Nick has lived with the royal sisters since he appeared in Equestria with no way home three years ago. In that time he made friends and gained the trust and respect of most, if not all of Canterlot Castle. He even has access to the treasury and minor command over some staff, but only for one reason: pranks.

Nick is one of the few souls capable of matching Celestia and Luna in pranks, and has been semi-willingly inducted into their endless prank war. These are some of their memorable moments.

After the events on the second moon, Kain Highwind secluded himself on Mt. Ordeals to follow in the path of his paladin friend, Cecil Harvey. He cannot face his friends, not after the betrayals he inflicted. His only choice is to separate himself from his dark past and become a paladin.

But the forces at work have different plans for the dragoon.

What will become of him with this change in fate?

When an attempt at banishing him goes horribly wrong, Gilgamesh finds himself trapped in a land far from the original target. Stuck with a group of pastel-colored equines who seem to completely despise him, Gilgamesh fears that nothing in the gorgeous, almost-utopian world will be able to sate his infamous bloodlust and desire to prove just how amazing he really is. Despite this, he decides not to lose hope that he can escape, and finds himself slowly befriending the strange and colorful creatures as the days roll by.

But when several strange and disturbing events reveal connections to a grisly murder from several years in the past, Gilgamesh must join forces with the denizens of Equestria in order to bring the perpetrator to justice.

And that is before even getting into the matter of the mysterious monsters that constantly appear from nowhere, and seem completely intent on destroying everything that stands in their way…

A comedic crossover with Final Fantasy V that randomly becomes an Ace-Attorney-esque murder mystery halfway through.

This story is temporarily on hiatus. Updates will resume some time in the future. Until then, I will be working on editing this story.

Any criticism is very much appreciated, no matter how scathing it may seem to the one who posts it, as long as it is designed to allow the story to become improved.

Also, this takes place after Season 3, but prior to the beginning of Season 4, and takes place in a somewhat-episodic format, with each chapter being mostly self-contained. In addition to this, the "Human" tag is more of a formality than anything -- Gilgamesh is humanoid, but certainly not human.

He had done it. The giant demon that had masterminded the invasion of Earth was dead, and Hell was in shambles. All that was left was to backtrack through Hell and go home to help rebuild the ruined planet...
But of course, it's never that easy. Just one wrong turn, and he arrives from Hell itself into a land filled with pastel-colored ponies. How will the man who had just destroyed Hell adjust to the sudden peacefulness after all he had been through? And is Hell really destroyed for good?

During her entrance exam, Twilight's powers goes far out of control, leaving Celestia a shell of herself and Equestria in ruins. Now Nightmare Moon is free, but even she can't stop the Tyrant Filly. She flees through time and space, finding herself in an Equestria familiar to us but odd to her. Can the Mane Six help her stop a Twilight out of control?
