After a long and stressful Friday at your current job at Maretime Bay. You come home to the Crystal Brighthouse with the intent of letting off some steam by relaxing and taking a nap. Unfortunately, you have trouble falling asleep in order to take said nap. But luckily, your marefriend Pipp Petals knows how to deal with that.

It's been a long while since you've come to Equestria. And you've been friends with the one pony many would least expect. But you know deep down, with all the crazy stuff that she deals with in her life, she can have a soft spot.

So, on a rainy day in Maretime Bay, Posey lets you stay the night at her place. Little do you know that scratching her back would change her mood within a matter of seconds.

Sunny…she’s always so optimistic that she can change things here in Maretime Bay, make everypony get along, and prove a point to our system, which is inherently Earth Pony-centric.

I don’t know what the other races are like. I’ve never seen them. But from what I heard about them…I feel Sunny is going to get herself either killed or something much worse should she keep this up. She’s my only real friend here in this town and I’m all she’s got. I don’t think she truly understands how dangerous this world really is.

This is the story of me trying to live up to the mantle of a responsible sheriff, protecting the town, and my friend, even if it means protecting her from herself….

Tirek, Cozy Glow and Chrysalis wake up to find that their stone statue has been broken and they have been set free. After narrowly escaping the Canterlot guards, they discover they have been asleep for over eight years and immediately start plotting revenge. While Chrysalis desires to rebuild her changeling army, Tirek is tired of Equestria and just wants to return to the Midnight Kingdom to confront Scorpan. Cozy is still angered with Discord, Celestia, and Luna and desires something else very personal. After a long argument, all three of them agree they can no longer continue their alliance and part ways.

This story takes place during the events of my earlier fanfiction "Elements Assemble" and is part of my series called Flurry Heart's Story.

Twilight wakes up one morning. And she can't stop rhyming. The same is true for all of her friends. They aren't too happy about it, either.

Let's face it, neither would you.

Starlight feels a mix of emotions when she heard Twilight was becoming the new ruler of Equestria. She was happy that Twilight had come so far, yet a selfish part of her wanted Twilight to stay with her. But she can’t, and now she might be forgotten.

It’s been 3 months since Twilight had returned to the crystal empire to see her niece, Flurry Heart was very excited to see Twilight again, and to show her all of the new skills that she had learned.

Twilight gives her niece some advice about being a princess.

Since this is an alternate universe, Flurry Heart is five years old, I did this because I wanted her to have a conversation with her aunt, and since babies can’t talk yet I’ve decided to make her a little older, hence the alternate universe tag.

The Princess of The Sun may be loved and respected, but that doesn't mean she was treated as equal amongst ponykind. Every year when Hearts Warming Eve arrives, all Celestia can do is watch ponies laugh, exchange gifts, build snow ponies, and sing carols together from her window. She wishes she can join them, but ponies will likely get all awkward if she came by just to say hello. She gets only one present from Cadence.

This year though, her student changed things a lot.

The time has come for Celestia to have a one-to-one lesson with her personal protege, Twilight Sparkle. She is, no doubt, a bright young unicorn and it doesn't take her long to understand the overall concept of the teleportation and transfiguration spell. That is not to say the lesson went perfectly well as Twilight's magic takes a haywire spin and does things unimaginable coming from a foal.
