Princess Twilight Sparkle invents a new way to travel between universes. On the maiden voyage with her best friends, something goes wrong.

Her discovery resurrects a secret from her past, one she has only shared with Princess Celestia. When Twilight learns of the price required to return things to normal, she is left with an impossible choice.

Meteorite is a self-insert whose story began in 2011. However her story was never finished, leaving her to her own efforts to cope with the new but familiar world she found herself in.

Years later, her author thought it'd be nice to get back in touch with her creation, maybe do something nice for her, but things start to go off-script when the author is seen by somepony other than Meteorite...

Following a speech at her old school, Twilight meets a young stalli... mare who wants to ask her a simple question. Was there a spell that could fix her and make her what she always wanted? Sadly, there is some things even magic and friendship can't fix.

The princess soon finds herself learning about a new group of ponies she never knew existed, while a young mare struggles with her own identity and being born in the wrong body.

Sunset is accused of spreading everyone’s secrets on a Mystable page calling itself Anon-a-Miss, losing all of her friends and reputation in the process.

But it seems the school forgot one thing.

Sunset Shimmer isn't one to be easily broken.

A story dearly inspired by wanting something different out of the Anon-a-Miss 'Genre' of fics. Many are wonderful stories, but at the end of the day, most tend to fall into the same couple of tropes with slight alterations, and many of those tropes are ones I'm not terribly fond of.

So with my ever present desire to take a well trod genre and flip it on its head, I present my own take on this story, and one I have not personally seen. So I hope I deliver on giving you something different from the others!

This is a Slice-Of-Life AU, centered around a Princess Luna who was unable to accept Celestia's apology and instead has chosen to flee from her sister and the six ponies that returned her to her original form. This story will follow Luna's adventures, as she tries to adjust to an Equestria that is very different from the place she called home 1,000 years ago. It will also follow the Mane Six and Celestia as they try to locate the lost princess while keeping the citizens of Equestria from panicking.

Everything is normal. Days are moving by without issue, everypony is having a wonderful time and nothing seems out of the ordinary. By all means, there should not be anything wrong, right?

That is what everypony believed at first, but now some are starting to ask questions. Something feels off, but no pony can quite describe it. Surely their minds are just playing tricks on them, but the ponies of Ponyville can not help but wonder whether something else is going on behind the scenes.

The six element bearers are not an exception to this, and as time goes by, they begin to recognize a connection between these strange events. Can they put a stop to whatever is going on, or is what they are dealing with far worse than they realize?
