Life for Sunset Shimmer took a turn for the worse when Anon-a-Miss single handedly sowed the seeds of distrust amongst her friends and the entire school, but things got worse when the identity of Anon-a-Miss is finally revealed. Unable to forget how those she thought were her friends and family were quick to assume she had relapsed to her old ways of being a bully, Sunset turns her back on them as they once did to her and is prepared to live a life of shutting out friendship entirely. That is until she happens upon a kind stranger who not only could be the friendly ear to listen to her problems, but even teach her things about friendship that even the Princess of Friendship herself could never teach.

Misty has finally left Opaline and her lair behind, but moving out is only the first step of shedding the thoughts and doubts that still haunt her.
Luckily, her new friends are willing to help her adjust and teach her about life in Maretime Bay.

The Riddler has gone into hiding somewhere in Canterlot City, working on some type of new technology that could be dangerous in the wrong hands. The Dark Knight: Batman, has traveled to Canterlot City to stop Riddler before he has the chance to use this tech for his own gain.

Things are made complicated when Princess Twilight comes through the portal to visit Sunset Shimmer and her friends for the weekend. The involvement of these High Schoolers makes the situation a whole lot worse.

Batman, against his better judgement, must work with The Equestria Girls to stop Riddler and save not only Canterlot City, but Gotham as well. But that may be difficult since Vengeance and Friendship don’t exactly make a good combination.

A budding love, a new family.

Rescued from her horrible parents by Twilight and Rainbow, Scootaloo begins a long journey of recovery from the years of mental and physical abuse. Now Rainbow’s and Twilight’s adopted daughter, she looks forward to what the future has in store for her. However, Scootaloo's happiness and her life are at risk now that her parents have escaped from prison, fully intent on revenge.

Meanwhile, Rainbow and Twilight try to make their relationship work as they face the difficulties of raising a filly together. To accomplish their dream of a happy family, they all must face numerous challenges that will test the strength of their love and friendship.

Despite having retired from the Wonderbolts, Rainbow Dash and her teammates are still regarded as one of the greatest Wonderbolt teams in history. Attending a convention for sports and athletes, the group prepares to greet their fans when they soon learn that another famous group is attending the convention with a booth right next to their own: The Washouts. Led by their founder and also retired stunt pony, Lighting Dust.

Naturally, old rivalries are lit up as the two groups soon make a bet to see who can get the most fans at the end of the convention with the loser buying drinks for the winner.

Sunset never backs down from a gaming challenge, but when she finally faces a boss she can't beat, frustration is getting the better of her. On the verge of giving up for the first time ever, her friends show up to see if they can help, but will they be enough or will this be the first boss she's had to accept defeat from?

It's been a few weeks since the Friendship Games. This world's Twilight Sparkle is struggling to adjust to her new school and her new friends. Sunset sees this, and resolves to help ease Twilight into their group in any way she can.

A late night encounter, a pep talk, and a little bit of whipped cream – all things that seem insignificant on their own – cause Sunset to reflect on how she feels about her new friend and herself. Is she really just trying to be a good friend to Twilight because it's the right thing to do, or do her motives run deeper than even she realizes?

Sunset couldn't be happier. She's finally dating the girl she loves, they're spending more time together than ever before, and she's fairly certain that Twilight is just as happy as she is in the relationship. Only one problem: They've been keeping it secret from all of their friends, and haven't thought of a good way to bring it up. Coincidentally, all of their friends have noticed that they've been acting awfully strange the last few weeks. Now it's a matter of coming clean before everyone figures it out.

Sunset starts off her day just like any other. Wake up cursing the sun, nearly dying on the stairs, and worrying about how she's totally gonna confess her love to her best friend today. Totally. Unfortunately, what started off as a pretty normal crappy morning quickly begins to come apart when a certain cute variable gets thrown into the mix. Sunset will definitely deal with this in a chill and relaxed manner, like everything she does. Probably. Maybe. Hopefully.
