It has a choice of life as a pony, or dying, and finds that it cannot bear to die a second time. Thus begins a strange adventure as the dalek tries to find a place for itself in a world that is completely antithetical to its former existence and way of thinking...

Eight years has passed since the famous Phoenix Wright, cleared the name of the Pegasus Pony Rainbow Dash After being forced into Equestria... and gained nothing but old evidence, an embarrassing picture, and less respect from his friends... so much for that new sports car. Nevertheless, A lot has happened in those eight years, and Phoenix has made new friends on the way.

It's been over eight years for Phoenix Wright. Eight years since he was transported to the world of colourful ponies. Eight years since his showdown in the courtroom against Trixie over the fate of Rainbow Dash. Eight years since he was disbarred for submitting false evidence in a trial back in the human world. The last several years of investigation over the case that cost him his badge, and his subsequent return to the legal world has left his foray into Equestria as a faint memory, only the picture he keeps in his desk proving to him it wasn't a dream.

Coming off his most recent case, the ace attorney has decided to take a well deserved rest, but fate would have another plan for the lawyer, as once again his services, and those of The Wright Anything Agency, have been called to Equestria to solve the second murder in recent equine history. The stakes are higher than anyone, or anypony, could imagine, and if the defendant is found guilty, the repercussions could be disastrous. Day one of the trial is about to begin.

A/N: While planning out my other fics and getting back into writing, I finished watching Turnabout Storm and noticed that the resulting "sequel" fics are lacking or overwrought. Consider this a writing exercise and an attempt to do the series justice.

This story I'm making here is not only my sequel to the Turnabout Storm video series by NeoArtimus. It is also a sequel to Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies.

Eight years have passed since the famous Phoenix Wright cleared the name of Rainbow Dash. He was currently on vacation with his friends and adopted daughter since no murder case turned up. But just then, he was summoned back to Equestria. Only this time, not alone, for he brought his friends and adopted daughter with him. Now they'll be spending their vacation in Equestria, which has some serious cases going on, each harder than the last. Unknown to them, something dark and evil is watching from the sidelines.

A quiet summer night in Ponyville takes a violent turn when two pegasus ponies enter the Everfree Forest and only one comes out alive, leaving the second accused of murder, on trial for her life. Ace Attorney Phoenix Wright finds himself dragged from his own world, magically summoned to Equestria by Twilight Sparkle to defend Rainbow Dash from charges of killing Ace Swift, a superstar pegasus athlete and champion racer.

Trapped in an unfamiliar world ruled by magical talking ponies, Phoenix must draw on all his wits and experience to solve the crime and uncover the conspiracy behind it... before Rainbow Dash is banished to the sun for a murder she didn't commit.

Not even Equestria is safe from the devious plans of Criminal Masterminds.....Innocent ponies are being framed for crimes they didn't commit....and it's up to a certain lawyer to maintain justice, cut through the web of lies with his sword of truth, and prove their innocence!

It's the cider making competition for the fate of cider sales in all of Ponyville. But Flim and Flam with their dirty tricks didn't expect to run afoul of the town's top pony-at-law.

This fic represents a lot of firsts for me. First uber-short. First fimfiction.net story. First MLP fic. First Phoenix Wright fic. First completed crossover. First blind fanfic (Seeing as I know nothing of Phoenix Wright. Hopefully I didn't make any huge blunders.) First fic I didn't have Tawny here for to add her amazing ideas. First non-lemon I've written. Oh. And first time I've ever been paid to write a fic seeing as I'm technically on the clock as I wrote it. :)

Edit: Well it seems the word limit has wrecked my idea to just write an uber-short so I had to add some filler to the front and back to fill it out. And it seems I've inadvertently set up a story hook for a second chapter so it looks like the word limit has ended my dreams of a one-shot as well. Oh well. The next one will be better since I'll have time to research the Phoenix Wright series, have more time to put some effort into the chapter, and not have to fill it with fluff to make the limit. And I'll have Tawny to help me. So I guess look forward to a better all-around chapter 2.

The Elements of Harmony failed. Twilight Sparkle was unable to activate their power, and the sixth never even appeared. It is her greatest failure, and the doom of all Equestria. Plunged into an endless night, she has to find a way to stop Nightmare Moon.

Her research is getting her nowhere, though, until she has a visit from a stranger in a dream, who grants her the power to face down the Nightmare. But is it enough, with the Elements lost?

Borrows themes and ideas from Persona and other places, but isn't a direct crossover with any of them.

After losing a bet, Rainbow Dash now has to wear panties for an entire day. This wouldn't be so bad except for the fact she not only has her weather duties, but also has to help out her friends. Let the awkward moments commence!
