A young Sunny Starscout has to write a report for school on the pony she admires the most. It's a no-brainer.

Thanks to the heroics of Sunny Starscout, Hitch Trailblazer, Izzy Moonbow, Zipp Storm and Pipp Petals, magic has at long last returned to the land, and after many many years apart, earth ponies, unicorns and pegasi no longer live in abject fear of each other. However, there’s still one big loose end Sunny has to tie up. All it took was one little question from her new friends about her old foalhood friend Sprout Cloverleaf.

Two pony guards, Philosopher and Bobby Pin, question their usefulness as guards when things go wrong.

A young, ten-year-old Twilight Sparkle spots a little boy playing all by himself in the morning. She’s seen this boy before, but this is the first time she’s truly noticed him. Unable to place her curious nature to the side, she proceeds to learn things about him that will break her heart.

However, at ten years old, what can she really do about it? What will her family do when she comes to them with questions that belie her age?

It was a surprise that Dash offered a kiss as a prize at the charity auction. It was a surprise that the colts were as "enthusiastic" as they were. It was a surprise that Dash didn't leap on the colts and beat them for their comments.

But, the biggest surprise of all was which one of her friends bid on her kiss... and why.

Set right after the conclusion of the episode "Maud Pie," Maud reflects on her life and how important Pinkie Pie was to her. She thinks of how she grew emotionally unavailable, and how hope can be beautiful as well as tragic.

Yesterday, the Cakes put Pumpkin and Pound on the train to head off to their first year at college.

Yesterday had been a very, very hard day.

Today will be worse.

Scootaloo has the day off and spends it with Rainbow Dash.
