For the last month, Twilight and Trixie have been having regular skirmishes. But when Twilight decides that Trixie's presence has become so normal that she might as well be living in the library, what will Trixie do? Perhaps more importantly, what will everypony ELSE do?

After traveling Equestria and finding no place she belongs Trixie returns to the one place that felt different; Ponyville. She has chosen to swallow a little (just a little) bit of her pride in order to ask the only pony to ever have impressed her for help. She wants Twilight Sparkle to become her teacher in magic...and in the ways of friendship. She hopes to improve herself, but she keeps having these second thoughts...

This story is told while alternating viewpoints between Trixie and Twilight Sparkle. The ~~~~ symbolizes a perspective change.

The Great and Powerful Trixie has had a longstanding and not entirely one sided rivalry with the magical duo Magic Penn and Fortune Teller, who take every opportunity to rub her nose in the fact that they're well known and successful with headline shows, and she's a traveling performer.

Trixie has been invited to perform at the Millenial celebration of one of Starswirl the Bearded's greatest achievements, and they're well set to reduce her to a one line note in the society pages with their Canterlot Royal Playhouse performance the same night. What's worse, Twilight is involved in the Starswirl celebration, and she knows one of Trixie's darkest secrets. Now it's Twilight Trixie has to please to get a chance at, if not fame and fortune, at least honor and pride. Some Twi x Trixie.

Written for a 30 minute challenge. Okay, okay, so it took me about an hour and fifteen minutes, but is that really a reason to make a Nugar Rule setting word limits on 30 minute challenges? You know you're awesome when people make up entirely new rules simply to prevent you from doing that thing you just did.

Twilight Sparkle is summoned to Princess Celestia's castle early one morning, via a letter stating that she is being held captive and needs Twilight's aid. However, things take a strange turn once she arrives.

(I wrote this for the April 2011 friendoff on Equestria Daily. It's not super-graphic, but I think it's enough that a teen rating sounds good. It's also slightly edited; I decided while rereading that I wasn't quite happy with one part in the middle)

Legend tells of a lake that has the ability to show a pony deepest desires. However, as with most legends, it has been lost in the flow of time until a blue unicorn stumbles upon it again. What will Trixie deepest desires be and will she be able to find a new purpose in life. Meanwhile, Twilight struggles with a new and strange feeling for a pony she believes hates her.

The Great and Powerful Trixie returns to Ponyville a year after her prior visit to offer magic lessons to Twilight Sparkle. Does the brash unicorn have something to teach Twilight or will Trixie simply find more humiliation?

This story was written quite a bit of time ago and I haven't gone to change anything based on continuity in the past 6 months or so. Not that anything happened in the show that would affect the sense-make of this (moreso than it being fanfiction, anyway). Besides that, I didn't feel the need to shoehorn in references to season two. Besides this version of the story, I'll be making a non-shipping version as well, so if you're not a fan of Twixie, just *puts on sunglasses* hold your horses.

A year after her encounter with Twilight Sparkle, long after accepting her 'defeat' and admitting her mistakes, The Great and Powerful Trixie has thrown herself across time and space into a parallel reality of Equestria. With an opportunity to have a second chance at her meeting with Twilight, the magician mare finds the element of magic to be taking the form of a stallion in this realm. Between the plethora of colts, numerous changes in history and more, the once failed heroine will turn her life around and attempt make something of herself in this new existence.

Trixie is finding it hard to be around Twilight Sparkle. She is thinking of the unicorn night and day. It's too much to much to bear, What will happen when she can't be discreet any longer? Will everything fall apart?
