Anon likes his life to be simple. He wakes up, goes to work and sometimes gets himself a good book to read while he is home. It's a routine that he likes to follow, it makes him feel like he has a bit of normality with his life in Equestria. The fact that having Celestia come crashing into his home as part of his routine should prove that his life is anything but normal.

Cause and effect. Opposite and equal reactions. If a butterfly... You know how it goes. The point is that your actions, large or small, have consequences. If they turn out good or bad is often not up to you. Especially when you live with the Princess.

But fear of the consequences is not a reason not to act when you need to.

A new pony has arrived in Ponyville on the day of Summer Sun Celebration. Who is he? He's nice but when the residents of the town learn more about him, even more unanswered questions seem to pop up.

This is just an idea I had and wrote by hand (later edited onto a computer) in a matter of a few hours. I have no delusions that this is a perfect story. Just some fun I had when writing out ideas. For the most part it will focus on different ponies crossing paths with him as the series goes on and not directly follow him. This IS technically a Human in Equestria story but by no means is he ordinary, both in body and mind as you will notice in the first chapter. He WILL be unrealistic, so please no comments about him not reacting to the situation like a normal person.
As for the back story of the character, I had originally included it but at second glance, I felt it would be better for both people inside and outside of the story to figure it out.

The citizens of Equestria are no strangers to the strange and unusual, especially when it comes to the Everfree Forest. So when the most dangerous creatures start mysteriously dying no one thinks it's unusual. In fact some believe there's someone or something protecting them. The ones who do call it 'the guardian' and speculate as to what it is. But all it is, is just a human who watches over Ponyville's inhabitants who wander in to the forest, and keeps hidden to protect himself. However everything changes when he meets an injured little filly named Applebloom.

Destroy the alicorn amulet so she can move on with her life and say that she's actually done something good with it.

As we all know, however, life likes to kick you in the teeth and throw you a curve ball you don't see coming. The curve ball in question? Take her quest born of desperation and have it lead her and her three new comrades to the wondrous and and wondrously dangerous world of Earthland.

They will learn, with a little help from Sunset, to deal with their strange new bodies and even their magic working differently as they are welcomed into Fairy Tail. Can these four ponies turned human wizards track down the dark amulet and put an end to the evil spirit that somehow lives within it? With the magic of friendship, and the firepower of Fairy Tail... even the impossible is possible.

After a long-term human preservation test--called cryonics--goes horribly wrong, a twenty-year-old man finds himself stuck many, many years into the future with no hope of returning to his own time.

And this future involves uncannily intelligent, brightly colored, talking magic horses that call themselves ponies.

Now he has to figure out how to adjust to a world where, among other things, the laws of physics seem completely wrong, many animals speak and are intelligent, the leader of the country is an absolute monarch, and society seems...off in some ways.

This is my first fanfic, and it is a Sparity. To be exact I've adapted scenario from one of my all time favorite animated series, just to let you know I'm not that brilliant. ;)

WRITTEN BEFORE SEASON 5!!!
Without altering anything canon up to season 4 (though the movies are kind of skipped over, sorry), I manage to completely rewrite everything that happened. No, seriously. And it all started based off of Discord's photo-bomb in Fluttershy's window during the season 4 theme.

What if, rather than leaving with Celestia after he was reformed, Discord ended up staying at Fluttershy's house, unknown to any of the other ponies? Chaos ensues. (Pun intended. )
