need to find all the Pikmin and the Onions before something bad happens to them.

In the midst of another conflict with the Changeling Queen, fighting over the next macguffin with the potential to change the fate of the entire world, Twilight decides to propose a challenge of sort to Chrysalis.

Twilight believes that it is possible for Chrysalis to have a normal life, a good life, one where she doesn't have to worry about the hunger that have cost her so much, all without needing to change (too much) who she is.

Chrysalis is, understandably, skeptical about that, but nevertheless she take the challenge, even if it's just to prove how wrong Twilight is.

But... would it be that bad if Twilight was right? After all, a good life, a life without hunger, does sounds nice. But is that what Chrysalis truly wants? Would she be okay with just that? How much would she be willing to change for a good life? And at what point would she had changed so much that she has stopped being herself and has become someone completely different? Would she even be herself at that moment?

These are the questions that Chrysalis will have to face to obtain her answer.
