Chrysalis' scheme has borne fruit. United by bribes and promises, the leaders of each nation have come with her to deliver an ultimatum: surrender Equestria, or face hopeless war with their combined armies.

So why does Celestia look to Chrysalis with a gentle, mourning gaze? And why is Chrysalis afraid?

Lightning Dust has dreamed her whole life of becoming a Wonderbolt just like her father. Ever since she learned how to fly, she has strived to become the greatest flier in Equestria. She'll do anything it takes to become the best, but at what cost? Has she lost her only chance at fulfilling her dreams because of her disregard for other ponies, or will Spitfire grant her a second chance.

A lot can change in a thousand years. For a pony out of her time like Somnambula, it can be disorienting and confusing. With her mind full of worries about her home, she decides to take a trip south to see her old hometown. But will she really find peace in a place where so much has changed, or does she perhaps have another reason for making the journey?

Freshly founded, news of Ponyville spreads through a still developing country, drawing other earth ponies and some pegasi to join the effort. One of these families happens to have fur on their wings, and the slit eyes of predators. They ain't right.

Since the Alicorn Amulet incident, Trixie suffers of nightmares. After some time she finally yielded and decided to get to the one pony who can help her. And so she returns to Ponyville, the place her nightmares began, not knowing that she has bigger problems than simple nightmares.

The dark tag is for two or three chapters that handle nightmares or past events with mentions of death. Those chapters will be marked with [D]

One day, Pinkamena's reflection speaks to her. The mare in the mirror looks exactly like her, except she has a poofy mane and tail, is considerably brighter in colour, and has a completely different personality. Pinkamena thinks she's gone crazy; but as time passes, she realizes that maybe her reflection isn't so bad after all. After forming an odd friendship with herself, things begin to look up for her. With the help of her clone, perhaps she can finally find the answer to a question that's been plaguing her mind for years...

After vanishing from a curse for more than 1000 years, little is known about the Crystal Empire and its inhabitants. Especially the final years of King Sombra's rule remain shrouded by mystery. Even to the crystal ponies themselves as their memories remain effected by the tyrant King's dark magic.

Now the Crystal Empire has returned and King Sombra has been defeated, but the aftermaths of his cruelty still linger within his former subjects.

One crystal pony begins travelling through Equestria to learn about her past and finds friends along the way. Will revealing her past help her understand more of herself and find a place in this new future?

Crystal Note gathered all her courage and makes the way back the Crystal Empire in hopes to regain her lost memory. Her trip to the past does not turn out as expected though.
