In the year 2036 an asteroid dubbed "Apophis" struck the Earth and contaminated fifty percent of its water and atmosphere with an extraterrestrial pathogen dubbed "The SOL Strain." After two years, sixty percent of all human life was gone! With the world's governments struggling to keep their countries together; all seemed lost.

That is where my story begins.

My name is Chloe Cooper and I'm the only known human to be genetically immune to the SOL Virus. During the pandemic, I volunteered myself for experimentation. In order to keep me safe, I and three other humans were locked away in a vault deep within the Appalachian mountains. There these people, who I soon considered my friends, ran many tests on me and the virus, however after months without contact from above it was time to put the project to rest.

Cryostasis pods dubbed: "Cocoons" had been built in case we failed. 16,000 years later I awoke to sirens, signaling a whole host of problems.

And now? I'm the last of my kind.

Twilight Sparkle is seen as a hero to all the ponies of Equestria. She not only stopped Nightmare Moon, but she also aided in sealing Discord and helped in preventing a changeling invasion. She however doesn't see herself as a hero, for all of her achievement she had to depend on the powers of others. Just once she would like to know that she can protect her friends herself, and not be the one that always needs saving.

During the first day of her one year leave to return to Canterlot, a strange meeting with Princess Luna opens the door to a great mystery, and a chance to gain the strength she desires. There's only one catch. This strength she can only attain with the help of Princess Luna, who also requires her help in protecting Equestria.

Twilight just has one question. Why does Luna keep calling her "Master"?

Twilight and Luna set out to dig up some old records in the Castle of the Royal Pony Sisters. As they are doing this a plot by Chrysalis, hinging on the two alicorns being out of her way, begins to move on Canterlot through unexpected means. Will the two alicorns even realize there is trouble in time and even if they do, can they get to Canterlot in time to save it? The Princesses might even have bigger issues besides. One has a crush on the other and the one being crushed on is probably the most romantically oblivious pony to have ever existed.

Since her return and rescue, Princess Luna has been looking for some way to properly honor the six mares who saved her from herself, but nothing she has been able to think of has seemed meaningful enough to repay her saviors.

Nothing, at least, until she spends Nightmare Night in Ponyville, and gets to actually know the six ponies to whom she owes such a great debt. She realizes she enjoys their company, and wishes for them to spend more time with her, that she might grow closer to them.

So, in accordance with many fine and ancient traditions, and after thinking it over for a good...couple of hours, easy, she proclaims that she shall marry all six of them. Oh, and that Twilight will be marrying Celestia, too.

Now would be the appropriate time for everypony to panic.

Twilight and Sunset, along with the rest of the girls in their group get paired up to take care of babies for an assignment. And not only do things get weird, things get very, very, interesting when Sunset starts to develop feelings for her partner.

Twilight gets a feeder to study birds.

She also bought a ton of seeds for it.

While she's frustrated at the fact her supply seems to be disappearing into thin air, she's about to realize that she has a much bigger problem on hoof.

I tried to have a normal day today. When I got turned into Princess Luna from a cartoon , I realized that this day would be anything but simple. But that's not all! I have her sister to worry about, these "Elements" I keep hearing about, and I have the original Luna in my thoughts, yelling away! Combine all that with no way to go home, and you got yourself a bad situation. What could possibly go wrong?

I know the Human In Equestria has been done to death, including the turned into an existing pony thing, but I, and a few others, have been surprised that no-one did one of Princess Luna! Nevertheless, here you go.

As always, tell me how I can improve the story a bit, constructive criticism is allowed, and have a good day reading my story!

EDIT 1 I will eventually do a rewrite to fix grammar, OOC, and other thing that have been brought to my attention. However, I will finish the story first.

Twilight Sparkle can't fly. She's tried as hard as she can, but she can barely lift her hooves off the ground without smacking her face into something. Rainbow Dash has tried to teach her a thing or two about it, but it only leads to failed attempts and frustrated antics.

Princess Celestia decides that this will not do. A princess who cannot fly is not much of a princess at all. She asks the captain of the Wonderbolts to remedy the problem before the public learns of Twilight's shortcomings. As they spend more and more time together, Spitfire and Twilight will forge a bond far stronger than that of a simple student teacher relationship.

Set in the same universe as My Inspiration, the leader of the Cutie Mark Crusaders is facing financial and romantic problems. Could this contract in Canterlot hold the solution to all of Apple Bloom's problems? Silver Spoon is trying to redeem herself in Apple Bloom's eyes. Could they become friends or even perhaps more?

This will be much longer than my first story, so it won't be complete in a few weeks like last time. This gives more Scootabelle for those who wished for more of it when reading my last story.

Twilight Sparkle has always admired Princess Celestia. Her fortitude, her wisdom, her eternal grace and love for all her subjects. Twilight has often fantasized about what it would be like to be in Princess Celestia's horseshoes. She never imagined those fantasies would come true.
