When two beings, separated at birth come together again, love isn't the only impossible emotion a changeling can feel.

When the guards find a foal crying in the city streets, they bring him to Celestia's attention. Soon after, It becomes apparent he has fallen through every crack in Equestria's society. Feeling she has failed the colt, Celestia takes him into her own home.

Into an emotion eating monster with holes in my hooves and fangs in my mouth.

Follow me, as I find my place as a changeling in world that doesn't yet know what we are.

It's a little cliche yes, but this is something to write while my life gets sorted out

Shortly after the Changeling Invasion, a human wakes up in Chrysalis' body in the middle of the Badlands. Alone, hurt, and starving, she tries to make sense of where she is and what happened. Unable to remember even her own name, she struggles with her identity as she faces the trials of being public enemy to a whole species.

Or, you know, she doesn't. Identity crises are overrated anyways.

Matthew was a normal child when the end of the world happened. Darkness erupted from the Earth, casting demons onto the people of Earth. Matthew should have died when the demons poisoned his soul with darkness, but he survived.

He fought for humanity for years alongside others of his kind.
Humanity in return, cast him out and into the void with no hope of returning home.
Now Matthew will remain in the realm of Equestria for the rest of his days.
With some luck, he might just find the happiness he has always longed for.

Some slight swearing, but kept to a minimal.

Michael Wilson lived for seven years as a normal, happy boy, until he had to go to the hospital for an operation to save his life. After falling asleep in the operating room, he wakes up in the ruins of a castle. But his location is not the only thing that has changed. He is now a strange horse-like creature with a mane and tail that seem to be made of stars. Just what kind of dream is that sleeping gas giving him?

Cold.

That one word describes how I feel every day. But not because of the temperature or anything, I've just always felt like that. I live a life as the proud son of a noble. I dress fancy, eat fancy, talk fancy, heck I even have to sit down like all those snobs.

Thats right, I said it. I hated my life. It was always ‘Do this… Do that… Oh no, you’re doing it wrong!’ Worst of all, nopony knows what happens within the bounds of my home. Nopony know how much pain I am forced into at times, nopony but one.

My little brother. He knows what I have to endure because he must as well.

I try to cover for him as best I can. Take the blame and the blows when he gets into trouble, but sometimes its not enough. The pain I take for him is nothing compared to when I see him on the ground, bruised and crying. That pain is indescribable.

But I would do it again and again. Its what family is supposed to be.
