A young, anonymous high school junior revisits an old show that he used to watch as a kid. It was one he used to watch near religiously, to the point that television was banned from the house. After reconnecting with cable, he finds the show once more. However, even his nostalgia couldn’t make him sit through a kid’s television program all over again.

Yet, ever since rediscovering it, he finds that it’s been popping up far more in his life than he realized. What was first thought of as an aggressive marketing campaign changes when the show appears to be communicating to him. Join our journalist as he finds himself stalked and hounded by My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, the Animated TV Show!

Author’s Note: Now for something completely different! I had the urge to write a sort of mystery, almost meta-style narrative. I also wanted to try out a first person story. I already write myself into things anyway! *ba dum tss*

A young Floridian boy and his father take a boat trip to a remote island. But when an ocean storm hits, the boy is whisked away to the magical land of Equestria; more specifically, Mount Aris.

At the same time, Silverstream has just finished school for the year at the School of Friendship and is upset since her friends from the school don't have any time to visit her at Mount Aris. She first finds the boy unconcious and later decides to help the boy find his lost father when he awakens from being unconcious.

It was my birthday, something that I never expected to be special, until I wound up dead on that very same special day. Calling out from beyond the void that stands between life and death. I never expected to get an answer back. The next thing I know, I’m waking up as an overly pink little pony princess, with an identical twin standing over me with a sadistic grin!

Immediately, I fled. Becoming The Crystal Empire’s number one most wanted refugee. I was on the run, constantly enduring a stream of nagging from both Flurry Heart, Luna, and her alicorn mother Cadance to give in and become Flurry Heart’s sibling as if this was some sort of perfect little fantasy. Fighting for my next meal, evading guards, navigating my new mysterious alicorn magic that never seemed to work right… It took me to my wits’ end, and my hubris caught up with me in the end. Cadance is a super powerful pony, with an even stronger maternal instinct. Cadance was going to have a lot on her plate convincing me to trust her, or anypony, in this weird magical world.

But when it comes down to Cadance's word against mine? I never stood a chance, she wasn't going to give up on me, and she wouldn't take no for an answer.

[This is mostly a wholesome found family story at heart, there are a few adventure-y sections, but the story is meant to tug on your heartstrings and be emotional.]

[However, there are a few sections of this story where the protagonist grapples with feelings of: Depression, Anxiety, and Disassociation, if you've read anything with even a smidge of dark/angst you should be fine. Why? Because Kieran died in a rather traumatic way, and I won't sugarcoat the sort of feelings that invokes in him. The story is still rated E, for reference, if you aren't convinced by my own words.]

Dusk Fire, who was just a human only a few days ago, found himself homeless, broke, and ill-prepared upon his arrival to his impromptu trip to Equestria. Unable to find work, the human-now-stallion signs up for the Equestrian Royal Guard as a last ditch effort to provide for himself and hopefully have an easy ride throughout his contract.

Of course, like any good story, things don't go according to plan.

I liked to be alone and didn't socialize much. I lived in a house at the edge of town and only went out when I had to. So why is the whole town trying to burn my house down!

Anon Y. Mous is on his way to work bright and early. The same cycle that he repeats daily is interrupted by an open manhole that sends him down, yet not in the sewers as he knows.

With the round planet he calls home absolutely NOT under his feet, he finds himself stuck somewhere he thought only trained astronauts would be.

He is neither trained, nor an astronaut.
And lucky for him, the local ghost wants to pay a visit.

Comics lore don't apply here for good ol' Nightmare Moon. So uh, no Nightmare Forces.

Princess Celestia has awoken... but something is wrong.
Instead of the regal and loving ruler of Equestria, her body is being piloted by something else. Whatever it is, it's certainly no pony. How well can it disguise itself? How well can it lie and improv to avoid being discovered? And can it remember enough MLP trivia to get everypony's names right?

The day he is supposed to be getting married, a man wakes up to find himself in Equestria as Sweetie Drops... who is of course already hitched to Lyra Heartstrings.

And no, he doesn't consider any of this to be very 'sweet'.

A rewrite of How To Charm A Bug

Arthur Smith, regular British Unemployed 28 year old, right?

WRONG!

There is one quality about him that makes him truly a cut above the rest...

That being his luck.

The lottery? He's won it more times than you can count. Gacha games? SSR Pulls using normal tickets every time. Coinflips? Not even a contest!

Everything and anything is always rigged in his favour.

If the odds aren't 0%, it's 100% for him.

One day, he absentmindedly wished to be reborn due to boredom, and his luck responded. He accidentally gets summoned by two Gods into the Heavenly Realm, before getting thrown out and coincidentally landing straight into the body of a recently deceased newborn in Equestria, becoming its host.

Normally being inside the Heavenly Realm would slowly remove memories within a human soul, but "Luckily", all the memories that got erased were random tidbits of trivia and dad jokes he'd heard throughout his lifespan.

The two Gods that summoned him were those on the side of good, therefore they both felt so incredibly bad about Arthur "losing important memories within their life" and decide to grant him blessings...
