With rent skyrocketing and developers too cautious to build new homes in an unsteady economy, Sunset and her friends jump on the opportunity to buy affordable housing. But when their personal spaces start overlapping and everyone sees a little too much, things get a little uncomfortable.

But maybe by working together, they can find a way to discover a new comfort level. After all, in this economy, it's sink or swim.

High above the great mass of creatures under the banner of the Lunar Empire, Empress Nightmare Moon sits upon her illustrious throne. Unopposed. Alone. Alienated.

To solve her dilemma, she will go incognito and venture into the city of Manehattan, the husband of her loyal Warmaster as her guide.

Yet it remains to be seen, when all pretences of imperial royalty are obscured, will Manehattan take kindly to her? And more importantly, will she like what she finds?

Takes place in my New Lunar Millennium alternate universe. This story prominently features original characters from the setting, but extensive knowledge is not required to read. More information can be found here.

Life's been hard for Sunset ever since the Fall Formal. She's chronically lonely, much of her free time is dedicated to work and studying, and her classmates still don't trust her. Regardless, she's committed to making things right and improving herself one day at a time.

Most of her new friends are trying to make her feel welcome, but everything feels so forced and awkward at first. This is made worse by Rainbow Dash who seems intent on making things difficult for Sunset. Are they just incompatible? Or is there a deeper reason they can't seem to get along?

Featured 10/13/22! Thank you!

This story begins a couple months after the events of the first Equestria Girls movie.

This also takes place before the events of "Can You See What I See?", but you don't have to read that to understand this or vice versa.

Chrysalis is in a bed with Sombra, Nightmare Moon and Radiant Hope. This is perfect.

Again, the EAW Discord is a terrible enabler.

Important: this takes place in the Equestria At War universe. Equestria At War is a mod for the grand strategy game Hearts of Iron IV, be sure to check out their Discord and Reddit if you're not familiar with it. They also have a group on this site: https://www.fimfiction.net/group/212917/equestria-at-war

Cover art created by putting the portraits of NMM, Chrysalis, Radiant Hope and Sombra next to each other.

Twilight believed she was Princess Celestia's most faithful and only student – until the day that Sunset Shimmer stole her crown.

Surely, she thought, that that was the end of the students of whom Celestia had neglected to tell her.

But a package delivered to Twilight's door brings evidence that even Sunset wasn't the first, and worse still, that she wasn't the only Royal apprentice to mysteriously disappear!

For the first time in her life, Twilight is rocked by doubt regarding her mentor. Is the package a warning? Can Princess Celestia be trusted? Is Twilight the next apprentice destined to meet an untimely end?

Thanks to Lightning Farron for prereading, and heavy thanks to Dafaddah for a ton of editing.

The Great War draws towards it's end.

The forces of the United Ponies Alliance advance on the Changeling heartland.

Before them stands the great Hive City of Vraks, the main producer of almost all war material which fuels the Queens Heer. Vrakian Changelings, renowned for their stubbornness and warlike nature, are unlikely to give up their hive without a drawn out fight.

Hoping to solve both problems, the Equestrian Royal Air Force decides to undertake the largest bombing raid of the entire war. Hundreds of aircraft whose sole mission is to wipe Hive Vraks off the map. Under cover of cloud and darkness, they'll drop thousands of tons of explosives and incendiary devices on the war forge of the Queendom.

One Equestrian soldier gets to watch this raid first hoof.

2nd Place Winner of the Equestria at War Sixth Annual Writing Contest.

(I don't feel this is my best work, but life is rather stressful and I told myself I'd write something for this contest. So, here it is, in all its stream of consciousness glory)

During a war with the changelings, Celestia struggles to cope with the demands placed upon her. Fortunately, the Doctor has some experience with the stresses of authority, and steps in to give her a much-needed break.
It turns out to be more beneficial for both of them than either could have expected.

First place winner of the 2023 Equestria at War fanfiction contest, somehow—but this should be comprehensible to anypony. All you need to know is that a state of formal war exists between Equestria and the changelings.

This is not at all up to par with my more recent stories, but it was the work that got me back into writing fanfiction, so I have a soft spot for it nonetheless.

Jeff Slater, in all of his life, couldn't say he ever expected to be turned into a pony. When he heard about such a thing on the news, he imagined it was just science fiction, just like the many other things that played on the TV. Equestria Online, as far as he understood, was just a popular game that his children played.

It made waking up as a pony at the end of his battle against cancer all the more surprising.

Now she is a mare named Candle Light, living in the fictional land of Equestria, a land that presents itself with unlimited resources and happiness that seems almost never ending. And all that's asked of her is to find friendship and seek satisfaction for herself.

Friendship and satisfaction can be easy things to come by in Equestria, but it's much more difficult to find for the ones left behind on Earth. Happiness, it seems, is a zero-sum game being played between ponies and humans. And Candle Light may just be caught in the middle of it.

Mark always knew he was... well, you know. But what was he supposed to do about it? Nothing, really. It didn't matter anyway. Nothing was ever going to change. Or so he thought, until a portal to Equestria appeared in his house. But with that portal, he'll be forced to acknowledge and confront what he is head on.

At last free from Opaline, Misty wants what every grown pony wishes for—to fall in love. Luckily, she's got her new best friends to give her advice. And perhaps a secret admirer...?

Casual slice of life, rated T for occasional innuendo. Please don't take too seriously.
